Dissapointing
The location of the apartment was great, there was coffee mashie, micro, and other kitchen appliances. It was nice that we have received towels and shower gel. Toilet paper was provided. There were no window that could be opened. The dishwasher was showing an error code, therefore it must had some issues prior to our arrival. This made the apartment smell like an uncleaned moldy cellar and not the fancy kind. There were no dishwasher soap/tablet therefore neither us nor the people before us could clean the dishes which was the requirement of the check out. When we let the owner know about the smell they said nothing can be done. The communication whit them was smooth till we had issues. We were a company of 5 girls and we expected the sofa to be prepared for us. The sheets were changed however, the sofa had to be moved (along with some tables and other furniture) opened and secured by us, and the duvets were in the closet. It was a rather old sofa so it took more than one person to open it, and we could not figure out how to make sure that it is not going to collapse under our skinniest friends. When expressing dissatisfaction with the situation and asking for assistance, we met silence and since then I have not received further message from the owner. There were no coffee capsules no dish soap and no sponges of unused status, therefore we were not sure how to clean up the dishes. We had found some sponges in the kitchenette but who knows what were they used for before. Four days after the check out I have not received the deposit back, but I am hopeful that after all it will arrive next week.

Très déçu malgré un gestionnaire qui fait son possible
Bon emplacement mais Très déçu quant au rapport qualité/ prix Trop de défectuosités • quatre chaise aux assises partiellement cassées : quatre photos • housse d'un coussin du séjour portant des taches d'éosine : photo • taches sur le rideau du fond de la chambre : photo • TV d'orange ne fonctionne pas (uniquement chaines samsung inutiles) : panne de la télécommande - une semaine c'est long • radiateurs du séjour ( il y fait FROID) et de la petite chambre ne fonctionnent pas • chauffage de la chambre (le seul de l'appartement qui fonctionne) excessif : impossible d'obtenir un abaissement nocturne. Les régulations ne semblent pas du tout adaptées • un seul rouleau et 1/3 de papier hygiénique pour 3 personnes pendant 7 jours : insuffisant ; j'ai dû aller en acheter • une machine à café réduite à des capsules !! Pas de cafetière ! j'ai dû fabriquer un porte filtre avec une assiette en plastique !! • barillet de la porte inadapté qui me vaut une surfacturation pour clef oubliée sur la serrure non ouvrable avec la clef de sécurité c'est inacceptable ! A EVITER en l'état actuel avec un risque majeur d'être bloqué pour un problème de serrure Quid d'un avion à prendre ????

Bon emplacement
Emplacement top, l’appartement est sympa et confortable. Très bonne communication en amont. En revanche, nous avons été déçus par le manque de propreté et de qualité des équipements: porte de salle de bain défectueuse, propreté moyenne, manque d’équipement simple (pas de serviette pour les mains dans la cuisine ni de torchon pour la vaisselle notamment).

The apartment in ground floor is not good as the fresh air was not available, no windows to open. Shower mixer is not operational however we asked management to fixed but no response. The location is good.

Good location but not a good flat
Overall, the apartment was at a good location and easy to access. Communication with you was excellent. The apartment was well equipped. However, there were two things that made our stay less comfortable. One, although the flat was well lit, it had no openable windows anywhere (and no vents in the bath/toilet). It made the air very stuffy. Two, between the shower and the bedroom (and between the living room and outside corridor) were transparent panels in the walls, meaning any time we turned on the light in the bath (or our neighbours walked in) we had light coming in to the flat. This was very uncomfortable and woke us up in the night. Thank you for the stay, we really love Paris.

Pésimo servicio
Las fotos se corresponden con la casa. Sin embargo, está situado en un bajo, por lo que no hay ventilación ninguna y tiene un olor a humedad y cerrado todo el tiempo. Además, cuando llegamos, nos encontramos una bolsa de basura en medio de la casa. Y, por si fuera poco, cuando nos metimos en la cama, vimos una mancha roja y pelos en la sábana bajera, lo que mostraba que no prestaban mucha atención a la limpieza. Así que, se le comenté al dueño y le pedí que nos lo solucionara lo antes posible. Su respuesta fue que le enviase fotos, lo cual hice y ahí se quedo. Tuvimos que apañárnosla para dormir sin sábana bajera, ya que no fueron capaces de darnos unas sábanas limpias ni de llevarse la basura que dejaron dentro. Además, si movías las cortinas, podías ver telarañas. Se ve que limpian lo justo y necesario, ya que se podían ver algunos pelos en los cojines y almohadas de las camas. Por otro lado, el grifo del lavamanos estaba un tanto manchado, por no hablar del grifo de la ducha que había una parte que estaba medio rota. En cuanto a la ubicación está bastante bien, pues está bien comunicado con el metro y otros medios de transporte.
