horrible smell of sewage at the entrance, dirty room with cockroaches
We arrived to this apartment, and our enthusiasm was gone within a few seconds, as soon as we walked through the entrance door. it had a terrible smell of sewage, it looked as it was under construction but it was forgotten to be completed!! we managed to get upstairs and find our apartment. When we finally unlocked the door we realised that the sofa bed had not been done for my two children. i contacted the number i was given to say how disappointed i was. Then a rude, arrogant man came back to me , yelled at me!! pointing out how i should complaint and what i had to say. Being a hotel owner for 36 years and having travelled over 30 years i have never experienced such a horrible behaviour before. he definitely needs some costumer service lessons! The room was dirty, with hair everywhere,cockroaches and mould. the only positive was the location of the apartment. Other than that, we will never return here, even if it was for free.

Location, Location, Loocation
Needs smaller repairs here and there and it’s not cheap. We had no internet on the first of three days. Small for four persons. Would I go there again? Yes. Metro for N/E/S/W directions in Fronoff the house. Good restaurants for dinner in front of the house, and well the Louvre in front of the house.

Perfect location
Comfortable and very central apartment. It has very good communication to be able to move around all of Paris. The agency responds very quickly to messages. All perfect.

A lot of repairs in the room
Dishwasher door was broken. Refrigerator was completely loose. If you open the refrigerator it would almost fall down on your feet. Cupboard mirror was broken at the bottom and if you were not careful it would cut you.
