  1. Really nice and great location. Small apartment but worth it

    Positive: Really easy to get into the building. amazing location, surrounded by really good restaurants + patisseries. Also really close to the metro which is ideal. Negative: smashed picture on the wall, super old tv, uncomfortable sofa bed, also the kettle lead is too short to put into the socket which is high up, so i had to balance the kettle on the toaster to have a cup of tea which did NOT feel very safe lol

    Positive: Gosyamos da localização, sobretudo. Achamos as camas e o sofá confortáveis. Negative: Não gostamos da falta de armários ou cabideiros e do pouco espaço entre o sofá e a pia da cozinha. Não tivemos contato com funcionários. Instruções sobre localização e uso das lixeiras poderiam ser apresentadas aos hóspedes.

    Positive: Een prima plek om te zijn in het centrum van Parijs. Met een goede badkamer en prima bedden om op te slapen. Negative: Het uitzicht op 4 ventilators van airco's met veel geluid als het raam open staat. Door het lawaai moet het raam ''s nacht dicht en moet je koelen met de airco om in de winter binnen niet te warm te krijgen. Karige hoeveelheid borden/ bekers

    The flat was unclean on arrival, especially the floors which were covered in crumbs - you could feel the dirt under your feet. The toilet still contained the previous guest’s excrement and the cups and sheets were dirty. The next morning there was a strong smell of sewage from the bathroom. After returning that evening, the stench became unbearable - it was hard not to gag upon entering the bathroom. I raised the issues with the host. Their response (which they maintained even after I sent time stamped photos of the dirty toilet and my sock which had changed colour from walking around the flat for 15 mins) was to infer that I was lying about the cleanliness (apparently because I messaged them on night 2 (of 2) rather than night 1 thus not enabling a second cleaning visit!). They did not apologise or even comment on the sewage issue. Most astonishingly, they threatened to “leave you a bad review preventing you from using [AirBnb] in the future” if I publicised these issues.

    Le logement est très bien situé et il est assez fonctionnel pour un pied à terre à Paris. La direction a été très réactive pour répondre à nos attentes. Il mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement général pour être top. Le seul bémol est la vue sur tous les moteurs Clim de l’immeuble qui font beaucoup de bruit. Après tout est très bien organisé pour les clefs dépose bagages etc..

    Positive: Location good. Entry codes worked well. Basically clean. No bedbugs. Beds comfortable. Has a washing machine, and dryers are available a few doors down at the Laundromat. Charging ports in the wall sockets were great. TV has a Chromecast for streaming from your phone. Negative: Pretty basic accommodations. No night table in the bedroom so we had to leave our stuff on the floor. Bathroom smelled bad continuously (coming from the shower drain).. Shower backed up during every shower and we had to shorten showers to keep it from overflowing into the bathroom. Extremely stingy on the supplies - we were 3 people staying there for 7 nights - and they only gave us 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper, one tiny bar of hotel soap, 2 small liquid soaps, and only 3 coffee pods to make 1.coffee each.

  29. It was an excellent clean and comfy ideally located apartment as a base to explore all of Paris.

    Positive: The apartment is comfy, exactly big enough for two or three. Facilities are modern, clean, one could say even a bit stylish. Questions were answered promptly. Getting in was easy. The area is very conveniently located near Voltaire and Bastille and offers a wide range of good and affordable restaurants, bakeries, and groceries. Negative: Some will find the apartment cramped. It depends a little how much space you want/need. I found it excellent to my needs, but if you need a real roomy apartment look on.

    Overall good apartment, at a good location! The apartment was a bit smaller than expected, based on the pictures - with four of us and all of our luggage, there really wasn't much space left to move around the apartment... Apartment is decently equiped as well, however couple of things would need some maintenance - one of the ACs was dripping water all over the floor, and shower wasn't draining that well... Location is great - lots of great cafe's on the street, and short walk to metro and/or some of the city attractions. There are also some great restaurants in the neighborhood. Management is fairly responsive and accommodating - they let us check in early and use extra lockers for our luggage after check-out. However, AC has not been fixed within 3 days of our stay...

    Positive: Ausstattung war sehr gut, sowie größe der Unterkunft. (wir waren 3 Erwachsene) Couch war super bequem und Badezimmer sehr modern und sauber. Die Lage der Unterkunft war auch sehr zentral gelegen, mit vielen Geschäften in der Umgebung. (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Restaurants und Bistros) Negative: Obwohl es uns nicht gestört hat (da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren) war der Ausblick von den Fenstern aus auf eine Wand. Außerdem erwartete uns eine böse Überraschung, am Ankunftstag, weil das Restaurant genau unter uns eine Party hatte, und es bis 01.00 unmöglich war zu schlafen. Zum Glück, waren die anderen Tage ruhig, sonst wären wir nicht in dieser Unterkunft geblieben.

    Positive: Lage super. Zimmer klein, aber für unseren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. TV hat Smart TV Funktionen, falls man etwas Streamen will. Ausstattung fehlt: Küchentüvher bzw. Küchentücher, Schwämme (Besteck und Geschirr soll jedoch gespült hinterlassen werden). Ansonsten schönes, kleines Appartment mit super vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung.     Positive: The instructions were clear and simple to follow. The place was very warm (went during winter) Beds were comfortable It was tidy and clean Quick responses For a short stay it was good enough. We didn't cook in the place so can't comment on that. Negative: We had a problem with the shower, it seemed like it was blocked and the water wasn't draining properly. But we were able to contact the property and they reply quickly and they fixed the problem. We were also able to store our luggage to go and explore on the last day as our train was later in the day and that was very handy.

    Positive: Bakker en andere winkels en metro was kort bij. Negative: entree was een bouwput. Tussendeur boven in gang maakte veel lawaai. In het bad was een lichtelijke rioolgeur en de hygiene was matig, rest van thee in waterkoker, sokken van vorige gasten in kast, blik en veger vuil. Wij konden raam s,nachts niet openen ivm geluid van Airco. En van ons werd verlangd dat afvalbak geledigd werd en servies etc afgewassen was voor vertrek. Zo niet, dan werd het in rekening gebracht. Kosten Euro 50 .

    Positive: La struttura è in una zona tranquilla e accogliente, con molti locali nei pressi per ogni esigenza e a pochi metri dalle fermate della metro di Versailles e Bastille. L'appartamento era pulito, silenzioso e lo staff disponibile telefonicamente per ogni esigenza, tra cui la possibilità di depositare i bagagli in appositi box dopo aver effettuato il ceck out, per poter girare la città senza bagagli nelle ore prima della partenza. Negative: La struttura mette a disposizione solo asciugamani da bagno, ma è priva di ogni altro kit da bagno. Problema principale il lavandino otturato, l'acqua defluiva molto lentamente. Le finestre affacciano su un terrazzo su cui le uniche cose visibili sono un muro e delle grosse tubature.

Fans was pretty loud outside, you can hear them badly at night and smell from the window is not very pleasent. Dirty old stains in the shower. Nice soap celection at the toilet and a bottle of champagne on the table was only on the picture at the website. Quite tiny apartment-called Superior apartment for some reasons and pictures looked much different

    Positive: Buona posizione in una via tranquilla, pur nelle vicinanze di luoghi frequentati. Servizi disponibili nelle immediate vicinanze: fermata della metro 9 a poca distanza, molto comoda per raggiungere i classici luoghi di interesse turistico supermercati, bar, ristoranti di ogni genere panificio/pasticceria appena sotto casa Gare de Lyon raggiungibile con poche fermate della metro, anche serve un cambio di linea. All'andata ci siamo arrivati a piedi in 15-20 minuti Negative: La spazio è limitato per 4 persone, soprattutto quando il divano letto è aperto. Ci sono tutte le dotazioni per cucinare semplici pasti. Da migliorare gli scarichi del bagno e gli odori che ogni tanto risalgono.

    Positive: De locatie. Goede locatie en goede verbinding met metro. Fijn winkels in de buurt voor dagelijkse leven Negative: Servies was niet voldoende miste wat spullen. 3 dagen met handdoeken. Airco lekte water in de slaapkamer. Douche water liep niet door dus overstroming in badkamer. Ventilatie in badkamer weinig. Stond dat er Schoonmaak middelen aanwezig waren moesten we zoeken. Niet duidelijk waar je a afval moest weggooien. Bij aankomst niet duidelijk dat er een code is om de deur open te doen van tevoren contact gehad met nummer via sms maar niemand heeft tot heden gereageerd. Verder is de appartement super. Mooi, schoon, netjes. Dit zijn de redenen waarom ik het nog een keer zou huren. Misschien handig een blaadje met wat duidelijke regels etc dan de huiseigenaar.

    I have booked the Superior apartment, and it looked very good on pictures, but in reality wasn't as expected. I wish I could attach pictures. Bathroom was unpleasantly dirty with old yellow and rotten stains. All our windows was facing the wall and ventilation. The smell was coming bad from window and ventilation outside the window was making really loud sound during a night. We had no over, but on website it's written that the apartment has oven Sofa was quite comfortable to sleep on it, location is great and TV was working- that's the only positive.... The room size was quite small. It doesn't worth to stay at this place

    No contestó a mi reclamación a la llegada. Bolsas basuras y papel higiénico insuficientes. No había perchas en el armario, por tanto, la ropa tuvo que colocarse en sillas. Falta de respuesta en 5 días por parte del anfitrión ante mi reclamación. Ducha se atasca con el agua y se desborda por el plato de ducha hacia el suelo. No hay fregona para recoger el agua. No lo recomiendo para nada, sobretodo, por la falta de respuesta del anfitrión. Antes del abono de la reserva siempre contestaba.

    Nice new appartement. It is small when you are with 4 people but everything fits in. You just do not have a lot of room to move. Neighborhood is nice and quiet at night. When we were there, there were several minor maintenance issues (like blocked drain in the shower). And we had some issues coming in with the code provided. This was solved however quickly. All with all a good appartement in a good location with a good price.

    Apartment in which we stayed was very nice and clean, very well equipped. The position is great, near the metro stations, bars and stores. It was very useful that we could use luggage lockers in entrance hall after check out. The bad thing was that we had some problems while entering the apartment. Lost few hours while waiting for the right code.
