Great location. High temps and no a/c uncomfortable
Location was great. Delicious Korean and other Asian restaurants abound. Two showers and a nice common area. Only downside was lack of air conditioning given extreme heat. Fans unfortunately didn’t suffice.

Nice apartment in a great location
Nice apartment in a great location, great value. The only issues were the 1 toilet, which we missed, we should have read more reviews. Also, the neighbors were extremely loud well into the morning hours.

The best location
I really liked how closed to everything this apartment is. You can basically walk everywhere. The apartment is perfect for 3 adults. The ceiling is low in the second level, but nothing to worry about. You will bump your head maybe once or twice but trust me with some wine you will be fine again. I had extremely good weather so I didn't need either heater or cold ac. I didn't have big suitcase so I can't tell if they will fit in the rooms, I only had a backpack so. There are two bathrooms to take showers and with sinks and one that is just a toilet. I also didn't have any problem with that. I actually liked it like that. It was easy to go in and out the apartment. I liked that we didn't have keys! only one key but we could lock the key in a little safe. It had appliances but I didn't use much because we only stay there to sleep. there is a coffee place right in the corner of the building with the best coffee ever and even though the owner didn't speak English she understood my sign language. I didn't like how the communication with the agent or owner did not happen. I wanted to report a few things, also they didn't provide toilet paper or paper towels. I didn't expect toiletries or soap for example, but the listing said toilet paper so. It would seem not a big deal, but when you don't know a place and in my case the language either, it can be funny to ask for toilet paper on the street you know. So it took me a while to find a place to buy it. SO, no worries. The next door air bnb's who couldn't stop talking and playing their music were annoying. Again, if the owner was responsive I could have complain directly, but... he didn't respond. Oh well, still I think this is a perfect place if you are a tourist with no intention to stay indoors, and why would you be indoors in Paris anyway!!
