위층 샤워실에서 물을 오래 쓰게되면 물이 아래층으로 셉니다. 그리고 환기가 잘 안되어서 집에서 냄새가 좀 납니다. 주방거실이 좀 작아 요리해먹기는 불편합니다. 그래도 쇼파베드가 크고 여러 침대와 화장실2개를 원하시는 분들에게는 잠시 머무르기엔 나쁘지 않지만 많은 기대는 하지 않는게 좋습니다. 가격대비 파리시내에서 괜찬습니다. 빨래 건조대는 다 망가져 있어서 빨래를 돌리고 너는 것에 문제가 있었습니다.

I'd rented this place for my family of five and it's just nice. The upstairs room is comfortable for two adults with its own bathroom while the lower floor is ok for 3 persons (2 in the main bedroom while another sleeping on the sofa bed). there's another smaller bathroom on the lower floor. If its for family, I will recommend it.. if you require more privacy then this may not be that suitable. The unit is located on the 2nd floor which means that you have to haul your luggages up the stairs. Might prove to be a challenge for those who have large and heavy luggages. Plus points for this unit is the great location with lots of supermarkets, restaurants, boulangarie and cafes and a few minutes walk to the nearest Metro and a Quiet neighbourhood (can hardly hear any cars, buses on the street). Definitely feels safe walking at night. Just have to bear with the cooking odor coming from the popular restaurant next door when you enter the common area of the building.

Cependant l’annonce indique la présence d’une cuisinière alors qu’il n’y a que 2 plaques à induction et pas de four. A notre avis, il manque un torchon pour la vaisselle et une passoire (plus utile qu’une essoreuse à salade).

The apartment was very cute and overall clean. There is a persistent smell coming from the kitchen of the downstairs restaurant but this is nobody’s fault to be honest. The area is amazing and worth the stay. The apartment is perfect if you’re just looking for a place to sleep that’s central, well connected, and with plenty to do around it. The agency was responsive. The apartment is in a building with other apartments from the same agency so there’s people coming and going all the time. Not a bad thing but something to know about if you’re looking for a quieter stay. Overall the place matched the description and other reviews. You really can’t beat the area that’s hip and very Parisian.

great location; comfortable beds; lots of hot water (though it gets really, really hot, so you have to be carefully and watch young kids carefully); good size rooms negative: the building has a bad odor; the agency that rents this unit seems to own many units in the same building, so the agency really needs to deal with the odor issue negative: there is a window in the upper room that shows into the bedroom on the bottom floor; as others have said, if the upstairs kids are trying to sleep, you cannot have the downstairs bedroom light on; in our case, the downstairs parents were trying to sleep and the upstairs kids were still awake; in any case, this is an easy fix for the agency; needs a blackout shade on that window negative: didn't have great communication with the agency in advance of the trip; they didn't answer certain questions; need to be more responsive negative: missing some basic essentials like backup trash bags

Great value for a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom between the Bastille and Metro Voltaire. The apartment was clean, bright, and modern, with tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby, and the corner boulangerie-patisserie is just incredible. The host was also very responsive and they have lockers available for guests to leave their luggage on check-out day. We rate it 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons — the lobby smelled of garbage (though the apartment itself did not). More importantly, the upper bedroom has a “window” that allows in light from anywhere downstairs. This meant that, as a family with two adults and two young kids, once the children were sleeping, we had to keep all lights off downstairs both in the living room and the master bedroom. This would not be an issue for a group who were all going to sleep at the same time. It should also be noted that it is 2 steep flights of stairs up to the apartment, which can be difficult with luggage. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay!

The place was just as described it was a bit cramped but overall not bad. The upstairs shower leaked into the first floor so we didn’t use it after the first night. I messaged the host and nothing was done about it. The rental had a bit of an odor to it. The location on the other hand was perfect, the bakery in the corner made up for just about all of my complaints about this rental the croissants and baggets amazing!

Positive: It was very well located. The beds were very comfortable. Easy to find & gain access. Close to Metro. Negative: The shower door in the first bathroom was broken & leaked lots of water all over the floor. The shower upstairs also sprayed water all over the floor. The kitchen drawers smelt really bad with mould, as did under sink. The lounge area was very small with limited comfortable seating. We were in a room with little windows with no view & paid more than the front apartment with large lounge area & large windows to the street.

The first floor where a bathroom, kitchen, dining table, comfortable sofa bed and a room with a double bed. The second floor is a bit small which is designed for a bathroom and 2 single beds. - there is a washing machine in the first floor toilet - complete kitchen utensils (comes with oil, sugar, tea) - there is iron, ironing board, extra pillow and duvet in a cupboard. Positive: Location was great, easy to get in and out with the lockbox key system. Negative: Cleanliness could be improved, there were a couple of spots of mould on the shower wall, and the downstairs shower dripped onto the floor making the bath mat very wet every time. No dishwash liquid or laundry detergent.

El espacio es tal cual las fotografías. Las camas son cómodas, esto es algo en lo que personalmente me fije porque siendo nuestra primera parada me interesaba que pudiéramos descansar y dormir bien. Las almohadas cómodas también. Éramos 2 adultos y dos niñas. Estuvimos cómodos y cupimos con las maletas. Lo único es que el agua se sale un poco de la regadera cuando te estás bañando. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo para una estancia cómoda. Además está cerca de varios restaurantes.

Some minor things in the flat need to be fixed (bathroom door do not close; showerhead broken) - but this has not disturbed us. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the flat.

Great apartment in a very central location. Super comfy beds. I didn't realise there were 2 bathrooms. Aircon was great. Fantastic boulangerie/patisserie just a few doors down and a Carrefour express just round the corner. A few minutes walk from the metro station. Only negative was the lack of curtains in the main room so if using the sofabed the room is very light. Excellent communication with the agent.

This apartment was in a great location! Lots of delicious restaurants close by, as well as shops, grocery stores, bakeries and the metro station. The unit itself was great for my family! The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We had some issues that the host took care of right away and great communication! The unit did not have any hand soap, paper towels, extra garbage bags or wash cloths. That was easily fixed with a trip to the grocery store. We were very excited that the unit had a Nespresso maker, we brought our own pods! Overall a nice place to stay!

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement avec ma sœur et une amie. Il est idéalement situé, dans un arrondissement très vivant où tout est à proximité ! Les deux salles de bain ont été plus que nécessaire pour 3 filles, très belles salles de bain d'ailleurs, comme tout le reste de l'appartement qui a été décoré avec goût !! Nous avons passe un très bon séjour à Paris et nos nuits étaient reposantes grâce à la literie. Merci encore !!

The apartment was clean, neat, and quiet. The location was great, a lot of markets, groceries, and restaurants are close by. The only downside is the building has no elevator and this caused us a lot of pain because my parents are old and we were stuffed with couple of big luggages, other than that the stay was awesome.

Magnífica, el apartamento estaba muy limpio, para nosotros era muy bonito, algo pequeño...pero como solo íbamos a dormir no había problema, y sobretodo muy céntrico y cerca de paradas de metro y autobús para poder moverse. Si vuelvo a París volveré a tratar de reservar este apartamento.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Muy cerca al metro y en un área llena de restaurantes ricos. Me gusto que el apartamento estaba muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. Éramos 5 personas y estuvimos bien pues tiene 2 baños.

Great location!
This airbnb was exactly what my family needed! 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and a nice size pull out couch plus air conditioning!!! It was in a great location with tons of restaurants nearby. The metro was also very close. We had a few issues which the host responded to and corrected right away. A few things to note, there was no hand soap, paper towels or extra trash bags in the unit and no wash cloths, so bring your own or plan on purchasing when you are there. There is a Nespresso maker so pack your pods! Overall a good experience for us at a great price!

Very good place
Was everything very nice, the apartment is in a nice place, near metro , bus station, market, restaurants ! The host responded always very fast! Easy check in and out !

We had very good time
We had very good time in Paris. Edgar Degas locates in lovely neighbourhood with gozy restaurants. Highly recommend the location. The apartment is nice place to stay and it has everything needed but nothing special. There were some issues with apartment which I have informed the host and I believe that those will be fixed.

Nice apartment, clean, good location. Quite small for 6 persons but I guess it’s difficult to have space in Paris.
