    Positive: Disponibilità dell’host, il bagno grande e la posizione molto comoda. Negative: Le foto non corrispondevano. Ci è stato dato l’appartamento Renoir. Non c’era spazio per 6 persone. C’era solo un’anta di armadio per 6 persone. Una stanza era grande abbastanza da contenere solo due letti singoli stretti e nemmeno un comodino, la porta non si chiudeva perché non c’era lucchetto, ed essendo in pendenza si riapriva da sola; e si trovava davanti al bagno, la cui porta non si riusciva a chiudere bene. Il tavolo per mangiare non era abbastanza grande per ospitare 6 persone. Mancava l’olio. La finestra della stanzetta aveva la maniglia rotta. La macchinetta del caffè era accompagnata da solo due cialde offerte per 6 giorni e 6 persone.

    Positive: Letto comodo. Negative: Manca una scopa lunga per dare una spazzatina in cucina, manca uno straccio per dare un asciugata in bagno. Manca un appendi giubbotto nel salotto ( bastava farlo sotto le scale visto che c era spazio), mancano appendini in bagno e nella cameretta, Manca in cucina qualche straccio in piu per asciugare le stoviglie. In generale é tutto troppo contato per il prezzo altissimo che si paga.

    Positive: No comment Negative: La casa era molto carina, il problema è che era davvero piccola e muoversi in 6 non era così facile. In generale la posizione era comoda, il prezzo era giusto e i letti erano davvero comodi, il problema era la pulizia. Quando siamo arrivate la casa non era stata pulita bene, c’era il pavimento davvero sporco e come se non bastasse non ci erano stati neanche forniti degli utensili per poter pulire.

    Positive: As fotos correspondem exatamente a realidade. Fácil localização. Cama confortável, aquecedor, utensílios necessário para uma pequena refeição e pequeno almoço. Acomodou muito bem 3 adultos e 2 crianças. Ha muitos restaurantes, supermercados, padarias, estação de metrô de fácil acesso. Negative: O banheiro é excelente a única coisa que nos incomodou foi o fato da parte externa do box molhar muito. Deveria ter uma possibilidade de reter a água de modo que o banheiro não fique tão molhado. A limpeza dos móveis do quarto se faz necessário, estava melado e com poeira, nada grave.

    voy a tratar de ser lo mas preciso posible con este alojamiento: Lo bueno: Buena ubiacion en cerca de la bastilla. el barrio s muy lindo y pintoresco. cerca de subte voltaire. Varios supermecados y restaurantes y cafes.Para lo caro que es paris el precio esta bastante acorde.Para una familia de 6 personas el deptos cumplio su funcion aunque es ajustado, creo que seria mejor para 4 personas comodas. Lo malo: Es un 2 piso por escalera tener en cuenta eso para valijas. Dentro del departamente el baño esta en el piso de arriba, es complicado para personas mayores para subir mas escaleras.El baño no tiene una mampara o cortina de baño y se moja todo el piso cuando uno se baña. Hay 1 solo baño para una familia numerosa es complejo. el horario del check in es a las 17 hs cuando en casi todos los hospedajes es a las 14 o 15 hs esto para viajeros es un problema por q uno viene cansado del viaje. En las escaleras hay muchisimo olor a comida por que hay un restaurante al lado de sale mucho olo

    The apartment was fantastic! Everything we needed for a few days in Paris with my husband and 2 teenagers! The metro is close as well a bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. It was really nice to have a place to store 4 carry-on suitcases & 3 backpacks for the day. My only suggestion would be to get a shower curtain or a door so the bathroom doesn’t get soaked when someone takes a shower.

    My Paris rental was clean and well maintained. The only difficulty was the steps going up to second floor. The steps are steep. There was a handrail on one side that was accessible about halfway up. The rest of the way the rail was nailed to the wall and I could not hold it. There was no railing on the opposite side of the stairs and near the bottom, there was a drop to the floor if you got too close to the edge of the stairs. I realize this is due to the structure of the building, but I am a senior adult and would not have rented this particular property if it had been better described. Also, the shower seemed lovely but the floor was not nonslip and there was no way to keep water from flowing onto the bathroom floor thereby creating a slip and fall hazard. I realize I am an American and safety standards are different in France but I was concerned about falling and interrupting my European vacation. Again, the rental was very lovely but not the best for a senior adult.

    Positive: i fall in love with the neighbourhood :) it located in 11th arr. less than 5 mns walk to the metro station, Voltaire. Lots of restaurant, bar, cafe, mini market nearby. Negative: the place is cozy but it's a bit small for 6 people. there's only 1 bathroom and it's located in the 2nd floor of the room, which i dont think is very convenient. the shower doesn't have glass door/curtain so it's easy to make the bathroom floor wet. i think max capacity of the flat is for 4 people

    Heel knus en fris appartementje in het 11e arrondissement. Op de hoek van de straat zit een bakkertje, waarbij we iedere ochtend vers brood haalden. Heerlijk! Tijdens ons bezoek aan Parijs wilden wij vooral lekker eten en shoppen in de Marais. Dat ligt op loopafstand van de Airbnb, dus dat was voor ons perfect. Al hoefden we voor fijne restaurantjes helemaal niet zo ver, op Rue de la Roquette is ook genoeg te beleven. De Airbnb ligt aan een rustige zijstraat, dus we hebben geen geluidsoverlast gehad. Ik heb af en toe via w-app contact gehad met de vriendelijke host. Het enige minpuntje dat ik kan bedenken is het geluid van de zogenaamde 'VMC' voor luchtzuivering, schijnbaar verplicht in appartementen. Die hoor je ook 's nachts nog een beetje brommen, vooral op de slaapkamer boven. Over de lucht dan ook niks te klagen! Er hangen zelfs drie AC's, ik kan me voorstellen dat dat in de zomer heel fijn in. Oh en superfijne verduisteringsgordijnen!

Negative: The check-in and out is done through a company with an additional charge to the guests that is not mentioned while booking. The place was very dusty under the beds, not ideal if you have allergies. The accommodation was not ready at 5 pm. Check-in, and the checkout is at 10 am. It is not ideal if you have a family and are not in line with general practice, which is usually by 12 pm.

    Positive: Apartamento bonito, cómodo y bien situado, aunque en general todo estaba muy bien, buena conexion, con el metro de Voltaire y algún trasbordo, llegas a todos lados, céntrico. Zona de la Bastille a 2 minutos andando. Negative: No le doy más puntuación debido a un ruido que se escuchaba de continuo, como un zumbido incómodo, pienso que debe ser el sistema de extracción de humos del restaurante L'Orgueil, que está justo abajo (por cierto, muy buen restaurante, recomendable) ya que a veces la zona de escaleras olia también a comida.

    Positive: The property is nice looking with a functional kitchen and the double bed was very comfortable. Negative: Unfortunately the bathroom made the upstairs room inhabitable. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom - even for a very short and cold shower - made the walls (and every surface within the bathroom) drip with condensation, and the condensation and humidity seeped into the top bedroom across from the bathroom (the bedroom had no windows or way to air out the humidity and condensation from the bathroom). There was also a vibration upstairs that was extremely uncomfortable. The TV remote was missing too and the TV wouldn’t turn on manually.

Negative: Manca il bidè, gli odori nel corridoio sono pestilenziali e non occasionali, la doccia bagna metà del pavimento (fortuna che il bagno è grande). Qualcuno ai piani superiori sputava dall'alto sul corrimano e si trovavano gli sputi (due giorni di fila).

The room was fully equipped, lovely, decorated, and just perfect for a ladies weekend in Paris. We would definitely recommend it ❤️ Negative: I didn't get the instructions with the code for the locker box and we struggled to get in. We also struggled check put as the code did not work

  143. Zero kontaktu z obiektem! Nie warte nerwów!

    Positive: Lokalizacja. Negative: Zacznę od tego, że kontaktu z obiektem nie bylo żadnego. Przed przyjazdem wysłałam kilkanaście wiadomości z prośbą o potwierdzenie, czy w apartamencie będzie suszarka do włosów, ekspres do kawy itd Nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi na żadną z nich. W dniu przyjazdu nie miałam nawet żadnej informacji w jaki sposób można dostać się do apartamentu. Numer telefonu podany na Booking.com oczywiście nie odpowiadał. O godzinie 13 siedząc na krawężniku pod apartamentem, próbując bezskutecznie skontaktować się z obiektem, uznałam, że czas poprosić Booking o interwencję. W końcu po interwencji bookingu udało mi się skontaktować z kobietą, która miała być menagerem tego miejsca, niestety nie znała pół słowa po angielsku, ale w końcu wysłała mi informację jak dostać się do środka. W skrzynce na kod miał znajdować się klucz do apartamentu, którego oczywiście nie było. Kolejne telefony i bezskuteczne próby porozumienia się doprowadziły mnie prawie do łez. Szczęście w nieszczęściu, że akurat kolejnych dwóch menagerów (nie wiem ilu mają tam menagerów, ale zdecydowanie coś nie gra) schodziło z góry i jeden z nich dał mi kod do drzwi (są dwie opcje dostania się do mieszkania - kod lub klucz). Check in miał być o godzinie 17 (wg mnie ekstremalnie późno, bo check out był o 10, ale to był mój pierwszy raz w Paryżu, więc może takie tam panują obyczaje). Ja chciałam jedynie zostawić ciężkie bagaże i zacząć zwiedzanie miasta. Taką też informację dostałam od pani menager nr 1, która wręcz zabroniła nam dokonania wcześniejszego check inu. Jednak miły pan menager nr 3 pozwolił nam zostać i odświeżyć się po podróży, pomimo iż była godzina 14, ale mieszkanie było już wysprzątane i gotowe. To był chyba jedyny plus tego wszystkiego. W apartamencie nie było papieru toaletowego, który zdążyłyśmy sobie kupić, ale w ramach rekompensaty host przyniósł nam butelkę wina, co było miłym gestem. Był ekspres na kapsułki, ale oczywiście nie było żadnej kapsułki..

    Die Wohnung liegt in einem super Viertel! Der Check-In war auch sehr reibungslos und die Kommunikation vor Ankunft genauso. Die Kommunikation nach Ankunft war etwas schleppend. Wir waren fünf Mädels und fanden die Unterkunft dafür zu klein und eng. Das Bad ist sehr doof gemacht mit der offenen Dusche wird alles sehr nass und schnell eklig und dreckig. Außerdem gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten seine Sachen einzuräumen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt für max. 4 Personen jedoch völlig ausreichend.

    We loved our little spot. Great location and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens for 4 nights. Check in was confusing but luckily we bumped into someone working there to get a code rather than the promised key. Comms stopped abruptly when we arrived too and heard nothing from host despite a few requests for assistance.

But I wonder what one's view on mankind is like, when one feels a place with a living room of 2,5x2,5 meters can accommodate six people, and there needn't be even one hook to put up a coat. Let alone a cupboard. With four people it was already a challenge.

    The place looks like the pictures, except that it’s worn down and needs a little TLC on repainting the walls and stairs because since they’re white they’re visibly dirty. Our airbnb was not finished cleaning until 6:30pm, although our check-in was at 3pm. We were missing bed sheets & towels and communication was not reciprocated. For some reason we got towels, but not not the sheets we needed. If you’re only in the airbnb to sleep like us it will do, but otherwise I wouldn’t stay here again. The whole building had a overpowering smell of cigarettes as soon as you walk in and all the walls and carpets are dirty in the building. This is a building that is rented out through an agency for airbnb purposes and it is just dirty and smelly. They also apparently don’t work on weekends and won’t respond to messages sent between Friday and Monday. Lastly, when you shower the water goes everywhere as there is no curtain and there was no extra towels or carpets in the bathroom to dry everything out.

    Appartamento in ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla fermata della metro linea 9. Pulito e ben organizzato pur nella metratura ridotta. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in 5 senza particolari problemi, rimanendo fuori buona parte della giornata. Cucina ben attrezzata, aria e lavatrice con stendino.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and perfect for a short stay for family of 4 with teenagers. Small space but it was good value for money. Unfortunately let down by poor communication - I think I sent 3 messages after arrival and all remain unanswered. We couldn't find any keys and weren't told the door code, couldn't get aircon to work, couldn't get the safe to work.
