Localisation excellente
Sommes restés 2 nuits. Très bonne communication sur la procédure d arrivée, Claire et rapide . Je remercie pour avoir pu poser les valises avant l heure. Appartement propre au calme , bien décoré, le lit est grand et confortable, La localisation en plein saint germain.

Great Experience
Lovely place with lots of great details. I stayed on the fold out couch and thought it was very comfortable. The toilet was in a separate area than the shower/sink which made it easier for 3 girls getting ready. The location was quiet and safe with quick access to bus and metro. It was perfect for us. Thank you!

good option for central Paris
Great location, walking distance to main landmarks. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected, but fine for 3 people, however I was surprised by the lack of windows.

Appartement extrêmement bien situé, lit très confortable et en fond de cour donc pas de bruit nous avons dormi comme des bébés. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le coin cuisine donc nous ne pouvons rien dire à ce sujet

Great
We stayed here for 3 days. It was comfortable for 2 people, but would have been tight with 3. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had to buy more toilet paper and definitely could have used more towels. Overall, would recommend.

A four day stay in Pairs
Overall, check-in and out was very efficient and easy. It is also a great location in Paris, close to all the main attractions. Only critiques were that it is too cramped for a four person stay, there was little storage space to unpack or store suitcases and bags so with four people it was very cosy to say the least. I would definitely recommend it for two people though. We also only received half a toilet paper roll between four people for the duration of a four day stay and the shower switches between burning hot to freezing cold. Otherwise, it has heating for winter stays and an aircon for summer stays which was great and the facilities were very clean.

It is a Cave not Cosy and filthy. I wish there was a rating lower than one!
Cosy Suite is more of a cave. There are NO windows. There is no closet, no place for luggage. The heat and towel warmer did not work! The floors are very dirty and the tools to clean them are worse. There is no dishwasher (which they ask you to load on departure), and no ice compartment in the frig. They wash the community garbage cans in front of the front door, but not the front door or artificial plant. The same cigarette butts are still on the plant stand that where there two weeks ago! This is our sixth trip to Paris, this is the dirtiest place we have stayed at. We begged for a different unit the moment we walked in.

A great base for a short break
This is a great apartment for a short break. The location is excellent, close to the metro, a bakery and small supermarket, but the apartment itself was in a quiet courtyard so you don't get traffic noise. It had everything we needed for a short stay with our 5 year old. The kitchen is tiny but perfectly adequate for a few days and everything was clean on arrival. Good value for money.

Poor hygiene
Was very disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene of the unit. The toilet seat -filthy , the bed head , the shower not draining ,loose taps , and pillows and quilt cover had stains , to be honest we should get some money back because we had to rent out another place for one night to have a shower.

Bonne situation mais mal entretenu
Le studio est très bien situé au centre de Paris avec des magasins autour. Il n’est que pour 2 personnes et non 4. Il y a un manque de vaisselle : pas de tasse de petit déjeuner, deux tasses de café pour 4, 3 assiettes pour quatre personnes. Literie très fatiguée et pas confortable , tête de lit sale et déchirée, Sol très sale et plein de bêtes. Très mauvaise isolation, heureusement il faisait chaud. Le robinet de l’évier n’est même pas fixé !!!! On sent que ce logement est une usine à touriste et qu’il n’est pas entretenu pour faire un maximum de chiffres. Dommage car la déco est assez réussie.
