Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage! In der Nähe hat es verschiedene Metro und Bus Stationen. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Grösse und die Betten sind bequem. Leider war es ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung und die Heizung konnte nicht bedient werden. Dadurch trockneten die Handtücher nicht. Weiter gab es nur 1 richtiges Fenster und im Bad war nur ein sehr kleines, wodurch die Luftfeuchtigkeit immer sehr hoch war. Die Lage und Grösser der Wohnung sind grosse Pluspunkte.

Pros: * Great location * 5 min walk train station * Lots of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets walking distance to the apartment. * Beds were very comfortable and super clean linen. * shampoo and body soap was provided (and smelled great!). * Hosts were responsive and helpful. * Washer and dryer were easy to use and clean Cons: * Hot water for shower does not last long, we were 5 (took quick showers) but the hot water was not enough for everyone.

Book if you want this great location. Close to restaurants and Montparnasse station. Needs a great deal of updating and maintenance. Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly—especially the bathroom. Beds were pretty good and comfortable. AC did not cover space well enough so it got quite warm during June. I would have spent more time downstairs as it was cooler but it does smell musty (like a damp basement). Our stay was okay. This could be a really great place if it was just updated. Tip. Loved going to Mie Amor for breakfast almost daily two minutes away.

We walked in the airbnb and after being cleaned there were ants and many stains in the tarp-like ceiling in the kitchen. No room to put ur luggage and outdated in general. The floors resembled a prison with much chipping and not enough natural light. It’s liveable but very underwhelming when compared to the the rental photos. Luckily, none of us had to sleep downstairs, but if your family has to, note that there is no light and a mildew cold smell. But with that being said, the location in saint germain was excellent but still extremely underwhelmed. P.S bring some toilet paper and paper towel.

It is also much darker than expected and has no windows apart from one over looking a small concrete space that is part of the building’s structure. The access to the property is through a small laundry and the sound of the machines running was pretty constant. In addition we could clearly hear the sounds of the people in the next room, particularly at night.

Good location but not up to expectations, particularly for the price
Positive: Location is great, very central in the Montparnasse quarter. Negative: Price was near the high end of the range, so I was expecting exceptional service and comfort. Instead, the property had very little natural light: only the kitchen has some, from a courtyard between buildings. All the other walls are blind, and the extra room is at basement level, meaning the property is humid and dark. In addition, we were asked to empty the bins or face €50 supplement, which I find exaggerated when cleaning is meant to be covered by the price already. Finally, on the first morning, there was pretty much no hot water, as I think supply is shared with the flat next door (same owner). We contacted the help number and their response was to change the settings on the boiler ourselves, with very little detail on how it could be done - and no apology.

Positive: The location of the apartment was very good, easy to get to/from the Metro. The instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to get the keys were excellent. We also liked how comfortable the beds were. Negative: The pictures do not represent the apartment, it is quite small, has no windows, it's cold and damp. The only tinted window is facing bike parking inner court. The basement room (where sofa bed is located) had a very strong smell and it was impossible to sit due to dampness and bad smell. The insulation is non-existent, we could hear footsteps of the upstairs neighbors and kids talking in the next door apartment. The hot water was available only for 1 person to take a quick shower. The price absolutely does not reflect how poor the apartment is overall.

A mi familia y a mi nos guardaron las maletas antes y podíamos regresar hasta el check in para que realizaran la limpieza pero al llegar a la hora (5pm) que ya es muy tarde para un check in el departamento no estaba muy limpio, en el el área del sofá cama es muy frio y huele a humedad. Nous avons été très déçus de cet appartement. Dès notre arrivée à l’aéroport nous avions un message nous avertissant qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude et que le problème serait réglé dès le lendemain. Autre déception, rendus à l’appartement nous nous sommes vite aperçu que les photos ne représentaient pas la réalité. La luminosité de la cuisine est surfaite sur les photos. En plus le ménage fait à la hâte, laisse place à une propreté un peu douteuse, et les odeurs d’humidité émanant du sous-sol où est situé le salon et un divan-lit, sont incommodantes et désagréables. La climatisation n’est pas vraiment adaptée à l’appartement, elle est très bruyante et ne climatise pas bien les chambres. Finalement, l’hôte nous a avisé un peu plus tard que la réparation était reportée à la 3e journée de notre séjour en début pm. Le seul point positif de cet appartement est sa localisation dans Paris. Près de tous les services y compris de beaux petits hôtels où nous avons finalement passé notre première nuitée afin de pouvoir vraiment nous reposer dans une chambre bien climatisée, propre et avec eau chaude.

Si tienes niños van a querer usar el sillón q quedan en el subterráneo y el lugar huele asquerosamente a humedad. Tienes q comprar tu propio papel higiénicos, limpiador, jabón, y si necesitas algo no hay dueño a quien pedir ya q hay q escribir al agente q vendrá en dos días. Las camas son super comidas, pero da asco q la cama tenia manchas de sangre ( el cubrimos del colchón) y las toalla viejísimas y una por persona con machas. Un almohadón por persona con las fundas al revés y si vas al armario esta lleno de polvo. Busca alguna nueva opción aunque tengas q pagar mas. El area donde esta la taza del baño, el piso tiene unas manchas negras que se ven feísimas, y no hay una alfombrita para parase, asi que caminar en esa area da nervios. Lo limpie varia veces y el olor a orin retorna. This place is doesn’t look nearly how the pictures show. This place is not silk and elegant like the pro pictures that they took. The basement is the place where you can watch tv and relax and is a stinky basement with a smell that hurts your head, all dark and humid. If you need 2 bedrooms look for a better place even if you have to pay more. There is not kitchen towels, paper towel, poor quality toilet paper, no windex, dirty sponge, no trash can in the bathroom area, need to walk to the kitchen. Yo trow your trash. The towels are old with stains, and there is not an extra towel if you stay 5 days. The mattress cover has blood stains and the toilet area has big stains on the floor. This place has not a feminine touch and is and has not a good house keeping. I had to buy extra toilet paper, winder, and paper towel because there was nothing to clean keep the place clean. There is not sugar or oil. The place doesn’t feel right, doesn’t have any sun light. The only good thing, is the beds are confortable. But can’t have an extra pillow and the decorations pillows look old and dusty. The location is not special, is just close to the train station, restaurant and grocery store, but is just ok.

The location was great. That is the only reason it made it to 2 star rating. However, the apartment was misrepresented on the Airbnb site showing pictures of a nice, well kept apartment when quite the opposite was the case. The apartment is run down and needs serious maintenance to bring it up to the quality for what they are charging to stay in it. We arrived to find the wall heaters not working, a hallway closet with doors hanging off the track that could not be moved, cabinet doors in the kitchen that don’t close all the way because they are warped, and insufficient hot water. You could not take a normal shower without running out of hot water and then waiting for at least 30 minutes before you would have hot water again. Emailing my problems about wall heaters and hot water issues and receiving response emails back to me to trouble shoot and reset breakers etc was frustrating to say the least! Also, even tho it has a washer and dryer, there was no laundry detergent for the washer and the dryer does not heat up to dry the clothes! With the money I paid to stay I should not have had to do any trouble shooting, a representative maintanance person should have come and addressed the issues. Although a maintenance person did come to check the wall heaters, one of the heaters in a bedroom could not be fixed and no additional attempts where made to get someone to the apartment that could fix it. I do not recommend to anyone to stay in this apartment unless the price is adjusted down to match the low quality of the apartment!

Basement has a basement smell but get used too it after a while. Flat is in a perfect location, shops and restaurants all minutes walk away. Altogether 4/5 stars. Would recommend.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and we were 6 people sharing it, so we can form a holistic opinion of the apartment. As for the advantages, its location is perfect. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower and Louvre if you want to. The communication with the host was fluid. The apartment for 6 people is not a problem for 6 people (2 people in each bed + 2 in the sofa bed). You have all the utensils needed in the kitchen to cook whatever you want except for the oven. The size of the bed is exceptional. As for the disadvantages, we believe it needs a deep cleaning. As mentioned beforehand from other visitors, there is a lot of dirtiness in the apartment. We also think they didn't mop the floor which is unbearable. Secondly, as others were saying, there is a lot of problems with the hot water, sometimes it has and sometimes it hasn't. Thirdly, there are birds on the roof of the kitchen which is annoying. You can hear when they are on the roof even in your bedrooms. This can also be fixed. I believe for a couple of days this apartment is perfect, if you are staying for much longer, I would look for other options. There is a huge potential for this apartment if the aforementioned problems are solved.

Depois de muita apreensão devido aos comentários anteriores , estivemos durante uma semana no espaço ; Vou pontuar minha experiência: -fomos em 4 pessoas , casal e duas filhas ; -O apartamento estava limpo e organizado ; o checkin automático foi perfeito ; roupas de cama (de qualidade) e banho limpas e cheirosas ; colchões, travesseiros e edredom confortáveis ; Ponto muito positivo para a localização ! - muito útil as máquinas de lavar e secar , mas são compartilhadas com o outro apartamento; Pontos a melhorar : - faxina pesada se faz necessária em todo ambiente e eletrodomésticos; - estava frio , então o ambiente ficou agradável com apenas um aquecedor funcionando ,pois não tem ventilação externa nenhuma (sem janelas , a única que possui é da cozinha e tem vista para o bicicletário do prédio, se aberta tira a privacidade) - água quente só suficiente para banhos muito rápidos, muito rápidos mesmo ; - o andar de baixo realmente só serviu para guardar as malas ; apesar de bem decorado , não tem janelas e o aquecedor não funciona ; o cheiro de porão é forte e a umidade faz mal ; - requer manutenção nos ganchos das paredes e porta do armário de fora ; Resumo : Espaço condiz com o anúncio ; Tudo está conforme as fotos ; Se for feita as manutenções necessárias , trará muita satisfação ao hóspede ; A localização é muito boa; Não cozinhei nada , nem fiz café ; Fizemos todas as refeições fora de casa, só voltávamos a noite para tomar banho (precisa um intervalo de meia hora entre um banho e outro) e dormir ; Checkout perfeito e reservei uma diária a mais , para ficar até a tarde , devido nosso voo ser noturno ; Indico para pessoas pouco exigentes e práticas , sem problemas pra se adaptar sem janelas e vistas pro externo ;

To be honest I was a little nervous about some of the recent reviews so I wanted to give a fair review. This is a charming 2 bedroom apartment with 2 very comfortable Queen size beds and a large sofa bed. It is on the ground floor and very safe. The apartment itself is very secure and the neighborhood it is located gives you a sense of safety and security as well. It has one bathroom with the toilet in a separate space from the Shower. The shower is very large however the hot water was good for one shower then you had to wait at least 30 minutes before the next person could get hot water. The kitchen is great and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. There is shared laundry with another apartment that was very convenient. It is located in the Montparnnase Area and only 300 feet from a major metro hub. It is a 1.2 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is also surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants as well as close to a couple super markets. Again we felt from a value standpoint we definitely got what we hoped for. We were happy with the rental.

Das Apartment ist nicht zu empfehlen. Der Preis entspricht definitiv nicht der Sauberkeit des Apartments. Die Bettwäsche hatte blutflecken. Dur Küche ist mit Schimmel bedeckt. Der untere Teil des Apartment ist unbrauchbar. Die Heizung in einem Schlafzimmer funktioniert nicht. Alte Handtücher hingen noch da. Die küchenplatte ist sehr verdreckt. Man ekelt sich im kompletten Apartment. Sorry das einzig positive war die Lage.

Nice central location. Apartment is small but cozy, comfortable and tidy. If sharing the smaller bedroom, best for two people who are comfortable sleeping together. The downstairs area is a nice separate space and our children enjoyed the fooseball table. However there is a "cellar" smell that did not make it suitable to sleep on sofabed overnight. (Perhaps this can be fixed in the future).

Die Lage des airbnb ist wirklich top, man ist direkt auf der Einkaufsstraße und kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Apartrment ist eine Katastrophe. Richtig geputzt wurde hier schon lange nicht mehr. Der Herd sowie die Mikrowelle waren sehr schmutzig. Die Fliesen der Dusche sind voll mit Schimmel. In der Küche hat es einen riesigen Schimmelfleck unterhalb des Herdes, das geht gar nicht!! Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und die Betten weich, dass ist das einzig positive. Der Kellerbereich mit Sofa und Tischkicker sind nicht nutzbar. Es stinkt so penetrant nach Schimmel und mäucheligem Keller das wir uns dort gar nicht aufhalten konnten, widerlich! Der Schrank im Flur in dem sich der Safe befindet ist kaputt, die Türe klemmt bzw. ist aus den Angeln gehoben, genauso auch die Türe der Dusche. Der Hahn in der Dusche klemmt, sodass das Wasser nur extrem heiss aus der Dusche kommt. Nachdem ich das der Agentur mitgeteilt habe hiess es nur man würde sich kümmern, das war vor 3 Tagen zum Glück sind wir heute abgereist. Sehr schade, auf den Bildern sah es wirklich toll aus aber für diesen Preis haben wir mehr erwartet, zumindest eine saubere Wohnung bei der auch alles genutzt werden kann, und noch nicht nur der obere Teil. Das nächste mal definitiv ein anderes Airbnb oder ein Hotel.

Le bien est agréable. Toutefois situé à Montparnasse et pas Saint Germain. Des équipements sont à partager avec l’appartement voisin (machine à laver fer à repasser etc). Plusieurs éléments sont cassés notamment porte de placard et de douches. Nous avions choisi un appart climatisé or il ne l’est pas. C’est un climatiseur portable à disposition mais cela ne permet pas de climatiser les deux chambres et l’évacuation de l’air chaud na pas été pensée. Par ailleurs nous avons dû effectuer l’entretien du sèche linge nous mêmes dont le nettoyage du filtre et du réservoir d’eau. L’hôte n’ayant pas donné suite à notre message

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement qui est bien Placé. Ce dernier se trouve en fond de cours et est très bien sécurisé, la propreté est conforme aux attentes et l'appartement est bien proportionné, il manque un peu de rangement pour les vêtements pour accueillir 6 personnes mais à deux cela convient parfaitement. Pour la cuisine il manque un peu d'ustensiles, un peu moins lumineux que sur la photo car la baie vitrée donne sur un local à vélo, ce dernier ne permet pas d'avoir une très belle clarté car pour des raisons d'esthétique une vache interne a été posée sur la toiture de la verrière ce qui empêche la lumière de passer. Pour 6 personnes l'appartement est juste au niveau des rangements par contre à deux c'est largement suffisant, l'appartement se trouve au fond d'une cour et dans un lieux proche de tout dans ce superbe quartier. Seul Bémol il n'est pas aussi calme que l'on pourrait s'attendre car à 5 heures du matins deux passages de trains ( surement Métro) doivent remonter nous ne savons point où mais elle font un vacarme assourdissant. le bruit du métro ensuite est loin perceptible que ce réveil matin. Second effet c'est le voisin du dessus qui se lève à 6 heures du matin et vous l'entendez allègrement. Ensuite une musique qui vient d'on ne sait où complète ce bémol. Nous aurions peut-être du dormir dans le sous-sol ou se trouve le canapé pour éviter le bruit du rez de chaussée mais à 5 heures les deux trains vous auraient joué il est 5 heures Paris s'éveille ... Attention ce n'est que notre avis nous qui recherchions réellement un lieu au calme. Peut-être que des jeunes seront moins attentifs et moins réceptifs aux bruits. Dommage c'est un lieu si il avait été bien insonorisé aurait été exceptionnel.

If you like the smell of cat litter-and musty basement then this is the place for you … beds comfy and in a great location.. they provided 2 rolls of TP for 4 people which were gone in 2 days .. had to use the the McDonald’s napkins that were provided with the kids happy meals , which is convenient because it was next door … many places to eat in the neighbourhood… it did the job for three days we were there …

Ran out of Toilet Paper
The condo is in a great location and we were happy to not have to walk up and down stairs. The AC worked fine and the beds were very comfortable. The only snag is that we ran out of toilet paper and were told that we would have to buy our own. This is not something typical for staying at an AirBnB and is the only reason for a 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star rating. It was easy to access the condo and the washer/dryer worked better than others we've found at AirBnB's.

Central Flat near to almost everything
Great Flat, peculiar set up of Bedrooms, with Floor to Ceiling Glass Doors and Curtains to keep your privacy. Its perfect for a short term stay. We stayed here on business and enjoyed the proximity not just to the Office but the Bars and Restaurants nearby. In the Cellar of the apartment there is a Lounge Area which is accessible from Spiral stairs, so not good for people with Mobility issues, but fine for us. Down there, there is a TV and Fussball game. Nice Location at the rear of the building so that a very busy Front street does not give any noise pollution at all.

The location was great. That is the only reason it made it to 2 star rating. However, the apartment was misrepresented on the Airbnb site showing pictures of a nice, well kept apartment when quite the opposite was the case. The apartment is run down and needs serious maintenance to bring it up to the quality for what they are charging to stay in it. We arrived to find the wall heaters not working, a hallway closet with doors hanging off the track that could not be moved, cabinet doors in the kitchen that don’t close all the way because they are warped, and insufficient hot water. You could not take a normal shower without running out of hot water and then waiting for at least 30 minutes before you would have hot water again. Emailing my problems about wall heaters and hot water issues and receiving response emails back to me to trouble shoot and reset breakers etc was frustrating to say the least! Also, even tho it has a washer and dryer, there was no laundry detergent for the washer and the dryer does not heat up to dry the clothes! With the money I paid to stay I should not have had to do any trouble shooting, a representative maintanance person should have come and addressed the issues. Although a maintenance person did come to check the wall heaters, one of the heaters in a bedroom could not be fixed and no additional attempts where made to get someone to the apartment that could fix it. I do not recommend to anyone to stay in this apartment unless the price is adjusted down to match the low quality of the apartment!
