    The place was very cozy and comfortable, fit the description. lots of Japanese restaurants downstairs and makes dinner incredibly easy. The Lourve is a 5min walk, Palais Royale a 3 min walk, and you can even walk to Champ elysee via Tulleries Jardin. All in all great place and location, very secure.

    Highly recommend. Very nice place right in the heart of Paris, 10 minute walk to the Louvre and many other sites. Our group of 5 adults was very comfortable, including on the sofa bed. No complaints, this was a great find.

    이 에어비앤비는 프랑스 스러운 곳입니다. 오래된 건물과 가구의 배치 및 인테리어는 내가 마치 파리에 사는 사람인 것 같은 느낌을 받게 해줍니다. 침대는 쇼파베드를 포함하여 총 3개이며, 특히 작은 비밀의 방은 매우 매력적인 공간이었습니다. 이 숙소의 위치는 남쪽으로는 루브르 박물관을 북쪽으로는 오페라역을 걸어서 갈 수 있는 훌륭한 위치여서 관광은 물론이고 공항으로 이동도 편리합니다. 주변에는 아시아 식당과 마트가 많이 있습니다. 물론 가까운 곳에 monoprix 도 있어서 편리합니다. 식당에 줄을 길게 선 사람들이 그 식당의 품질을 이야기해줍니다. (저녁에 아주 조금 간간히 소란스러울 수는 있습니다.) 저는 가급적 작은 문제점은 공개적으로 거론하지 않지만 아래의 두 가지는 조금 유의하여 이 숙박을 결정할 것을 조언합니다. 1. 이 숙소는 하나의 공간에 나무 벽을 설치해 2개의 독채로 만든 구조입니다. 그래서 작은 방과 맞닿은 벽에서 반대편으로부터 오는 소음이 숙면을 방해할 수 있습니다. 늦은 밤에는 소곤소곤 거리는 소리도 잘 들립니다. 2. 변기는 1개 이며, 샤워실은 2곳입니다. 그리고 하수구 냄새가 심합니다. 이것은 파리 시의 오래된 시설 때문이라고 생각하고 싶지만 견디기 어렵습니다. (저는 이것도 여행의 일부라 생각하고 그냥 썼습니다. 아이들은 설득하는 것은 어려웠지만 말입니다.) 이 숙소의 호스트는 적절하게 친절하며, 아주 신속하지는 않지만 늦지 않을 정도의 속도로 대응해줍니다. 저는 파리로 다시 여행할 경우 이 숙소를 다시 고려할 것입니다.

    Positive: They provided an early check-in option. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a fairytale-like ambiance, ideal for 4 people with 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet available. While it can accommodate 6 people, it would diminish the enjoyment of the communal living space. The location is excellent, especially for first-time visitors to Paris interested in classic museums and iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, as it's in the heart of all major attractions. There was ample hot water and clean towels provided. We didn't have any heating issues in February. The WiFi worked perfectly. Negative: However, on our last night, a noisy group moved into the adjacent split apartment, which was disruptive. The surroundings are surrounded by Asian restaurants, and it gets crowded during weekday lunch hours. Despite paying a cleaning fee upon check-out, they expect guests to take out their trash before leaving.

    El departamento era precioso, bien decorado y muy limpio. Estaba en un barrio lindo, lleno de cafés, tiendas, pequeños mercados, entre otros. Tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. Estaba muy cerca de estaciones del metro, del Museo del Louvre y del Teatro Ópera. El lugar era tranquilo y muy seguro. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces. Perfecto para una familia con hijos adolescentes como los nuestros. El acceso es con claves en varias puertas pero muy fácil y seguro.

    Excellent location! Located on a fairly quiet street near restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the Louvre. My family and I (two adults and two small children) stayed here during Christmas and had a blast. Location is near the Hop on Hop Off bus tour so we could conveniently catch the bus and do some sightseeing around Paris at our leisure. There’s also a really big Christmas market nearby that’s fun for kids. Lots to do! Make sure not to bring too much luggage/heavy bags because the owner advises you not to use the elevator. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

  31. Cozy Flat Close to the Louvre

    This space was perfect for our family (two adults, two small kids). Technically the space can accommodate six people, but I think would be most comfortable for four adults or a small family like ours. The location for the price is really great. We could walk to the Louvre in 10 minutes, and the Hop On Hop Off bus tour was very close by making it easy to plan our itinerary. Because we were so close to everything, we could go with the flow and didn’t have to be on a strict schedule. The street where the flat is located was fairly quiet during our stay and extremely close to restaurants. This is a perfect spot to use for a long weekend. Because the owner advises against using the elevator, make sure you don’t bring too much luggage (like we did! 😄). Owner was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Overall a great find and I would stay here again!

    도보 거리에 루브르박물관, 오르세마술관, 튀를리공원을 즐기기에 아주 좋았습니다. 또한 버스 정류장과 메트로도 도보로 이동하기에 괜찮았어요. 6명이 4일 동안 지내기에 쾌적한 침실과 깔끔한 욕실, 부엌 가전제품도 모두 잘 사용했습니다. 근처 빵집에서 매일 아침 빵과 아메리카노 커피도 즐겼어요. 집 앞에 맛집도 많아서 생기넘치는 분위기였습니다. 날씨만 안좋았던 파리의 여행은 여운을 남기고 다음을 기약했습니다.

    Le logement est bien situé, en parallèle quasiment de la rue passage de l'opéra sans les désavantages de cette dernière. Le parquet chauffé était parfait pour des gens comme nous qui n'avons pas l'habitude du froid. Tout petit bémol pour la petite chambre qui est visiblement ou plutôt devrai-je dire audiblement sous une chambre. Selon qui est logé à côté, on peut être gêné par les rires à 3h du matin (je précise que l'hôte n'est pas responsable du manque de savoir vivre de ses visiteurs). Autrement, l'appartement est top, je reviendrai.

    Este departamento no es para 6 personas. Unicamente 4 tienen privacidad, las otras 2 duermen en sofá en el área de comedor. Es más pequeño de lo que se espera para 6 huéspedes. Además es ilógico que airbnb cobre una tarifa altísima de limpieza y el anfitrión exija limpieza a los huéspedes antes de hacer el check in. Durante la estancia estuvimos soportando los ruidos y escándalos de las huéspedes del departamento adjunto no obstante que las "reglas" del anfitrión prohíben fiestas... Las habitaciones tienen alfombras muy sucias que huelen muy mal. El precio es altísimo y me parece muy ventajoso cobrar tanto sin dar confort a 6 personas

Heater cannot afford 2 bathrooms at the same time, one of them will running out of hot water. Not much daily necessities like toilet paper and cleaning gel.

    The apartment was perfectly located near the Louvre and walking distance to many attractions, points of interest, and transportation options. The neighborhood was loud at night as there were many restaurants nearby but with the windows closed you barely heard anything. Be aware that the apartment is up one flight of circular stairs to the first level. This wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. The apartment was well decorated and appointed. Beds were comfortable and the showers were very clean. We didn’t have much contact with the host beyond check in or check out. I didn’t notice a list of recommendations for local restaurants or bakeries, which would have been helpful, though I also didn’t ask for any suggestions either. We would definitely stay here again!

    The atmosphere of this flat creates a unique & fun experience with windows overlooking a narrow Paris street. Lovely high ceilings and spacious apartment. Access was very easy and extra-secure. There is a tiny elevator (they recommend not using) but we had no trouble climbing the stairs. Location makes for an easy walk to many Paris attractions. There are some negatives to beware... Only one bathroom with toilet (we knew this at booking) but two different shower/sink rooms (no toilets). It was sufficient for 5 of us but may be more troublesome for others. The “street noise” is significant. It is like endless garbage trucks and mobile nightclubs parading up and down the narrow street ALL NIGHT. We slept very little. Closing the windows would help but it was 24-27C (~75-80F) and very hot without the windows open. Two fans are provided but useless as they push so little air even at max setting. We would consider staying here again but only in cooler weather.

    We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was in a great location. The sofa bed was comfortable, as were the other two beds. There were a couple of things that let the property down, it showcases a lift, which is vital when traveling with lots of luggage. But upon check in you are told you are not allowed to use the lift. The toilet has no vent. The main bedroom isn’t really a bedroom, the wall is only partial so there isn’t any privacy from sound, when traveling with my children I could hear them in every space. I think being more honest about these things would help!

    The city experiences are all starts with the right places to stay. I am glad we found this place. It was very well positioned apartment with the professional services. Bedding, furniture, art and all the details were up to my standards. I wasn’t happy with 5 o’clock check inn time, but in reality this was an actual time we arrived, all worked perfectly. The communication was easy and fast. Thank you, we appreciate your professionalism.

The area is great, lots of international eateries, easy to get around. I wasn’t happy about checking time, that was at 5pm. Everything else was pretty easy and good.

    Beautiful and spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Apartment was equipped with everything you need, close to metro, the Louvre and so many sites all within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby as well as a Monoprix and various coffee shops. Some early morning noise as you're in the heart of a bustling area but otherwise apartment felt very quiet and private. Received clear instructions on how to access the apartment prior to check in and clear instructions prior to check out. Highly recommend!

    El luego es muy lindo y se encuentra en un lugar maravilloso que está cerca de los lugares icónicos de Paris. Lo único es que había mucho polvo el las calefacciones de los baños y en los estantes donde están los libros.

We were there in the middle of a heatwave but could not keep the windows opened for air at night as it was so very noisy. Fans were provided for two rooms but one was noisy and we used the sofa bed in the living room too. So one fan short. The smaller room is a little cave like with super low ceilings (the rest of the flat as extremely high ceilings). The kitchen was not very clean on arrival unfortunately. thankfully, the rest of the flat was.

    This is a beautiful apartment and easily accessible by Metro from Gare de Lyon. It is centrally located near the Louvre and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. We had no issues checking in and out - the instructions sent by the agency were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is managed by an agency and our communications with them were limited to business hours and just prewritten emails about checking in and out. Overall, though we enjoyed our stay!

Second floor with elevator but it is super small for 1 person so if you are traveling with the stroller you will have to carry it up. + Very good location in the middle of all the tourism objects. Japanese/Korean quarter - very good sushi places around, supermarket, pharmacy, Starbucks and metro very close (100m) + Very comfortable beds and pillows!!! + Freshly renovated bathrooms and kitchen with all necessary appliances. - A bit noisy in the evening as the windows face the street with restaurants but it did not disturb our stay. - Open ceiling in one of the rooms, we were 5 people traveling and if we woke up early and made breakfast we would wake the others up. - Chek in and check out times are not comfortable. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend.

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut super. Man kann sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden und die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist auch nicht weit. Vom Gare de l'Est kann man in direkter Linie fahren und ist in ca. 20 Minuten an der Wohnung. Die Angaben zum kontaktlosen Check-in waren gut, die Ankunft hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein, die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat viel Platz. Die Fenster sind sehr schalldicht und man hört nachts kaum Verkehrslärm, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Die Küche ist ein wenig dunkel, aber wir haben dort sowieso nur ein kleines Frühstück eingenommen, insofern hat uns dies nicht gestört. Was mich jedoch ein wenig gestört hat: das große Schlafzimmer ist mit Schiebetüren vom Wohnzimmer getrennt (war so auch in der Beschreibung). Allerdings sind die Schiebetüren nur ca. 2,30 m hoch und der Rest bis zur Deckenhöhe ist offen. D.h. man hat zwar einen Sicht- jedoch keinen Hörschutz zum Wohnzimmer. Außerdem roch eines der Bäder etwas. Man sieht zwar offensichtlich keinen Schimmel, aber ich vermute, dass es vielleicht unter den Fliesen etwas feucht ist, was zu modrigen Gerüchen führt. Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung aber wieder wählen, die Lage ist einfach perfekt!

Sleeps 6 comfortably… 2.5 bathrooms means 2 showers and 1 toilet. BYOTP… there is no toilet paper provided. Overall everyone was thrilled with the location and being located in the middle of the Japanese food district was awesome!

The location can not be beat, you are walking distance to a ton and the metro is close by to get everywhere else. A lot of great food in the neighborhood. I recommend utilizing the restaurant suggestions in the manual, they were awesome and we had one of our best meals of the week from that list. We would come back to stay, this spot is awesome for any family or group.

    BEWARE--this apartment says it has 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, but there is ONLY A SINGLE TOILET; so it is hard to imagine six people staying here as they advertise. Beyond that, beyond the undependable, weak internet, and beyond the fact that one of the showers smelled (reeked would be more accurate) like toxic mold so we had to try not to ever open the door, I would hope that others would not have as bad an experience as we did. We received an email saying we could not check-in until 3:30, which is their prerogative, BUT, ignoring multiple emails and messages asking if we could drop our bags off is not okay. Neither is the one response we finally got that said nothing about leaving our bags, but instead changed the check-in time to 5:00. WORSE still was the fact that at 5:00 the unit was not even half cleaned and when the cleaner left at 5:30, there were no towels in the bathrooms (we later found some in some drawers), there was a dishwasher, but no soap, a SHARED laundry room, but no soap. Only a single roll of toilet paper (for a two week stay), no kitchen towels or paper towels, no kleenex..... In short it was really poorly supplied and the communication with the owner was a big fat zero. These are such easy things to fix--I know, as I am both a host and a user of AirBnB--so hopefully this will not be a problem for the next guests and it was a one-time fail; but the bathroom stench and misleading ad, are inexcusable.

    We loved the apartment - it gave a true sense of Paris living and was located right in the heart of the downtown area. The proximity of the apartment to major tourist spots like the Louvre, Ile de Le Cite, Opera House, Metro stations, and countless cafés and bistros was awesome. There was plenty of room, even for 6 people, but we were a little disappointed in how the ad in AirBnB described the apartment vs. how it actually is. The ad says 2-1/2 baths. That is not what is there. A "bath" includes a sink, tub/shower AND a toilet. What we got was 2 rooms with sinks and showers (great) but only one toilet in the entire apartment. We made it work and it wasn't a problem, but the advertising leads one to expect at least two toilets. There were no towels when we arrived but a call to Jose got them delivered almost immediately. The refrigerator really smelled and we wondered if it had really been cleaned before our arrival. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the toilet room, and no extra garbage bags could be found. There was a LOT of noise throughout the night, from people laughing and hollering, motorcycles and cars revving their engines and garbage collectors at 4 am every morning making tons of noise. BUT...it was part of the experience and we grew to accept it quickly. Other than those few minor things, it is a wonderful place to stay and offers anyone the very best experience in Paris! We loved the apartment and would go back to it again in a heartbeat!!

    We had such a great time. Very quiet and excellent location in the middle of a lot of Asian food corners. Although there was some issues checking-in, we eventually was able to connect with the host, and was able to enter. The communication was a bit slow, but as long as you have some patience, all was taken care of. The only inconvenience was that the wifi was really really weak/slow. Traveling these days without wifi is just a lot of inconvenience. Overall, price, location, and facility was supreme.

Unfortunately there was no hair dryer, not sure if something happened to it but we didnt bring one because we anticipated having one in the apartment. And the showers had a bit of a sewage smell when not in use, though all of the water itself was very clean. It seemed to be an issue with the smell drifting up the pipes. Besides those two small issues the apartment was absolutely perfect and we were very happy with our stay. The hosts were very responsive to our messages sent through AirBnB throughout the stay. Thanks for everything!

The place is as lovely as described, there were 6 of us total and we weren't on top of each other. The place was clean & beautifully decorated. Instructions for check in and getting into the suite were very detailed. Location was great, walking distance to Louvre, Palais Garnier & it helped a lot that a Pharmacie 3 mins walk does the covid testing for traveling back to the US.

    The flat is perfect for a family up to 4 children (they need to share 2 double beds). It is decorated with a lot of taste and is very comfortable. The location is superbe, very near from metro Pyramides, and 5 minute walking to the Louvre. Now the setbacks: dishwasher didn’t work. TV was constantly turning off automatically. There was no hairdryer. We mentioned these issues to the property but they were going to fix them once we leave. Finally, the cleaning should improve since there was dust in some furnitures. Something minor is that there is no wardrobes/closets (just one which has the vacuum cleaner and the blankets inside). Good point is that the property was flexible and let us leave the house 1 hour later than agreed. We have a good experience overall, that might have been better should these problems did not occur.

    O apartamento tem uma boa localização, a decoração é bonita e as camas são confortáveis. Mas estes seriam os únicos pontos altos da nossa estadia. Infelizmente tivemos algumas experiências que terminaram por me trazer problemas que considero graves e que, se não houver mudanças, não indico. Para começar, as toalhas que tinham eram finas demais e não havia quantidade suficiente para todos os hóspedes. Como o hoster demorou para responder as mensagens, ficamos 24h sem toalhas suficientes para todos. O banheiro da suíte tinha problemas de limpeza, havia até um pernilongo morto na parede (alguém matou o bicho e não limpou a área) e um cheiro de mofo muito forte. Só tinham 3 taças de vinho para 4 hóspedes. A bucha de limpeza de utensílios era velha. O Wi-Fi muitas vezes não funcionava. Os tacos do piso do apartamento pareciam que estavam soltos e a minha filha mais nova até machucou o dedinho (nada grave, mas machucou). O apartamento também tem uma vizinhança muito barulhenta. E para concluir, na nossa última noite a calefação não funcionou, por isso, o apartamento ficou muito frio, bem como ficamos sem água quente para o banho e para lavar a louça utilizada. Enfim, foram 3 noites no imóvel que poderiam ter sido incríveis, mas os detalhes negativos fizeram a diferença e pesaram na qualificação do apartamento.

    I hope I can write a 5-star review as I did for all other places I stay. Unfortunately, not for this property. Firstly, the property has serious safety issue. The hallway is extremely dark and the light sometimes is off without a reason. My wife fell down on the stars and twisted her feet badly. We went to the emergency and our travel plan was totally ruined due to that. Secondly, the property mentioned it has two bathrooms, which is misleading. We expect two bathrooms = 2 toilets. In fact, there's only one toilet. Third, one of the room seems was converted from storage. The height of the room is very low, and the door can not be completely closed. The stay inside the room is extremely uncomfortable. Forth, the host's response is slow. We couldn't find any dishwasher tablets and report to the host multiple times. We got the issue fixed in the third day of our stay, which was pretty slow.

    Location, location, location. Two adults and three children stayed here comfortably. Very handy spot for exploring all the major tourist locations in Paris. Attentive host and good accommodation. After long days sightseeing we found the beds very comfortable!!! Plenty of restaurants nearby. It is a busy city area but no one had any difficulty sleeping. There was a minor issue with hot water which was resolved very quickly by the host. The bathrooms occasionally had a bad odour which appears not too uncommon in some older Parisian properties but wouldn’t put us off going back. I would highly recommend this property.

    This apartment has everything you would ever need. Two showers, a living room, small kitchen, and two bedrooms aside from a pullout couch. The best part of this apartment is it’s locations. It is only minutes away from the metro entrance that will take you anywhere. You are in the opera district close to the Louvre and Opera House. I would download Citymapper which is a free app that tells you what transportation to take to get to your destination the quickest. They are so detail oriented and stocked the apartment with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, & soap. Follow the instructions to use all amenities it is in the book. I only wish I had stayed longer 5 days to see Paris were too few! I will be back soon and will definitely rent again from Frederic. While we were there we did have a question to which he responded quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay! I would recommend for families great comfortable accommodations.

Apartment is spacious for 3-4 people. We really appreciated the high quality beds and cooling fan in the hot weather. The induction stove in the kitchen is amazing and super fast. Everything was clean and communication was great. I would definitely come back here when back in Paris.

    When you travel abroad, the location is the most important of all. Frederic’s place is in the best location! We including 4 kids, ranging 8-11 years old walked everywhere. We didn’t have to take metro to all important touristic spots at all. We walked to Eiffel Tower along the Seine, walked to Arc de Triomphe. Louvre is right in front of you, Musée D’Orsey right across the river. You walked out the door, so many restaurants to choose from. The place was very comfortable for 6 of us. Amazing local tips. Instructions to check in and out so easy to follow. We definitely would come back to Paris and stay at Frederic’s place again. Thank you for beautiful memory for our kids’ first trip to Paris.

    Perfect location and very comfortable beds! This location was perfect for it’s proximity to the places we wanted to visit in Paris. After a long flight from the US, the most comfortable beds in our three week stay in France were such a fabulous welcome! We appreciated being able to leave our luggage off at 10 AM, so we could walk around unencumbered and become familiar with the area while we waited to check in. We would definitely recommend this location if you are headed to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and D’Orsay. If visit in warm weather, be sure to check the fans on arrival. One of them worked, but the other did not, so we had to trade out which bedroom was able to sleep better during our stay. Frederic had hurt his back and was not able to get it replaced while we were there. The comfy beds and lovely duvets were a bonus, nonetheless!

    A well located apartment. The apartment has a lift to assist with loading luggage up to the apartment. Kitchen is adequate with the required kitchen utensils for a short stay. There are multiple grocery stores nearby. Location is central. Some fantastic restaurants surrounding the apartment and major tourist attractions are relatively near by. Although we walked to most major tourist attractions. access to public transport was fantastic. In general, we enjoyed our stay but for a few issues. All bathrooms had a smell that was not able to be resolved within the duration of stay. Instructions for resolution did not fix the problem. There are no fans in the bathroom or toilet, so it is easy to fog up the mirrors and for smells to remain for a period of time. The wi-fi was not good and made it difficult to use with multiple people connected at the same time. Given the location, close to restaurants, it can get quite noisy with very little sound proofing to block out the noise. Whilst the second bedroom is accomodating, it is smaller than it appears in the photos.

    We enjoyed our stay in Frederic's well appointed apartment. The rooms are spacious with a mix of very modern with touches of antiques, and original Herringbone floors. Central location to maIn attractions and for picking up Paris Pass and Hop on Hop Off Bus stop. Very close to the Garnier Opera House (Be sure and visit). With historic buildings and large windows you can expect some Parisian street noise. There are several popular Japanese restaurants in the area. The beds and linens were comfortable and welcoming after a great day of sightseeing. It was useful to have laundry facilities in the apartment foyer. We delivered our luggage via the typical Parisian elevator and easily climbed the one flight of stairs to begin our Paris adventure. Merci Frederic!

    This place is amazing! What a great spot for a family of four to spend a week+ in Paris. The location is perfect for anyone capable of walking a few blocks to some of the biggest sites in the city and less than a quarter-mile away from a pair of Metro stops. The whole city is at your fingertips. It is a fantastic, vibrant neighborhood with great food, gardens and so much more to see. Even though the apartment is located on a noisy street - shutting the windows shuts out all of the noise. We would recommend Frederic's place to anyone and will look to stay there again the next time we go to Paris.

    This is a beautiful old flat right in the center of the touristy parts of Paris, between the Garnier opera house and the Louvre. The place isn't exactly huge, but it very comfortably slept 5 of us and with plenty of room to hang out and rest between sightseeing. You can easily walk to most of the most famous attractions, and because of the Metro proximity it's easy to get to anything else (main train stations, airports, etc). Fréderic is a professional host who really knows what he's doing. There are very detailed instructions for how to check-in and out and even how to use the appliances, so there's absolutely nothing to figure out. It's a bit on the pricey side but I still found it to be a great value for the location, space, and comfort.

When we had questions he was very quick to respond. The tv was not working when we were there and worked around our schedule to have it fixed when we were out. Beds were comfy too (bonus!). All in all a great stay in a beautiful apartment.

    We stayed for 3 nights upon arriving in Paris, and had a great time. The apartment is in a very central location a very short walk from Pyramides metro stop. Easily walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the river. You self check-in by using door codes provided by the host. Keep an eye out, the door is difficult to spot on the street - the pictures in the guide sent by the host were very helpful. The apartment is two bedrooms - one is partitioned off from the main room, with 18 foot ceilings, and has an en suite sink and shower (but no toilet). The other bedroom is an unusual half-height room, only about 7 feet tall, off to the side (as if the vertical space had been divided in half). Perfectly fine, although if you were taller than 6 feet it may feel claustrophobic. It doesn’t have an en-suite but is actually more private. There is also a separate shower/sink room near the kitchen, and finally a separate toilet room (the only one) near the front door. Both beds were very, very comfortable. The living room couch folds out to a bed as well (we didn’t test it). There is a combined laundry washer/dryer and an iron. This was a great place to stay for two couples traveling together, with plenty of space.

    This professionally-run AirBnB apartment is fantastic. There were five of us who stayed in it and we had plenty of space and enjoyed being in the apartment for several days. The space has all the amenities needed for travelers and is located in a beautiful neighborhood, just blocks from many tourist attractions- we never even needed to use the metro because we could walk everywhere. Frederic was very responsive to any questions or updates from us. I hope to stay there on another trip.

    We stayed at the Richelieu ChicSuites apartment and it was just perfect in every way. The beds were comfortable, there was 4 adults and 2 children and space was great. It's a first floor apartment - with a lift but we never used it. The building is around Little Tokyo with some lovely Japanese eateries nearby as well as a Monoprix and Carrefour just around the corner for any shopping. Suggest Higuma across the street (always queues outside) and Hello Sushi next door for food which can also have as takeaway. Around the corner is the Avenue de l'Opera which links Opera area to the Louvre, and situated close to Pyramides metro station. The apartment has wifi and whilst I never met with the hosts, they were always contactable. It's a safe secure area and had no concerns about walking around late at night. There's a fully furnished kitchen in the apartment with cutlery, plates and a coffee machine. Having 2 shower rooms also handy! I would thoroughly recommend a stay here for the amazing location, modern furnished apartment and great hosts! Thank you again!

    El apartamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy céntrica de París; aunque en la calle se produce bastante ruido. Echamos en falta el aire acondicionado y que hubiera algún inodoro mas en los cuartos de baño. La comunicación se realiza con la empresa que gestiona el alquiler del propietario, y no me ha resultado satisfactoria porque lo que hacen es darte las indicaciones para acceder y dejar el apartamento, y una consulta que hice no me la resolvieron porque no llegaron a tener la cortesía de contestar. Saludos

    Lovely flat with high ceilings in a great location, 5 minute walk to the Louvre, L’Opera Garnier, Pyramide metro stop and Carrefour market plus Japanese restaurants everywhere. Beds very comfortable and great amenities as listed. Noise level late night and early morning was a bummer though.

  411. Beautiful rooms

    Lovely accommodations with a sophisticated flair of old books lining the shelves in the main bedroom, nice furnishings including a chaise lounge and thoughtful details such as electric fans in each room. Having the two bathrooms plus a separate toilet was essential for our family of four. Washing machine worked great and my kids loved the round elevator inside the spiral staircase up to the flat. Would definitely stay there again.
