    The air bnb was lovely and clean, ideal for a place to leave our bags and sleep for the night. It was a bit tight at times considering we were six adults sharing the location especially when the sofa bed was out so bare that in mind but it was an ideal place to act as a base. Two showers was handy but the toilet was quite small and confined. Overall we were very happy with our stay and it suited us just fine

    Positive: Gute Lage. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Metro 9, Station Voltaire in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Negative: Lüfter im hinteren Bad defekt. Möglichkeit zum Trocknen der Duschtücher könnte besser sein.

    The location is the best for anyone visiting Paris! 4 mins walk from Voltaire metro station- which has great connectivity into key sight seeing. The house has locker to store luggage once checkin this has been amazing! The host is extremely quick in response. We had small issue in the flat that was fixed straightaway which was fantastic. Only drawback is it has only one toilet and the bathrooms don’t lock. This is just fyi- we were 2 families with kids and still managed fine. Overall it was really good, highly recommend it

    Great location, close to restaurants and metro. Easy to access and flexible to drop off luggage. Neighborhood is walkable with boulangerie, restaurants, grocery and laundry nearby. Wifi and AC worked well. Unit was above a restaurant that stayed open late. Would recommend for family with older kids or young adults.

    L’espace était parfait pour 3 adultes, l’emplacement est super et la climatisation est un gros plus. Heureusement qu’il y avait la climatisation, ça nous a permis de fermer les fenêtres durant la nuit car c’est une rue très bruyante. La literie et les serviettes étaient propres, par contre il y avait seulement un linge à vaisselle pour 3 jours. Nous avons utilisé la cuisine seulement pour les déjeuners, c’était bien pour nous, parce qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de vaisselle. Le logement avait été bien nettoyé, c’est au niveau de l’entretien que c’est moins bon, ça manque de peinture et les douches ont besoin d’être nettoyées en profondeur.

    The lobby smells. The hallway reeks. Turning on the air conditioner in the master bedroom makes the room smell like stinky socks. The shower smells like mildew. It’s all pretty unappetizing—and although we’d seen a recent review on this subject and signaled it in advance to the host (who responded with a thumbs up), by our arrival nothing had been done. Nothing was done during our stay, either, though we mentioned these problems. (Well, they did more or less accuse us of lying, so there’s that.) Otherwise the experience was OK but totally anonymous, with photos that oversell the place. I wouldn’t do it unless the price is seriously competitive—and even then, only if you don’t mind bad smells.

    Positve-The location was perfect. It was nice and close to metro and restaurants. The apt was very cute and comfortable bedding. The air-conditioner worked perfect. The water pressure and heat gave us no problems. the apt has 1 toilet and 2 showers. Negative - the shower had a terrible smell coming out of it. I sent the agent a message, and because of the rain, no one ever came out to fix it. there was a small washer, but it was very loud and took forever to figure out. No dyer, so we ended up using the laundrymat, which is only 1 min away that worked out great. This was my first trip to Europe, and this place was great for me as an American.

    This rental hit the most important requirements for my family and I right away: Firm beds, clean, Air Conditioning(!), great neighborhood. The place has bunk beds that were great for my teen sons, and then the master bedroom was perfect. You get all the windows facing the street, and the neighborhood is fantastic. There are two Boulangeries nearby, one right at the corner, one to the right on Rue de la Roquette about one block down. Then there are so many great restaurants in the same block: Grill Adana for Kebabs, Les Artists Gourmands (Italian), Boucherie Voltaire (roasted chickens), then tons of Japanese and other types of restaurants on the way to Place de la Bastille. There is also theater and opera all close walking distance. Finally, the Metro station, Voltaire is 1.5 blocks away (so close), to get you anywhere in the 9 line East-West, then you can grab many others North-South to go to all attractions: Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Louvre, PSG stadium, within 30 mins.

    När vi klagade på städningen fick vi ett märkligt svar.Eftersom vi reste med fyra barnbarn, 8-12 år, kunde vi inte bara checka ut och leta nytt boende. När vi föreslog en reducering av priset, då blev vi anklagade för utpressning! Sedan blev vi erbjudna städning, vilket vi accepterade. Den extra städningen var inte komplett. De öppna golven var bättre, men skräp och damm låg kvar under sängarna. Städfirman har verkligen inte utfört sitt uppdrag, varken vid första eller andra städningen! Sedan upptäckte vi ett läckage i diskhon och skickade en bild där vi hade ställt en bunke under avloppet, men då fick vi ingen reaktion alls! Avslutningsvis vill vi påpeka att köksutrustningen inte var avsedd för sex personer, då tallrikar och koppar saknades. Vi har aldrig råkat ut för något liknande på något Air B&B tidigare! Hoppas det var ett undantag!

    Good location and close to the Voltaire metro. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The smell of bread and pastries from the corner Boulangerie when the bedroom window was open was awesome! Noise from restaurant patrons below the flat can be annoying but is bearable. The AirBnB was clean, nice, and as described. Host was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again when in Paris 👍🏽

    Perfekte und sehr hübsch gemachte Wohnung mitten in Paris! Die Gastgeber sind unkompliziert und die Kommunikation ist schnell und hilfreich. Das Viertel ganz in der Nähe von der Bastille bietet alles, was man braucht, von kleinen Cafés, Bioläden, Supermärkten bis zu ausgezeichneten Restaurants is alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlnswert! Un appartement parfait et très jolie au cœur de Paris ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et la communication est rapide et utile. Le quartier tout proche de la Bastille offre tout ce dont on a besoin, des petits cafés, des magasins bio, des supermarchés aux excellents restaurants, tout est accessible à pied. Je le recommande vivement !

    Positive: prima appartement op super leuke locatie. ondanks zeer beperkte afmetingen heel goed te doen met zes mensen. echt heel goed gebruik gemaakt van ruimte. Negative: airco / heater stond op 30c en kregen we in de slaapkamer niet uit doordat batterij afstandsbediening op waren. na appen met verhuurder was dat gelukkig snel in orde.

    Positive: - good instructions and communications by staff. - they put baby beds for us - plenty of clean towels, blankets, pillows. - Hairdryer, toaster, dishes, iron, espresso coffee machine (bring your own capsules though) - very nice / hot shower, good water supply. -2 bathrooms in our apartment (Claude Monet) Negative: - very bad smell in the bathroom - no daily cleaning by staff - we had to take out our trash our self!!!! very strange!! they did not provide extra trash bags either so we had to stay 4 days with trash smell in the apartment - dirty under the bed and in the closets not cleaned well - no toiletries - not enough toilet paper for 4 days for us - no elevator - a lot of noise from the guests upstairs we had asked them to be quieter but the noises went on till 3 am, having no reception or concierge to complaint to is very frustrating. - all the doors in the apartment stuck and made a lot of noise, they need to be fixed. Also the door in the corridor made a lot of noise, needs some oil.

    It was ok but there was a smell in the bathroom and the corners and under the bed there was hair an dust and dirty. There was also no extra plastic bag for the bins, staying 4 days and not being able to change it! No daily cleaning from the hotel either! No equipment for self cleaning either. Hairdryer, toaster, water cooker, dishes, plenty of towels and blankets etc etc were perfect! A lot of noise from upstairs all 3 nights!!! Until 3am! We told them several times but they did not listen!

    Positive: l’aménagement des pièces, confort literies, déco , accès pour poser les bagages dès 12h, éponges neuves, vaisselles et accessoires cuisine, climatisation, le sms avec code/explication. super chambre d’enfant Negative: manque de savon en dépannage? un plan de situation pour situer metro/alimentation? préciser sur l’annonce qu’il y a bien les draps et Serviette( on a eu un doute jusqu’à l’arrivée, car ça nous est arrivé ailleurs qu’il n’y ait pas) le ménage était bien fait en surface, mais besoin de faire à fond les angles de douche, plinthes etc

Negative: 2 apartmant foglaltunk. az első emeleten voltak. a legrosszabb a kellemetlen szag volt, amit nem lehetett kiszellőztetni. az utcára nézőben az alatta levő étteremből. a miénkben csatornaszag volt, amit a ruháink is átvettek. tűzfalra, csövekre, gépészeti berendezkedésre nézett és 4 embernek nagyon kényelmetlen volt. alig fértünk el. tiszta volt ugyan, de a falak állapota miatt nem volt igazán tisztaságérzet a szobákban. a szállásadó ráadásul egyik üzenetünkre sem reagált, megjegyzem nem panaszkodós üzenetek voltak, hanem az utazás előtt érdeklődés, az utazás alatt pedig segítséget kértünk volna. nem reagált, telefont nem vette fel, üzenetrögzítőre kapcsolt. tud angolul???!!! csak az automata rendszerüzeneteket kaptuk, volt amit franciául…

    We had a great stay here! The place was just as expected. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The only problem we had was one of the showers wasn’t working properly and the drain was clogged so the bathroom flooded and we couldn’t use that shower anymore. We tried messaging the host about it but they did not get back to us. Other than that everything was good. We thought we had left our laptop there and the host was great and contacting me about it and looking for it. Fortunately, we didn’t leave it there and had found it.

    The apartment is chic and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The position is very good, 300m from a subway station and about 2km from Notre Dame Cathedral.. The smell of The kitchen of The restaurant on the ground floor can ne felt on the stairs of the block, but not in the apartment, which is good. We were a group of 6 persons and we did well, but it would have been very helpful to have 2 rooms with toilets.

    The apartment is really highly cost-effective with this location in Paris and this price. The agency rental responds quickly. However, for 6 persons, it would be quite crowded. For comfortability, I would suggest 4 people. The whole apartment is quite humid. Even with the air-conditioner, the water still accumulates on the window and the wall. I gave 4 stars on 5 in general.

    The apartment was spot on, was very close to all kinds of public transports, a lot of shops around the area, very nice area and safe for people it was 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. It was very good and big enough for 6 guests, I highly recommend it the owner is very kind and let us stayed a bit longer as we had a late flight at night. I would give it a 6 stars rate but it’s only 5 stars limit top apartment for a holidays in Paris. Thank you very much will see me there again.

    Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Position de l'appartement optimale et très proche du métro. L'appartement était suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes mais il n'était pas très propre. Les linges des lits avaient des taches, il y avait des cheveux sur deux oreillers et l'on sentait encore un parfum masculin. Le bac a douche d'une des salles des bain était bouché et il y avait de la moisissure noire sur le mur de la cuisine, en bas à côté de la fenêtre. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pris de photos. Les 100 € demandés pour le ménage ne sont pas justifiés.

    Overall, we had an ok stay in this flat. Its location was amazing, and the size was good for the short duration of our stay. However, from our arrival we had issues: the codes didn't work for us to enter the building, there weren't enough towels for all 6 guests and some of the bedding was dirty (there was also a dirty towel left by the previous guest). I emailed the host with some of these issues and they responded only to the issue of the code, which they tried to resolve, but didn't manage to. There also seemed to be a lack of basic amenities such as sufficient toilet paper, washing up liquid or bin bags. Given that the flat was used for a weekend tourist trip in Paris, it is annoying to have to purchase these. Communication with the host was ok, though my inquiry for an early check in went ignored.

    Appartement très bien agencé, nous étions un couple avec 3 ados et avions suffisamment de place. La literie est parfaite !! L’emplacement idéal dans un super quartier. Le système de code pour entrer dans l’immeuble et dans le logement est efficace. Juste une remarque, il était très humide et les serviettes avaient du mal à sécher. Mise à part ce léger désagrément notre séjour était très réussi !!

    Apartment is a lot smaller than it seems in the pictures - ok for 4 people, would be cramped for 6. one of the beds had dirty sheets on arrival. The drain was clogged in one of the showers and the other bath smelled unpleasant of mold. We noticed the firm and they didnt respond before our trip was over. The stay was ok only because we didnt spend much time in the flat. Commodities such as soap and toiletpaper was bare minimum, expect to buy more yourself. Area is fine, check in went smooth and information given was helpful.

The apartment was nice enough and provided mostly what we needed: a place to sleep and leave our stuff and a good starting point to explore the city. Its quite small and a couple of things regarding houskeeping weren't as we would have expected. Communication was efficient and forthcoming and our complaints were handled professionally.

    Mi experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante. Cuando llegue allí no encontraba el mail con el código de entrada y tras 10 llamadas al anfitrión no tuve respuesta alguna. El lavabo del baño tenía un cubo para recoger el agua porque el sifón estaba roto, y el último día, me dijeron que podía dejar las maletas en una consigna que hay en el portal sin embargo cuando fuimos a por ellas habían cambiado el código de entrada. En mi opinión, decepcionante. No lo recomendaría.

Posizionato in zona strategica vicino a fermate del BUS e della Metro, supermercato, boulangeries e vari locali proprio sotto casa... veramente molto comodo per un soggiorno nella capitale francese. Un piccolo inconveniente all'arrivo è stato preso in carico dalla persona che ci è stata indicata come riferimento e l'agenzia ci è venuta incontro con un gesto commerciale che è stato molto apprezzato.
