Negative: L'appartamento é molto più piccolo di quanto può sembrare dalle foto su booking, c'è una puzza di fogne in un dei 2 bagni disponibili, le stoviglie erano sporche (casseruole e padelle impossibile da adoperare) le altre le abbiamo ovviamente lavate. Per il resto ambienti angusti al limite della vivibilità, non ci tornerei.

The kitchen was not particularly well equipped, many items missing. The cups are all plastic with small crevices making them impossible to completely clean. There was an error with our room and it was not clean when we arrived at 8pm. We were offered the room next door immediately so that was handled well. That new room also had the smell of mold unfortunately. A loud clunking noise from the air conditioning unit at regular intervals.

Noisy area and beware of early check-out with very late check-in
Beware of the very late check-in at 5pm (maybe able to let you leave luggage earlier) and early check-out at 10am. So theoretically you nearly lose 1 day rental. The floors are not well cleaned so needed to buy wet wipes towel & spent time cleaning it. And the bath towels quality are poor. No shampoo provided. Although bedsheets are reasonably clean. Toilet door knob was loose and should have been fixed. Eventually it fell-off and it took 2 days before the professional servicer fix it. The area is very noisy and even with the window tightly close, the noise from the streets are loud till early morning. So it is difficult to get good night rest.

The stay was nice, just a little further from the city center than we thought. Still good size.
Positive: I liked that it had two bedrooms and a family/dining area. I liked that it had a lot hen with washing machine. Negative: I did not like the master shower. It had a moldy smell that was nauseating. There should be a fan in the bathrooms to prevent this. I also did not like that our host was not accommodating for the root issues. We requested to reschedule and get a voucher if he was unable to cancel. However, the response was no. The last night the riots were on our street below, with shouting screaming and starting garbage can fires. Our kids were traumatized.

Positive: Die farbliche Abstimmung und der kluge Schnitt der Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert, der Zugang ist ständig gewährleistet. Die Koffer konnten wir vor 17 Uhr in der Wohnung unterbringen. Das Bettzeug war warm, die Betten, auch die Schlafcouch komfortabel. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, was auch bedeutet, dass die Menschen der Umgebung eher belebt ist. Eine sehr gute Bäckerei an der Ecke und ein Restaurant Bistrot (La fée verte) sorgen mit dem Minimarkt in der Nachbarstraße für die Grundversorgung auch spät abends. Negative: Die Lüftung in den Bädern arbeitet nicht aktiv, die Luft steht fast und auch die Abflüsse riechen unangenehm. Bei Vollbelegung mussten wir bei offenen Fenstern schlafen und auch die Türe zum 'Kinderzimmer' mit Stockbetten geöffnet lassen. Jemand, der nicht wie wir entsprechend müde ist, könnte sich an den Geräuschen von draußen oder den (Schnarch-)geräuschen aus den Nachbarzimmern stören.

Sehr zentral und der Vermieter super nett, wir durften freundlicherweise sogar früher rein, so konnten wir den 1 Tag schön gestalten. Betten waren super. Alles top , was vom Vermieter abhängig war. The kitchen was well equipped for basic needs - kettle, coffee maker, stove for simple cooking as well. Relatively close to few metro lines and with a cafe and supermarket just around the corner. Had a very comfortable stay, would definitely recommend. Negative: Upon arrival took a bit of time to identify which was the building and entrance - the accommodation unit number is on the building itself so just needed to look around and upwards to find the right one.

Positive: No comment Negative: El sitio era un lugar en el que automaticamente metes un código y entras en la habitación. Para empezar la puerta del portal estaba rota, por lo que podía entrar cualquiera. Las zonas comunes (taquillas para dejar el equipaje) estaban destrozadas y sucias. Cuando llegamos a meter el código, no funcionaba. Seguimos las instrucciones que nos envió el anfitrión y dimos el siguiente paso, bajar a una zona en la que había unos casilleros y se podía, con un código, coger una llave física. CUando abrimos ese casillero, estaba vacío, no había llave. Todo esto con 3 niños a las 21.30 de la noche esperando a entrar. Nos intentamos poner en contacto por teléfono con el teéfono que nos facilitaron y saltaba una locución. Fue entonces cuando decidimos llamar a Booking para ver si nos podían buscar una solución. La chica, muy amable nos dijo los pasos a seguir y nos fuimos a cenar a la espera de la solución, media hora después. Estando ya a punto de volver, se puso en contacto con nosotros el anfitrión que ya estaba todo solucionado y que ya podíamos entrar en la habitación.

Very small apartment, but smart layout. The internet/WiFi service was excellent during our stay. The beds were firm and comfortable. The location was great for us. Close to the Metro, food, and a corner bakery steps away. The place is stocked with minimal kitchen supplies. We never cooked, but ate breakfast and snacks at the apartment and made do with what was provided (but it was minimal). The reason for the low communication and check in rating is that we had difficulty and frustration getting check-in instructions from the host. It looks like they recently changed their check in instructions to automate the process and will hopefully get it figured out. Even so, this was not a pleasant host to communicate with.

Also the description was wrong when it said it had 2,5 bathrooms, most people think that means two toilets and that was not what it was. The fact that they did not see that the main door was broken talks about how invested they are on this airbnb in particular. The pictures should show how the apartment is right now and be able to see the real demensions because it seems to be much bigger than what it actually is. They should have a better comunication with the person who is renting the airbnb, such as agree at which time should be the check in and the check out. Because the check-in said it was at 3pm and when i got there their where people in and never told me that the check-in hour changed

Le logement est bien situé et bien pensé sur le plan de l’organisation de l’espace. Par contre, la propreté laisse à désirer. Il y avait du verre brisé à côté du lit quand nous sommes arrivés et le nettoyage des cabinets n’était pas adéquat. Le principal problème, c’est la moisissure qui prolifère sous les fenêtres. L’appartement est très humide, les vêtements restent moites et même humides sans avoir été mouillés.

Dans le logement des trucs très high Tech (clim/chauffage à télécommande, chrome cast..) mais malheurement pas de chose essentielle comme une pelle balayette, des torchons ou un balais. Des draps posés à même les matelas (pas de draps housse, ni de protège matelas). Voilà à part que ça puait, c'était bien quand même car très bien placé.

This home is a wonderful home base for those looking to see all that Paris has to offer! There is a pharmacy, boulangerie, grocery store, and metro station all within a 5-minute walking radius, along with plenty of delicious restaurants for any night you are feeling lazy and want to stay closed to home. The street the apartment was located on was pretty lively at night and early in the morning with restaurants closing late and delivery trucks starting their commute first thing, but it wasn’t at all a problem for us as four young women in their late 20s. Keep the windows closed and you’re fine, although in a non-pandemic setting it might be a bit lively for young children who wake easily. Regardless of if we were coming home late ourselves or heading out for a day trip at the crack of dawn, we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. I cannot stress how nice it was to be close enough to catch the metro whenever we wanted, yet not so close we had to deal with crowds. If you’re a solo traveler, couple, or group of friends on an adventure, you couldn’t ask for a better stay.

This flat is fantastic and the neighborhood is packed with cafes, restaurants, bars, and anything else you'll need to feel like a local. The 11th is not as tourist-heavy as some of the other areas, and that is a good thing. You're still just a short walk from a number of sites. The Voltaire metro station is key as you can connect to any other part of the city with very little effort. The flat has plenty of room for a couple or even a family with 1-2 children (definitely not ideal for more than 2-3 adults though). Recently renovated with modern finishes and the coldest air conditioner we've ever had in an AirBnb. We will absolutely re-book this flat on our next visit. Thanks again!

Perfect Trip to Paris
Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Paris. L'appartement était une très belle retraite. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et nous le recommandons vivement: bien situé, moderne, propre, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour quelques jours à Paris. Une petite découverte: un très bon restaurant juste à côté, le kitchen amical.

Séjour plus qu'agréable, belle appartement, très bien équiper, manquerai juste un aspirateur. De plus, il est très bien situer et comme gros point fort, très facile d'accès.

Bon séjour
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement. Tout est accessible facilement en métro. Les commerces sont au pied du logement. L'appartement en lui-même est plutôt spacieux pour un logement parisien et adapté aux touristes. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons eu des odeurs désagréables dans l'escalier mais pas dans le logement. Sinon 2 matins réveillés par les marteaux piqueurs car il y a des travaux dans l'immeuble. Nous n'étions pas souvent là donc cela ne nous a pas trop gênés. A savoir qu'en ce moment à Paris, beaucoup de monuments sont en travaux (dont la tour Eiffel) pour préparer les JO en 2024. Nous aurions aimé avoir la notice pour se servir de la clim réversible et aussi des torchons pour la vaisselle. Sinon tout était bien et le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bains au top pour se préparer rapidement.

Puzza in tutto lo stabile. Pulizia pessima. muffa in tutte le pareti. manca uno sgabello. non adatto per sei persone. codice porte che funzionava ad intermittenza infatti per due notti consecutive ho dovuto aprire io agli inquilini degli altri appartamenti. sconsigliatissimo.

Appart neuf mais gros problème d'aération, ça pue le renfermé dès les escaliers/entrée de l'immeuble, de fortes odeures aussi dans le logement. Dans le logement des trucs très high Tech (clim/chauffage à télécommande, chrome cast..) mais malheurement pas de chose essentielle comme une pelle balayette, des torchons ou un balais. Ménage insatisfaisant pour une facture de plus de 100 euros. Des draps posés à même les matelas (pas de draps housse, ni de protège matelas). Voilà à part que ça puait dans l'entrée et dans l'appart, c'était bien quand même car très bien placé.
