Ubicación inmejorable
Positive: El apartamento es espacioso y luminoso y está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos de la ópera Garnier y a 10 minutos del Louvre. Tiene varias paradas de metro de cerca y la estación de tren para ir a Disney. Estuvimos 6 chicas alojadas durante 6 noches y estuvimos muy cómodas. Repetiríamos! Negative: Aunque lo dicen muchos comentarios, me gustaría también hacer una aclaración. El apartamento está dividido en dos plantas. En el piso de abajo hay un aseo con wc, la sala con cocina donde está el sofá cama y un baño que sólo tiene ducha y lavabo. En el piso de arriba, dos habitaciones, una de ellas con un baño donde sólo hay ducha y lavabo. Luego solo hay un wc en el piso de abajo. Para nosotras no fue un problema, pero tenganlo en cuenta. Las escaleras de acceso al primer piso son muy estrechas y el acceso a una de las habitaciones es muy bajo. Yo mido 1'67cm y el primer día me dí un coscorrón contra el marco. Abstenerse personas altas. No obstante, para nosotras no fue ningún problema.

Positive: I couldn't find in my email the check in details and the owner responded very fast and was very supportive . The location is about 7 minutes walk to the Louvre metro station. Because the location was so good, we haven't used so much the metro. The apartment looks smaller in reality, but it is cozy, beds are comfortable. Negative: Only one toilet.

Positive: ロケーションが大変よく、スーパーマーケット、レストラン、駅、美術館などの施設が近距離にあり大変便利。 この場所を拠点にすると良いと思います。 ホテルに長く滞在するとそれなりの金額になりますが、時間を自由に使いたい、自炊は大丈夫なら大変お勧めです。 ごみの捨て場所はビル共有部分1階のエレベータ横のドア内にあります。事前にパリの分別方法を調べて下さい。 室内も大変清潔で使い勝手も良くもう一度利用したいと思います。パリのマンションに住んでいる気分になります。 Negative: 繁華街のため道路側が多少うるさいですが、夜遅くになれば静かになり問題ありません。 EUの国ではありがちですが、螺旋階段など階段が狭く大型のキャリーケースを運ぶには大変です。 これもありがちですが物凄く古いエレベータがありましたが、人ひとり分しか乗れません。Informationにエレベータは使用しないよう書かれています。下手すると出れなくなります。

I mean, for the money your paying for the location. It’s a moderately good place to be. You’re right in the middle of the Asian neighborhood, so lots of great options for sushi, ramen, bulgogi, boba, etc. My gripes were with the check in time - 5pm - and the fact that we were only given one set of towels and a few rolls of toilet paper. When I asked for more, we were told to purchase it ourselves. We were told the same for trash bags. For the money we paid, I expect to be provided basic amenities like toilet paper, detergent for the washing machine provided, and dish soap in the sink. Of which we did not have any because the soap bottle was empty with water inside to collect the remaining soap. The soap bars provided for the bathrooms were so thin I thought we’d have to buy bar soap as well. My impression was that all the amenities provided, save the towels, were bought and obviously left by previous guests and that’s just tacky. Provide for your future guests, please.

Very good location, but impractical and smelly toilet and low ceiling.
Positive: Location and comfy large beds. Negative: The location of the toilet is at the entrance of the apartment whereas the bedrooms are on the upstairs which is very impractical. Also, the bathroom and the seperate toilet which are on the ground floor don't have any ventilation, the bathroom on the upstairs have a dusty functionless ventilation grill. Thus, there is always damp in the bathrooms and very bad smell in the toilet. The stairs is very narrow and low, and the ceiling of one of the bedrooms on upstairs is also very low, about 1.80 meters.

Great location, close proximity to Pyramides train station. Unfortunately the weather was hot and the apartment was not equipped to cope with the heat. A request for a tea towel was made and we were advised that they had “run out of stock” but one was delivered the day after the request was made. Only 3 small rolls of toilet paper were provided for 3 people for 4 days. When requesting more, was told that only 3 were provided as part of the “welcome pack”. We were unable to work out how to use the tv, it appeared that the remote control wasn’t working. We tried swapping batteries from the other remote controls but that didn’t work either.

Spacious and cozy place!
Positive: Nice big, but cozy space. The sofabed was easy to use and the two bathrooms were clean. Check-in was very easy, with codes for the doors and keys in a lockbox. Communication with LocaStay was good via Whatsapp. It was possible to leave our luggage in the laundryroom after checking-out. Negative: The space upstairs has low ceilings and the upstairs bathroom is quite small, which was a bit difficult sometimes if you're tall. The kitchenette is small, but that's okay if you are getting your meals in the city. The temperature in the rooms were quite hot, eventhough the temperatures outside were mild for summer, but the place is equipped with an airconditioner.

- Localização: Muito boa, próxima ao metro, restaurantes e supermercados. - Apartamento: Ele é um Studio, a sala é bem agradável, com o pé direito bem alto. Os quartos no andar superior tem o teto baixo e você tem que abaixar para passar pelos portais, pessoas com mais de 1,70 tem que tomar cuidado para não bater a cabeça. As camas são confortáveis. O isolamento acústico é bom, com a janela fechada você não ouve os barulhos da rua. - Banheiros: Deixam um pouco a desejar. O anúncio diz 2 banheiros, mas na verdade ele possui um lavabo, com pia e vaso sanitário e outros 2 banheiros apenas com chuveiro e pia. O banheiro localizado no térreo com porta para a cozinha, não tem cortina no box, então se vc não coloca uma toalha/tapete no chão a água corre para a cozinha, que possui um piso de madeira. Tirando esses detalhes do banheiro é um apartamento muito bom e o check-in e check-out são super tranquilos. Eu recomendo.

First off, this flat is in a fabulous location! It’s close to the Louvre, Metro and walkable to most attractions. We found it clean and exactly as pictured. It worked great for our family of 5 with 3 teens. I agree with others that the toilet situation was odd, but it was fine. However, the reason I gave it 4/5 stars, is that it is bare bones on extras. No welcome basket or note, no paper towels, no hand soap, the shampoo and body wash provided were practically empty bottles, no hand towels or wash clothes… It would have been nice to have some of these extras to make us more comfortable. Again, if you just need a place to land after a long day of sightseeing, this is a great choice! If you want to feel like you are coming home or like being pampered, this apartment might not be right for you.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Die U-Bahn-Station «Pyramide» sowie Buslinien sind in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war sauber und komfortabel. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut. Die Wohnung hat nur eine einzige kleine Toilette unten. Dies ist ein wenig umständlich, jedoch kein Problem. Die Check-In Informationen waren einfach und verständlich und die Wohnung war sehr gut zu finden. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt als Familie sehr geniessen und würden wiederkommen.

This rental’s location was super convenient, in the heart of Paris. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, just steps away. I love that it was walking distance to the Louvre, which was a huge plus. The rooms were good size— it is possible to accommodate 2 people in each room. I appreciate that my room had a private bathroom and vanity. I mostly appreciate the clean and comfortable linens. This was very important to me. The toilet being downstairs was the only thing that was a bit inconvenient, but it was not a huge issue at all. Overall, this rental is highly recommended if you want to stay in the middle of the action. Would definitely come back!

This place was cozy and a great location. We found a bed bug in the bed in the first night. We searched the place up and down and did not find and anymore but it definitely put a damper on our sleep. The host said that no one could come and inspect until the day after we check out. The beds were comfortable by European standards, updated bathrooms. They only gave us one towel per person and we stayed for 4 nights, 8 towels would have been nice.

Positive: La colazione non era inclusa ma la posizione a metà tra l'opera garnier e il louvre è stata fantastica. La posizione dell'appartamento ci ha fatto risparmiare un sacco di tempo per il nostro tempo di visita. Negative: Purtroppo abbiamo avuto difficoltà a capire come usare la lavasciuga che non ha funzionato perchè bloccata da filtro sporco. Abbiamo avvisato la struttura e sono intervenuti subito regalandoci oltre tutto il cambio di salviette che avevamo richiesto proprio perchè impossibilitati a lavarle. Unico problema è stata la presenza di 1 solo water in 5, mentre avevamo 2 docce, e 3 lavandini da bagno. Ci siamo adattati comunque visto che era impossibile risolvere.

We had a great time in this place. The location is superb, the flat is very comfortable and we loved it. There are 2 double beds and a sofa double bed. 2 x shower rooms and 1 x toilet. Kitchen, TV, microwave, etcetera. I would recommend with no hesitation.

Positive: Fantastisk beliggenhed, central placering og masser af restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. Fint disponeret lejlighed med et vindue til gaden og store partier ind mod gårdrum. God kommunikation med vært og dejligt at få besked da vi kunne tjekke tidligere ind. Negative: Badeværelse lugtede pga af enten manglende udluftning eller kloak, og da der ikke var varme på, blev håndklæder og vådt tøj ikke helt tørt. Til 6 dage, måtte der godt være ekstra håndklæder og der mangler kroge til håndklæder på badeværelser og toilet. TVboks virkede ikke.

Walking distance to the Louvre, Galleries Lafayette shopping, the fabulous Opera house. Communication with host was excellent. Definitely recommend. Wonderful stay!

Positive: Location was good. The apartment is fine for a short visit. Beds were good. Negative: I made the booking for my sister and her family before the Omicron outbreak hit. I did realise that the booking could not be cancelled without a cost but even after contacting them a month before the dates they were very inflexible with adjusting the booking or considering a cancellation. As my sister and her family could not cancel we eventually spent two nights in the apartment in their place. The apartment is small for 5 people as there is one toilet. The drains had a bad smell and there was food left over in the cupboard. The Senseo coffee pads that were mouldy.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Gegend, einfach zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Kurz vor dem Check-in haben wir Informationen zu der Wohnung bekommen. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und wir könnten die Gepäck paar Stunden nach dem Check-out da lassen. Die Möbel sind gut gepflegt und modern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und ich würde auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

No A/C! Location is great and it’s spacious, but if you are over 5’5” you have to duck into every doorway. Check in is at 5pm, which we found absurdly late. After long international flights this isn’t good. Love the area, but I will read the amenities better in the future.

We really enjoyed this apartment. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Location was very close to Metro Line 1 and lots of buses. Neighborhood was very lively at night and felt safe. Check in and check out were very easy.

L'appartement est super bien situé et confortable. On peut visiter la plupart des attractions touristiques à pied. Le quartier, japonais, est très sympathique et on s'est toujours sentis en sécurité. Beaucoup de restos asiatiques très fréquentés. Pour Paris, l'appartement est quand même grand. Nous étions bien en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados). Étant venu par avion, nous aurions aimé cependant qu'il y ait des trucs de base comme chiffon et torchon, essuie-tout. Nous aurions aussi aimé un petit guide de l'appartement.

We had some confusion regarding check-in time, since 3:00 was originally listed, then changed to 5:00 right before our stay. Also, when we emailed our host (who we never met) he answered our question, "where's the hairdryer?" with the question, "did you find the hairdryer?" Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this apartment, and would recommend it.

El apartamento está muy bien situado para visitar todas las zonas turísticas de Paris. No es un apartamento comido debido a las estrechas escaleras que comunican las dos plantas. El anfitrión fue amable y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas, y permitió el acceso al apartamento antes de la hora establecida. Lo peor del apartamento es la falta de mantenimiento (los sumideros y las pilas no tragan bien el agua, la ducha estaba defectuosa, y varios enchufes no funcionaban), y sobre todo la falta de limpieza. Había pelos pegados a las paredes en los cuartos de baño e incluso el apartamento lo entregaron sin fregar.

This location is perfect. It’s so close to the subway and so many things are walking distance, making this a great place. It did lack a few conveniences that I didn’t expect to have to rush out to purchase. No toilet paper, coffee, paper towel and garbage bags. Specially considering they requested the garbage be put out in bags. The beds are comfy, including the pull out. Check in was easy with very good instructions. A booklet provided with all kinds of info was also a great convenience. As far as cleanliness, if you are a clean freak, I would not recommend. A few small things could be cleaner but nothing too deterring. For the next stay, we left coffee, paper towel and garbage bags!

The best feature of the property is the location - walking distance to many landmarks, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. Otherwise quite basic listing with although interesting design. The soundproofing is very modest, you will hear everything what is happening in the neighbouring Airbnb listing. No air conditioning which might be a minus during hot Paris summer. The WiFi was not enough for simultaneous connection of several devices in the family. The listing can be recommended for few nights but probably not for a longer stay.

Location, location, location. The place was perfect for me, a tourist who was in Paris for the very first time. The place is small, sure I bumped my head a few times but nothing of concern, I had wine to deal with that. I did not travel with a luggage, just a small carry on so I can't comment of space for luggage. The reason I took a star was because the host or his agent needed to communicate a bit more with me. I wrote an email (probably went to junk) to the address they provided, never got an answer about the issues I encountered. I partially blame it on Airb&b, too long and boring to write it here, so I took a star instead. My main recommendation if you are also new to Paris is to identify the nearest supermarket, metro station and things like locker rooms if you arrive early, and covid test places if your country still requires it, because you won't get it from the agent and will spend time on that. I wish I had just spent time eating and drinking, but oh well. I still recommend this place

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der tollen Lage. Man kann sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist bei Airbnb zutreffend beschrieben. Der Check-In war ganz unproblematisch. Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Airbnb is accurately described and in a great location. Metro stop is just two blocks down the road and also a quick walk to the Louvre. The guide that is provided at check in has everything you need to know about the property and the surrounding area. Check in and accessing the property was super easy. Key to the apartment can be a little tricky since it is different than keys in the US, but we figured it out pretty quickly and didn’t have any problems (just keep turning to the left until you hear two clicks to unlock). Only thing we didn’t realize is that there is only one toilet and it is on the first level of the apartment. Upstairs there is a bathroom but only has sink and a shower. This was not a huge deal and it was still a great stay. This apartment really is amazingly well located for walking and touring the city. Our family of four adults spent a week here and had a great experience.

Central location for the flat. Easy to get around and great restaurants walking distance. The flat could have been cleaner. The flat was really dusty and vents had clumps of dangling dust where we couldn't stand and had to clean it off since we stayed for 10 days. Sufficient amount of bath towels but some were stained and one had a big hole in it which is still fine. Unfortunately we did not have the most seamless stay. Door lock was faulty and initial try took us 10 mins to figure out how to open (was not made aware of the difficulty before checking in). The key to the apartment snapped in half during our 3rd day of stay. The host (RE agent) responded immediately, but had us pay the jacked up cost (300 euros). We didn't really have a choice since we're not familiar the language. Host didn't appear once during the lock fixing so we had to sacrifice one of our days on our trip waiting for the locksmith (host was middleman with french locksmith and delays kept happening ). The host consistently kept pushing the time for when the locksmith will arrive and miscommunicated the payment method which delayed the process even more. Overall, location is central and abundant with things going on. Lock works perfectly now so that shouldn't be a future problem (we did pay for what felt like the host specifically requested a super premium lock and coincidentally 5 spare keys - originally only had 1 key). Decent stay and room if nothing goes wrong. If anything goes wrong, host is responsive but will feel like you are being swindled the highest possible price for the old apartment's wear and teared up appliances. Stay in the area but pay a bit more for another apartment.

L'appartamento si trova in zona centralissima. E' carino e arredato con cura . Al momento della prenotazione l'host ha inviato una pratica guida con molte informazioni che si sono rivelate utili durante il soggiorno. Il check in doveva avvenire alle 15 ma poco prima è arrivata comunicazione che non sarebbe stato possibile prima delle 17 . Ha creato un disagio, in parte alleggerito dalla possibilità di lasciare comunque i bagagli in casa. I mobili sono curati e moderni, manca tuttavia di tovagliette, o tovaglia o qualsiasi cosa da poter mettere sulla tavola quando si mangia. Abbiamo anche dovuto comprare noi uno strofinaccio e la carta igienica , mancanti entrambi. Essendo un'alloggio per 6 persone il numero di bagni è un criterio di scelta quindi per gli ospiti non francesi è necessario specificare che l'indicazione di 2 bagni si riferisce a due ambienti con solo lavandino e doccia, essendo il wc uno solo posizionato come unico sanitario in un altro ambiente. Abbiamo in ogni caso passato una bella vacanza.

The location is unbeatable! Most attractions in Paris are in walking distance, like the Louvre, Opera house, Lafayette, Museum Orsay, Orangerie, etc. It is surrounded by a Japanese/Korean block, so if you love Japanese food you’re in for a great! There’s also a Korean market (K-mart) not far from this place. Bakeries and grocery stores can be reached within 5 minutes of walking. The host has provided detailed guide on how to reach these places. Inside, the apartment is clean and modernly decorated. All you need can be found. There are coffee, tea etc. Overall we are very pleased with our stay there. Some facts for future guests: - The apartment is on the first floor (second floor in North American standard). You’ll need to climb up one level. There’s a tiny, tiny elevator that can’t support much weight, and the host advised against carrying too much luggage on it, so we didn’t use it to carry luggage at all. It functions perfectly with one person tho. - There are two bedrooms on the upper level inside the apartment, both with a queen bed. The stairs going up is quite steep and narrow, so maybe don’t carry your luggage upstairs. Upper level’s ceiling is much lower, with one archway very, very low, so be careful! I hit my head twice lol, no damage don’t worry. - Two showers, one upstairs and one downstairs, with only 1 toilet downstairs right by the entrance. My family spent 6 nights here and we really enjoyed every second. The host is easy to reach and communicate with. It was a perfect stay!

Location, location, location! This is the one thing any traveller cares most about, in my opinion...
Location, location, location! This is the one thing any traveller cares most about, in my opinion, about the accommodation. Being close to stores, transportation and sights and food is what this place is all about. So close to the lovre. Theres some sort of concentration of japanese food on the same street. 5minutes away from a subway station. About 5 or 6 supermarkets or convenience stores to choose from. We love the location of where this apartment is. Check in check out, and communication with frederic was smooth and quick without issues. The single person lift up one floor was worth a try, unless you're claustrophobic. The interior of the apartment was chic and we liked the loft design. There are however few things we found inconvinient. Theres only one toilet which is on the lower floor of the apartment. But the two rooms/loft are both upstairs. There are also two bathrooms with showers. Theres only 2 induction stove tops. And the bedrooms upstairs felt bit stuffy and hot. But the great location makes up for all the minor downsides. Would recommend. Good value for the price.

My family and I loved staying at Frederic's place. It was such a lovely home, great location and Frederic's welcome package covered everything (and I mean everything!) Lots of Japanese reaturants in the area, close to the Louvre and to City Sightseeing/Big Bus which was very convenient for us tourists. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place! One thing to keep in mind is that apartments in Europe are typically smaller, the upstairs does have low ceilings and archways but it was such a small bother compared to everything else the apartment had to offer!

Fredric’s place is lovely & bright & exactly as pictured. It is nicely decorated and has all the amenities you require for a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds, excellent heating, hot showers, and the location is excellent. Note that there are two bathrooms (one main & one en-suite) however only one toilet (separate to bathrooms). The washing machine is shared with the apartment next door & unfortunately for us was always in use when we wanted it. Obviously just unfortunate that those staying next to us needed it so regularly and not a lot could be done. We managed to secure it before our last day. I would comment that there is a slight odour in the bathrooms but I think that is just the way sewerage etc is connected in Paris & nothing that could be improved by the host. It is tolerable. And for the great location, easy check in process, and very comfortable beds & space, it is definitely a great place to stay. Just note that the ceilings upstairs are VERY low. This is also common in Paris! But if you are 6 foot or even just under you may find it quite uncomfortable and need to crouch in the en-suite. There are stools provided so you can sit while doing hair / makeup etc. But very easy to bump your head! Thank you again Frederic for having us!

L’appartement Molière ChicSuites est idéalement situé à 3-4 minutes du métro Pyramides et de nombreuses lignes de bus. La rue est animée en journée (authentique quartier asiatique avec des restaurants à tomber d’ailleurs!) mais calme la nuit. 2 couchages sur 3 donnent côté intérieur. La chambre côté rue n’en est pas plus bruyante pour autant. La literie est extrêmement confortable avec plusieurs types d’oreillers au choix : mieux que certains hôtels ! On n’en attendait pas autant. L’appartement a été très facile à trouver et le Check-in facilité grâce aux explications de Frédéric et aux différents codes d’accès notamment pour les clés (flexibilité des heures d’arrivée et de départ grâce à la mise à disposition des 2 trousseaux dans un petit coffre fort façon escape game :) ). La propreté était au rendez-vous que ce soit pour le lieu, le petit électroménager ou les serviettes de toilette. Très appréciable ! N’hésitez pas à réserver chez Frédéric !

Beautiful place, looks just like the photos. The only downfall is that the only completely closing bedroom with a door is small and doesn't have a bathroom connected. This bedroom is hot in the summer because you have to close the window at night so you don't hear the street noise below and then there is no air except for a fan which is provided but atomatically shuts off after 90 minutes. The only toilet in the apartment is a stand alone toilet by the front door. The beds/linens were all very comfortable even the pull out couch.

Good location! Seemed like China town but once off the street located center of Paris. It was a hot weekend No AC was a huge bummer! Other than than we had a great experience. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Even though there is no air conditioner we open the big windows and had a nice breeze at night. Definitely great value!!

地理位置很好，由于房东的失误给了错误的密码箱密码，导致我们打不开密码箱拿不到钥匙，提着行李在门口站了1个多小时，各种找房东电话联系不上，当时已是晚上9点！！！Airbnb太让人失望！电梯小的只能放下一个行李箱，据说如果让电梯坏了要支付90欧的维修费，形同虚设！进入房子一股的油漆味道，请问是想让我们当空气净化器吗？窗户不敢开太大，没有纱窗有蚊子，然后再来说说房子的构造，天花板是木头，结果第二天起来，床上竟然都是木屑！！！值得安慰的是便利的地理位置

Grand appartement extrêmement bien situé dans le quartier de l'Opéra Garnier. Le logement est parfait pour 6, avec 2 vraies chambres, 2 salles de bain et un grand canapé lit qui a le confort d'un lit. Cela a été très appréciable de pouvoir récupérer les clés dans la boite à clé dans le sas de l'appartement. L'appartement est totalement conforme aux photos, très propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour manger sur place (vaisselle complète, frigo, grille-pain, bouilloire, machine à café, plaques chauffantes, lave vaisselle (en cas de séjour prolongé). Seul petit bémol, 2 appartements sont collés, et les murs sont extrêmement fins, si vous tombez sur un groupe de jeunes fêtards dans le airbnb mitoyen vous risquez de passer une courte nuit. Au final nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et recommandons vivement cet appartement qui est l'un des meilleurs airbnb que nous ayons loué.

The apartment is in a nice location not far from Louvre, near good restaurants and coffee shops. Had an issue with no hot water the first night and next day. Host did not respond to emails, texts or calls until 9am the 2nd day. Ceilings are low in a few spots but not an issue for most people.

We had a great weekend at this apartment which was very convenient for metro, local bakery and supermarket etc. Easy walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Champs Elysee etc. Perfect for a family get away. Communication with host was excellent and arrival and departure information was first rate. Would highly recommend this apartment and the host.

I spent quite a lot of time researching where to stay in Paris to be able to walk to key sites as well as a place with suitable set up for our family of four (kids ages 11 & 16). I couldn't have been happier with our choice! The location & size of the apartment and the amenities were perfect. It was an easy 10 mins walk directly to the Louvre. I will definitely be recommending this to those I know if they are travelling to Paris!

Location was great. Delicious Korean and other Asian restaurants abound. Two showers and a nice common area. Only downside was lack of air conditioning given extreme heat. Fans unfortunately didn’t suffice.

Nice apartment in a great location
Nice apartment in a great location, great value. The only issues were the 1 toilet, which we missed, we should have read more reviews. Also, the neighbors were extremely loud well into the morning hours.

The best location
I really liked how closed to everything this apartment is. You can basically walk everywhere. The apartment is perfect for 3 adults. The ceiling is low in the second level, but nothing to worry about. You will bump your head maybe once or twice but trust me with some wine you will be fine again. I had extremely good weather so I didn't need either heater or cold ac. I didn't have big suitcase so I can't tell if they will fit in the rooms, I only had a backpack so. There are two bathrooms to take showers and with sinks and one that is just a toilet. I also didn't have any problem with that. I actually liked it like that. It was easy to go in and out the apartment. I liked that we didn't have keys! only one key but we could lock the key in a little safe. It had appliances but I didn't use much because we only stay there to sleep. there is a coffee place right in the corner of the building with the best coffee ever and even though the owner didn't speak English she understood my sign language. I didn't like how the communication with the agent or owner did not happen. I wanted to report a few things, also they didn't provide toilet paper or paper towels. I didn't expect toiletries or soap for example, but the listing said toilet paper so. It would seem not a big deal, but when you don't know a place and in my case the language either, it can be funny to ask for toilet paper on the street you know. So it took me a while to find a place to buy it. SO, no worries. The next door air bnb's who couldn't stop talking and playing their music were annoying. Again, if the owner was responsive I could have complain directly, but... he didn't respond. Oh well, still I think this is a perfect place if you are a tourist with no intention to stay indoors, and why would you be indoors in Paris anyway!!
