The apartment looked like the photos and was easy to find and in an amazing location. The bakery below was excellent. Everything was clean and in good condition. The only two things we would add as feedback: the guest/sofa bed was under a class "sunroof"/window, and it rained a lot at night, and the rain was very noisy in the glass sunroof/window. There are also no actual windows to outdoors, which is common in Paris, but good to know.

Things to improve: Just two stools and one of them was broken, not very nice if you want to have a meal in the place. Linens can also be improved. There were not paper towels in the kitchen to clean

The good: - Unbeatable location if you are doing touristy stuff! A block away from The Louvre, Seine and many other tourist spots. - Modern and super clean space. A bit small but smartly designed so it’s still cozy. Love the little touches like USB port outlets for phone. - Cute bakery downstairs called Tartine with the nicest owner lady. Great coffee shop just few steps away called Judy. Metro stations also nearby. - Super quiet. You are flanked by other apartments on all 4 sides so you won’t hear the street at all! - Very helpful and responsive host! The not-so-good: - The stairs are uneven and a bit dark. This is common in Paris though. - There were some sewer smell sometimes, might be coming from the kitchen sink. - The place could be a bit dark even with the skylight because the space is literally surrounded by other apartments on all 4 sides. Wish they would clean the glass to let more lights in. - The shower door is misaligned so water spills out when showering.

Stayed here with our two kids and had a great visit. The apartment was small but very well laid out and very comfortable for us. Nicely remodeled while maintaining lots of old school charm. Unbelievable location and it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Note that the place does have an elevator but it is still necessary to navigate few steep stairs.

The apartment is as described. The apartment is very neutral and small, the stairs are narrow and steep, the kitchen is basic and the location is great. We had good communication from the agent including a prompt reply (including video) when we had an issue with the window. The apartment was well heated and we could quickly dry clothes on the clothes airer (stored under the bed). While the apartment is clean it could do with a spring clean as there is some dust on frames and high shelves. The kitchen is sufficient to use a fry pan or microwave but more cooking than that would be difficult. The location is the real draw, with lots of small shops, cafes and supermarkets very close by and key tourist attractions within a short walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Paris. The location was superb, just one block away from the Louvre Museum and close to many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The place was small but cozy and smartly designed, with good closet space, a spacious bathroom, a cute dishwasher, a washing machine, and a towel warmer/clothes dryer. The internet was fast and reliable. The host was very responsive, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent apartment in an amazing location steps away from the Louvre. The apartment was clean, had great amenities, and matched the description, although it was a little tight for 4 people. In particular, the living room doesn't have a lot of extra room if the sofa bed is pulled out, but this is definitely not a deal breaker. There's plenty of room if only two people stay and the sofa bed is put away. Check-in was entirely seamless. I'd definitely stay again next time I visit Paris.

When cleaning crew accidentally did not replace the keys, host was very responsive and solved the problem within minutes. Negative: No comment

Super quiet despite being located right above a bakery (ah beautiful morning smells) and nested among 20+ restaurants and cafes. 5 minutes walk to the Louvre. Very comfortable and easy to live in. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was easy to use. The wifi and smart tv were all very good. Would happily stay here again.

Es una muy buena ubicación. Cerca del Metro, cerca de restaurantes, una panadería y un minimarket. Además a pasos del museo del Louvre. Todo caminable. ¿Lo malo? Muy caluroso (nosotros fuimos a mediados de septiembre y el calor fue un inconveniente) y muy pequeño (caben 4 personas pero muy incómodos).

This place is easy find and access as mentioned in the info we have received one day before arriving. The street in front has little traffic so it’s easy to unload your bags and get in. The room is big enough for 4 guests has one bathroom with shower and vanity and a separate toilet. The bedroom is big enough with enough storage, the only negative thing is that the room has no windows to open and no air conditioning wat makes it at 30 degree celsius hot and difficult to get your night rest. One fan for 4 guest is not enough. The kitchen has enough to stay for a couple of days, This place is right next to all your needs, restaurants are all around, bakery downstairs, small market around the corner for basics and a host who is really kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again for our next trip to Paris.

I don’t think you can beat this location! It was an absolute dream to for walking destinations with a fantastic bakery beneath the Apt! Apart from being a really amazing location it was unfortunate that we found hair in and around the bed. We contacted the owner and they were quick to fix this issue. Just a tip for anyone coming in the summer, the Apt does not have AC and is extremely hot even with the windows open. We were a family of 4 adults and it was a great fit! Would recommend this location again!

The windows you see are not to any outdoor space, but to an enclosed atrium with enclosed buildings and no fresh air. They were filthy and the air that comes in is stale and mildewy. This is a well located and cutely appointed cave in the heart of arrondissement 1. Such a central location, patisserie downstairs, restaurants on every corner.

The location was amazing. The apartment was nice and comfortable, but weird in a way where I have to imagine it was purpose built to airbnb. It's hard to imagine anyone living there full time. But it existed and it wasn't a scam, and you know what? I liked it. But be aware that the shower door doesn't close properly, and the hanging rods in the closet are mounted incorrectly – the brackets are angled wrong, which makes the hangers interesting to use. If you can avoid it, don't open the cupboard directly below the sink. There's a bakery downstairs – I think their kitchen is right under the bedroom – which is convenient for baked goods, but also every morning at around 7am they start blasting dance music. I'm not complaining, it was catchy, but it's something to be aware of if that sort of thing bothers you. I would 100% stay here again. In fact, I would go out of my way to do so. It was a cool little apartment, and the location is very, very good.

The apartment was exactly as it is described and shown in the pictures. It is very small but very efficient if you are looking for a place to stay and walk around all day. Super convenient location! We walked everywhere, Louvre, Marais neighborhood, Pompidou, Picasso museum and much more. We had a couple of hiccups upon arrival but the response from the agency was fast and they took care of the issue immediately. Excellent communication and assistance! My only problem was the steps (the only 2 steps) leading to the apartment door, it was a bit steep for my mother, but we managed carefully. There is a bakery downstairs and I woke up with the smell of freshly baked baguettes!

Positive: Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann fast alles zu Fuss erreichen. Negative: Auch wenn das Apartment nett eingerichtet ist, hängen die Schranktüren schon durch und schlagen auf. Zahlreiche Spinnweben an der Decke, Oberlichter total verdreckt, vor dem Fenster Müll und Insekten. Der Reinigungsdienst hat keinen feuchten Wisch Mob, (selber gesehen) daher Urinspritzer vom Vorgänger auf den schwarzen Fliesen rund ums WC denn die gehen ja nicht mit dem Staubsauger weg. Grenzwertig.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación privilegiada, a dos cuadras del Museo del Louvre, con metro, tren, autobuses y los transportes acuáticos por el Sena. Está en una calle secundaria y poco transitada, las ventanas dan a un patio interior por lo que no se escucha ningún ruido de la calle. Rodeado de restaurantes y cafés, más la dulcería en los bajos. Una farmacia y un pequeño supermercado a media cuadra. El espacio es pequeño pero funciona bien para tres personas. La cama y el sofá cama son cómodos y todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Tiene todos los electrodomésticos. El Check-in y el Check-out muy rápido con instrucciones muy precisas. La comunicación con la agencia de arrendamiento fue rápida y fluida. Tuvimos problemas con el internet un par de veces pero se resolvió rápidamente. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y se lo recomendamos a todos los amantes de Paris.

Amazing location close to transit, walking distance to many tourist attractions, and close to great cafes. The bakery downstairs was an added plus. We appreciated early luggage storage after a morning flight. Shampoo and soap were provided. The two dining stools are extremely loud and felt unsteady - it would be nice if they were replaced. This was a perfect spot for two people. It may feel a little cramped with more, but was ideal for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons été sous-classés dans un appartement très petit, sombre, sans climatisation avec la bonne adresse fournie seulement une fois sur place. La réservation était faite pour 3 personnes , à l'arrivée on avait seulement 2 serviettes et le lit préparé pour 2 personnes.

Once we entered the apartment it was absolutely freezing inside. We could turn one radiatorin the part of the apartment where the bedrooms are. But the electricity in the whole apartment was so low, that even the lamps went off. However, we were expecting someone to fix it, but it turned out that it was impossible for the week. Frederic was able to give us another apartment but it was the day before our departure back home. So we decided not to move luggage and ruin our last day. If the problem hadn't occurred,the place would have been perfect as it is cosy and has perfect location. Frederic is also very nice.

For the price and location, the price is excellent! Frederic gave all informations we needed. Bakery is just downstairs, a lot of restaurants nearby (the pizza near the check in box is very recommended), only some steps to Louvre. Place is clean and amazing.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment and enjoyed being in the middle of Paris with a short distance to everything. The apartment appeared neat and well maintained, with kitchen equipment and service for the 6 people we were. The bathroom and toilet were clean and tidy. All in all, a lovely stay in an apartment that we would very much recommend.

The appartment was perfect for our family of 5! The position was better then we expected, the parking was just around the corner ( we bought a more day parking ticket in advance ) even as a nice bakery, little supermarket & nice restaurants. The metro is 3 minutes walk so very easy access to the rest of the city! The apartment has everything and was clean & tidy! It makes our stay extra comfortable in Paris, we certainly try to book this again next time!!

L 'appartement de Frédéric est magnifique et plus encore que sur les photos. Il est spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, d'une propreté exemplaire et idéalement situé. Il est adapté pour de jeunes enfants et très fonctionnel. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 4 petits enfants qui ont eux-mêmes adoré et en ont apprécié les nombreuses qualités !!! Et en plus une attention de bienvenue très sympathique !!! Nous le conseillons vivement. Sylvie, Philippe, Robin, Mahé, Lola et Johane.

We were shifted to another flat (not as nice as the one we booked.) Not sure the reason why, and didn't have much recourse and no way to read reviews of the one we were put into when we received notification. The location was close to where the original Airbnb was - which was appreciated.

Ci siamo trovati proprio bene in questa piccolo ma organizzatissimo appartamento. Pulizia e comodità questa è la sintesi. E poi una posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualunque punto della capitale. Il resto è Parigi… Merci boucoup.

Very poor communication
No check in information provided prior to trip, 2 hours waiting in front of building and needing Airbnb support to get the information First person at agency didn’t speak English, 2nd person simply blamed me saying I should have all the information needed Finally got a text with check in info, place was cleaned after 5 , towels delivered even later Again when the internet didn’t work the message from the agency was that I had worked prior to check in, I am not sure why anyone would response like that, not helpful Did I break it? I didn’t. Am I too stupid to use it? No I am not. Do you care to send someone to look at it? Finally someone came and fixed it All in all very unsatisfactory
