Great place to stay
Positive: Lovely clean spacious place. Short walk to train stations easy access to all tourist sights and also nice places to eat and drink nearby. Check in and out straightforward. Host was quick to respond at all times and when we needed to store luggage they were able to help right away! Bathroom was very nice with two sinks which came in handy with 4 people getting ready and the hot water was always available. I spent a lot of time looking at hotels and holiday rentals within this budget and nothing else available came close to how nice this place was. Four of us stayed and we would all stay here again if we come back. Negative: No comment

All in all a nice place
Positive: We had a really nice stay at the apartment. There was more than enough space for the four of us. The kitchen is well equipped. The place was clean. Some opinions mentioned an unpleasant smell from the plumbing: for us, everything was fine in that matter. We could leave our bags in the locker, which is a huge asset. The instructions for arrival and departure were clear, and entering through the system of locks is very convenient since you don't need to worry about losing the keys or sharing one key between a few people. It is worth noting that the owner has a hotline and all of our questions were responded/all issues addressed. I would recommend this place for the price. Negative: The ventilation system in the bathroom is not the best. It is very steamy after someone takes a shower. Other than that, we could have used some more toilet paper, bin bags, and we would have been glad to see some kitchen roll - the amount provided was just not enough for the duration of the stay.

When clean, exactly as pictured. Location is great and they are responsive when contacted. Another group were in our apartment when we arrived as they had been given a code that accesses all apartments in the building which raises questions around security procedures and check-in processes. Also concerning is that the other groups code was still working on our apartment for a chunk of the next day while we were away from the property. Agence Rental were defensive when this issue was raised and failed to see the issue with had transpired. With this aside, the apartment is as advertised and is in a nice part of Paris. Minimal furnishings and great if you only require a base to sleep and wash in between exploring the city. Beds are comfortable and the fold out sofa bed is a decent size. There are great markets nearby on Saturday and Sunday. If not reporting an issue I imagine they are responsive and helpful.

Great location. Pictures were accurate. We had an issue with the air conditioner upstairs, however communication with the owner/agency was prompt, albeit somewhat condescending. I resolved the issue by figuring out that the batteries in the remote control that operated the upstairs air conditioning were faulty. To prevent water from escaping the shower and causing the floor to be very slippery and damp, the shower could really use a door. Close to the metro, a terrific bakery, great restaurants and a wonderful supermarket. Can't beat the location!

Nous avions un problème de rideaux à notre arrivée. Un technicien est venu très rapidement le réparer. Negative: La personne qui dort dans le canapé, entend tous les bruits de claquements de porte d'entrée et les discussions des locataires du deuxième appartement.

Overall it's a nice apartment in a convenient location. There's a second small bathroom (with just a loo and no sink) on the first floor of the unit, which was a pleasant surprise. The whole building is Airbnb's, so it can be quite loud at night if you end up with noisy neighbors. The apartment was clean, but there was a bad stain on the couch, and the light fixtures could have done with a dusting. The ground-floor hallway could have smelled better. The AC worked great, although it was quite loud. I'm being pedantic, given the high price.

We had a great stay with our family of five. The flat was in a brilliant location within walking distance to two metro stops and buses. It had a modern, bright feel with air con and had lockers to leave our luggage on the day of departure. The host was very responsive and helpful and we received a few welcome messages to ensure we knew how to enter the building. If you’re a light sleeper, the air con makes a little noise and there is occasional street noise with passers by but definitely recommend it. So many lovely cafes and restaurants if you’re a foodie! Thank you

Positive: Good location. Nice clean decor. Shower drain got a bit clogged and they fixed it that afternoon and brought new towels, so service was good. The fold out couch was really comfortable. Negative: There is no railing on the stairs in the unit, which made my parents and aunt a bit uncomfortable going up and down the stairs in the unit. The "night stand" in the living room looked a lot like a stool, but we discovered it could not hold someone's weight. Rest of the furniture was study enough, though.

We enjoyed our stay at Paul Cezanne. Good location, very accessible from everywhere and walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, including the sofa-bed. Just wish there were more comfy seating like another sofa perhaps, but overall good!

The pull out sofa was very comfortable to sleep in. The apartment is walking distance from two-three metro stops (Bastille is on of them). I would recommend. The location is very nice.

Neat and practical airbnb. Not someone’s place. Professionally managed so don’t look for something personal but the decor is alright. Negative point is the high chairs and table that can’t really be used, seem to be only there for the pictures, the wobbly coffee table and it was only two glasses in the cupboard…2 glasses for 4 people is a bit short. It was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. Otherwise I’ll he location is perfect and the layout is good.

The place was very clean and big, especially for a Parisian apartment. The check in process was very smooth and the location was incredible - would really recommend!! The only things we didn’t enjoy was the bathroom - the light was connected to a fan that made a lot of noise and the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. There was also construction happening next door and it got quite loud at 8 am. But overall great experience!

La casa si presenta in buone condizioni , accogliente , pulita , peccato il forte odore di fogna che spesso durante il giorno e la notte invadeva l'appartamento è tutta la zona dell'ingresso e vano scala . In casa non sono presenti attrezzi per la pulizia quale scopa e paletta . Ottima la posizione , a pochi passi si possono trovare locali per poter consumare del cibo tipico francese e assaporare prodotti tipici nelle svariate boulangerie e patisserie. Sempre nelle vicinanze si trovano piccoli supermercati dove poter fare della spesa. Le due camere da letto presentano un letto matrimoniale ciascuna comodo e confortevole. Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento lo valutiamo Buono.

Schöne saubere Wohnung in Paris. 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad mit Dusche / 2 Waschbecken / Toilette und eine extra Toilette. Eine kleine Küchenzeile, die für uns gereicht hat, da wir dort nur Kaffee gekocht und ansonsten die schönen Cafés und Bars direkt vor der Tür genossen haben. Das Viertel hat uns auf jeden Fall super gut gefallen zum Schlendern und Paris genießen!

The good- the area is great, quiet at night in the apartment though the area is lively and full of interesting restaurants and bars, bakery on corner is excellent, AC a blessing in the Paris summer heat, beds very comfortable and we slept really well, lots of towels, washing machine, great water pressure. The bad- very basic supplies, 2 glasses for 4 people, lock to front door to street was not fixed for the 4 days we were there, lock to our apartment issues too and was not fixed so security is poor with inappropriate response times.

We traveled 4 people, which was appropriate for the size of the apartment. Thank you for making our trip to paris comfortable. Está lejos de todo. Estaba mala la calefacción, la plancha y uno de los secadores de pelo. La tina estaba tapada con pelos! Hay que subir 4 pisos sin ascensor, se nos cortó la luz y no logramos comunicarnos con el anfitrión.

A good accomodation fit for up to 6 people (1 king size, 1 king size made up of 2 singles, 1 sofa bed). It has a good location, near the centre of Paris and close to a metro station. There are multiple restaurants nearby, most of which also offer veggie/vegan options. It's reasonably close to the Seine. The apartment itself was good, clean. The hallway did have a bad smell, which luckily was not present in the apartment itself. The lockers in the hallway either didn't work or were in use. Overall a good experience. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great option for the week I stayed in Paris, a wonderful location and a good value. There were a few issues like a clogged shower and the second toilet that didn't even have the seat screwed on, but it was an otherwise pleasant stay.

I have rented many appartments in Paris during the years and I can definitely recommend this one. It has an authentic Parisian atmosphere and is extremely well located. It corresponds to the photo and description. It is calm, although of course in this neighbourhood there is life in the streets in the weekend. The boulangerie downstairs is the best in this quarter!

It’s about 5 min walk from a metro station with incredible connections. & also has shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and boulangeries - the apartment was absolutely beautiful and clean - check in and check out were an absolute breeze, plus the host is so incredibly accommodating and very quick with replies - the flat itself is incredibly secure and you feel safe - would 10000% recommend this host and their apartments! we will definitely be booking with them on our next trip to Paris ☺️

The appartment is well situated in a very nice and central location nearby metro station and the public transport. Nice places for breakfast around the corner. Suitable for up to 6 persons. It's clean, nice beds and bathroom. Though a little cheerless it is a good place to stay in while exploring the city. Note as a tip!: Before booking, ask the care taker if the disgusting smell of catpiss in the staircase, that is very much there in the appartement aswell, is taken care off.

This apartment was big enough for 5 (even 6) people. The location was perfect for metro (close to Voltaire, Bastille) and also perfect to walk around to Marais and other districts. There is no elevator but it’s not a problem since it’s on the 2nd floor. I would gladly recommend this and am looking forward to coming again 😁

Everything was great about our stay. The apartment is located close to the metro station, in a lively neighborhood that has much to do. It was equiped with everything we needed for our stay and had even some extra amenities like washing machine and espresso machine. We didn't meet Paul but he sent us a guide with all we needed to know for our stay and responded quickly to our messages. I would definitely suggest this apartment for your next stay in Paris

Very close to the metro station and in a good clean neighborhood. the room has been remodeled very well with modern fixtures and appliances. The shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable. Terrific host!

Very well equipped place to stay
I was a nicely surprise the well equipped, clean and neat apartment, despite the not very good building aspect from outside and the 3rd floor you have to manage with no lift. Very good recommended for big families and group of 5 or 6.
