    Solid place to stay for sure. Would highly recommend. Service was good and Agence Rental's was reasonably responsive in answering questions and resolving issues, even helping providing some information on local solutions to travel times. The place was clean and we had no problems settling in. Even provided some basic toiletries for our stay! Fair heads up, check in's going to be in the evening take that into consideration. I will note that the stay is pricey, but I can say you get what you pay for. It's not a mind-blowingly good deal, but a fair price for good service and stay.

    Positive: The location was excellent. Very close to Rennes metro station and to other metro stops. You can reach the heart of St Germain in less than 10m by foot. The apartment was clean, pleasantly furnished and well equipped. The flat is set back from the street in a courtyard so is quiet. Negative: A rug had recently been cleaned and had been left wet giving off a very strong smell. It would have been better to have removed it before we arrived. It might be useful to make clearer that the apartment doesn't really have any windows except the front door which one can open. Not a major problem in the winter but would be more difficult in the summer.

    L'appartamento è situato nel quartiere centralissimo di Saint-Germain de Près da cui si può arrivare a piedi al cuore della città, quindi la posizione è davvero ottima. La casa è piccolina, adatta per una coppia o due adulti e un bambino. Se dovessi trovare un difetto, è sicuramente il poco spazio per mettere le valigie e per appoggiare le cose in cucina, ma per pochi giorni ci si adatta senza problemi. Ottima la procedura di check-in con la cassetta di sicurezza. Consigliato!

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement a été très facile à trouver et l'accès était très clair. Il est extrêmement bien situé, à 2 pas de la ligne 12 et 4 du métro et très calme. En quelques pas vous avez des boulangeries, des restaurants et plusieurs superettes Leclerc. Hormis le matelas qui commence à fatiguer, l'appartement est très agréable, lumineux et très moderne. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Notre fils a très bien dormi dans le canapé lit, très facile à mettre en place. Il est parfait pour les enfants. Concernant les bagages il est possible de les déposer avant l'heure d'arrivée, ce qui permet quelques visites supplémentaires. Le ménage est réalisé par des professionnels entre deux locations. Nous gardons cette excellente adresse pour notre prochain voyage à Paris.

    The place was not particularly clean. The internet was useless. Very little left in the way of toilet paper, rubbish bags etc. pillows were awful, sofa bed uncomfortable. There was the most terrible noise in the middle of the night, we were then surrounded by police searching us. Not the air b & b’s fault but needless to say we got no sleep. Told the host, no apologies or late check out offered by courtesy.

    Perfect little apartment in a great location close to shops, restaurants, bus, subway and the Luxembourg Gardens. You can easily reach all points of interest within a short time span. Small space but it's comfortable for 2 persons. Host also allows you to store your luggage in the apartment before check-in time which was greatly appreciated. We had a great time in Paris, thank you!

    Great location with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and bars. It is easy to find and felt safe and secure. Check-in was a breeze and the space is is cosy as described. It was a bit of a tight fit for 3 adults. Overall everything was great; however be mindful of water temperature in shower - it can unexpectedly get hot!

    Lovely place with lots of great details. I stayed on the fold out couch and thought it was very comfortable. The toilet was in a separate area than the shower/sink which made it easier for 3 girls getting ready. The location was quiet and safe with quick access to bus and metro. It was perfect for us.     We stay in Paris a lot and usually stay in the Marais. This location is excellent near everything including subway, park, La Bon Marché and museums are just a few minutes walk away. The unit was dusty when we arrived but when I messaged the management they came out quickly and took care of it. Excellent response time and very kind. The only other thing is the door lock was a little tricky at first. The flat is just a little tight for luggage and 2 adults but we had a wonderful stay and made it work. The Viennoiserie boulangerie down the street on the corner is very good. Highly recommend for that morning coffee and pastry.

There was a mix up with the apartment when we checked in that was not ideal, but Agence Rental handled the situation extremely well and really put in a lot of effort to rectify things as soon as possible. We had the best time in Paris, and this amazing apartment played a big part in that. Thanks!

The living room is separated by the room by a glass door which give privacy. It is very quite and silent. the apt has a good and quality style and both beds were super confy. i would definitely book this again in my next trip to Paris.

    yes, it's small. but it was perfect for 2 people. fairly quiet, and all of the basic amenities you will need. nestled in a courtyard, this two room apartment is really a place to hang your hat and sleep. tho, the shower is really, really small. plenty of hot water, but a really tiny bathroom. if you're over 6 feet or 200+ pounds, you will barely fit.

Nous n’avons pas passé beaucoup de temps à l’appartement mais en revanche la literie est impeccable, il n’y a pas un bruit, l’appartement est confortable … parfait ! L’image donne peut être l’impression qu’il est un tout petit peu plus grand que la réalité. Nous n’avons pas testé la cuisine donc pas de commentaire à faire à ce sujet !     Positive: The location of the accommodation was central and very good. This room could be suggested only for 2 people max. We were 4 and there was not enough space. Negative: The room was very dirty. We advised the host about some dirty pots that we found, and the host apologised. However, there was dust in all the corners, and in the light switches. It was disappointing that noone had clean the apartment. Even if someone had cleaned the apartment the job was not done properly.

    Overall, check-in and out was very efficient and easy. It is also a great location in Paris, close to all the main attractions. Only critiques were that it is too cramped for a four person stay, there was little storage space to unpack or store suitcases and bags so with four people it was very cosy to say the least. I would definitely recommend it for two people though. We also only received half a toilet paper roll between four people for the duration of a four day stay and the shower switches between burning hot to freezing cold. Otherwise, it has heating for winter stays and an aircon for summer stays which was great and the facilities were very clean.

    Cosy Suite is more of a cave. There are NO windows. There is no closet, no place for luggage. The heat and towel warmer did not work! The floors are very dirty and the tools to clean them are worse. There is no dishwasher (which they ask you to load on departure), and no ice compartment in the frig. They wash the community garbage cans in front of the front door, but not the front door or artificial plant. The same cigarette butts are still on the plant stand that where there two weeks ago! This is our sixth trip to Paris, this is the dirtiest place we have stayed at. We begged for a different unit the moment we walked in.

    Positive: La ubicación excelente Negative: El apartamento no está bien equipado: faltaba gel limpiador de vajilla, trapos de cocina, papel de wc!, escoba etc. El cabezal de la cama estaba destrozado. Y no había ropa de cama: funda del nórdico, funda de almohada, etc. Había hormigas por todas partes. Y lo peor: me enviaron mal las referencias del apartamento y estuve dos horas dando vueltas por Paris. La comunicación previa a la llegada escasa y nada colaboradora. No lo recomiendo para nada.

    Positive: Great location - close to the metro and shops, but in a courtyard so no traffic noise. The apartment was clean and although it was small, it had everything we needed for a short stay. Kitchen had all basic equipment for simple cooking. Sofa bed was easy to assemble and put away. Negative: Everything was perfectly clean but some of the bed linen needs to be replaced due to small tears/marks on it.

    It is a very beautiful and nicely decorated space. And quiet at the courtyard. I felt very much at ease and it’s a great neighbourhood. The checkin Instructions are very clear and handy, so very easy to check in by yourself. There was a little ant problem but nothing to do with hygiene, it do was clean, and there is a vacuum cleaner so I made sure no crumbs were on the ground during my stay. It’s just because it is situated on the ground floor, and hopefully easy to solve! And there is a music installation which is nice to play your playlist. I really enjoyed my stay. It’s a late checkin and an early checkout, but i knew this in advance, it’s all communicated very clearly. I would recommend this space, and do not agree with some of the very negative reviews I saw. Just bring some pepper and salt, and you’ll have everything you need here!

    Overall this was a great find. The location is wonderful with lots of restaurants nearby. Also two metro stops close for ease of getting around. Host was very communicative and helpful. Bed was comfortable and plenty of outlets (bring a converter if US based!). Only watchouts: apartment size was perfect for two but would be crowded for more, and the shower water temp is a bit erratic. Enjoy- we did!

    I was very disappointed by the place. Super small, looks like if they have adapted a former garage. It really felt uncomfortable and strange. I could not see myself sleeping there safely. I booked a hotel instead. Agency didn’t want to reimburse me a single night, I will never book again with them for sure.

Le menage laisse a desirer (WC sale) , le coffre fort ne marche pas, la tete de lit en sky est complètement effritée, telles que rangees ( bac a linge), on ne sait pas trop si le linge du canapé est propre ou sale. La sortie des lieux est a 10h sans possibilité de laisser sa valise dans le studio. 70 euros de facturés pour le menage pour 3 nuit!!!

    I agree with a previous reviewer, it has so much potential but falls short. It is a good location and quite cozy but the toilet does not function properly. It added some extra stress to our trip. The coffee maker doesn’t work and we were not provided dish soap to clean our dishes. We stayed for 10 days and we’re not offered a linen or towel change out and with not washer on site it was an inconvenience to find a laundry facility. It says it accommodates 4, but we had 3 and it was too small for us.

    The Cosy Suite has a TON of potential and is in a great location. I really wanted to be able to give them a positive review. However, while I am more than ok with what we call "Shabby Chic" the was a lack of cleanliness (that became more and more apparent as we continued to stay there) was really disappointing. During the times of Covid when most places are increasing adding to their cleaning process, this place was hardly cleaned This showed in all areas except for sheets and towels. Agence Rental group was very responsive when I contacted them shortly after our arrival about the immediately obvious lack of attention to cleaning. They offered solutions and then followed through immediately once I chose the one that worked best for us at the time. (Which in hind sight I should not have accepted, but should have instead should have cancelled our reservation). Then we discovered the shower did not drain (and the toilet, on the other side of the bedroom had a leak on the floor) they committed to a fix, but this time they did not follow through, and then stopped communicating with us. So as to not flood the apartment, I plunged the shower myself. I do not understand why they rented this unit out in the condition it is in. especially when most places have added additional cleaning measures because of Covid. This place is in a fantastic location and has a TON! of potential. There is no understandable reason why rented it out to us in such poor condition. This experienced makes us very hesitant to use Airbnb in another country again because the idea of repacking to changing locations, where we do not speak the language and after traveling for so many hours is not something we would want to take on!!!!

    My daughter and I stayed at Frederic's apartment. It was ideal for what we wanted, a quiet clean place to sleep and in St Germain des Pres (which we think is the best neighborhood in Paris). There's everything you could want in the neighborhood - boulangerie, cafes, bars, and easy shopping (there's a SNAC essentially across the street). It is a small apartment but was perfect for my teen daughter and I. There's a sofa sleeper in the living room that was the most comfortable sofa sleeper EVER. Frederic was quick to reply and check-in was super easy. We'd love to stay here again.

    Location!! Best area to position yourself for a Paris getaway. We did not use public transportation but there is a bus stop right our front and metro very nearby. Short walk to the stylish cafes and shops of St. Germain.. easy to get to Notre Dame and Luxembourg gardens... small space but once you get the used to the layout it’s great. We are a family of 4, 2 kids ages 9 and 14 slept in the pullout couch. It’s was EXTREMELY hot during our stay (the heatwave!) but the AC worked great! Frederic has a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us, nice touch! Safe and secure building and quiet in the evenings. Plenty of towels and small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Great for a couple or family with smaller kids or families that are ok in close quarters😉

Far smaller than presented, this is actually a small room where you have to take turns to move, not to mention the kitchen, which isn’t really intended to cook any meal.     El apartamento es muy cómodo y perfecto para dos personas. La descripción y las fotos del anuncio reflejan lo que es en realidad. Todo nuevo, cama muy cómoda, nada de ruidos y perfecta por si quieres hacer algún desayuno o incluso cenar allí si estas muy cansado y no quieres salir (como fue nuestro caso una de las noches). Un detalle estupendo dejarnos una botella de vino francés de bienvenida. La zona es muy bonita y muy bien comunicada. André nos dejó las instrucciones claras por escrito para el acceso el día de llegada y para la salida. Incluso nos facilitó la posibilidad de dejar las maletas el día de la salida hasta la hora del vuelo, lo cual nos pareció un detalle. En el apartamento hay un dosier con información útil de Paris.

    Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans l'appartement d’André, l'appartement est parfait! conforme aux photos, la propreté impeccable et nous avons beaucoup aimé la déco. L'appartement est accueillant, chaleureux,très bien équipé, fonctionnel, bien insonorisé et aussi très bien situé, le quartier est super sympa à proximité de la gare Montparnasse, du Bon marché et de la grande épicerie pour ne citer que cela. La communication avec André a été excellente, nous ne l'avons pas rencontré mais nous n'avons eu aucun soucis ni pour l’accès à l'appartement ni pour la remise des clefs , toutes les instructions sont communiquées et bien détaillées. Merci à Frédéric de s'être déplacé pour le clic clac. Une chose est certaine nous reviendront très prochainement! Nous vous souhaitons un joyeux Noël et de belles fêtes de fin d'année.

Andre provides a manual with info from heater instructions to maps of surroundings, restaurant and bar tips a few steps away ( we did try Bistro Henry and were amazed by the food and service).     My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying in the St. Germain Cosy suite for 4 nights. The apartment is exactly as described and represented in the pictures, and is perfect for two people. The apartment also includes a hairdryer, iron and steamer and helpful guide with instructions on everything in the apartment and recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We dealt with Frederic, Andre's representative, who was very responsive and met us at check-in. Although the apartment is located off a fairly busy street, it is set back far enough that noise is not an issue. The neighborhood is great for shopping, restaurants, etc. We could not have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again sometime when we are back in Paris.

    We didn't actually meet the host in person, but we were easily able to contact him by email with any questions or concerns, and he got back to us very quickly. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there and some lovely classical music playing when we walked in. We loved the room! It was just perfect for the three of us! The beds, including the sofa bed were extremely comfortable, and the room was very well kept, clean and nicely decorated. It had a glass privacy wall in the middle which was nice for us, a well stocked kitchen with coffee and tea selections, and the bathroom was very upscale and modern. There were plenty of outlets to charge our phones and tablets. We also liked that it was on the first floor, so no stairs! No view, but a great location - the bus to the City Center was right outside the front door! It was an altogether charming and convenient spot, and we would love to stay there again if we're back in Paris!

    The apartment was perfectly fitted out and decorated. It is very cozy so perhaps a little cramped for out family of 4 but would be perfect for a couple. It is in a fantastic location, walking distance from numerous strain stations, bakeries, restaurants and shops galore! Frederic our host was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly, he even helped is print out our tickets for Disneyland and gave us good advice on sightseeing and getting around. We would definitely astray here again and recommend the apartment to friends.

    We loved our stay at the St. Germain cosy suite. It is in an excellent location and is close to the metro, shops and most of the major attractions in Paris. Our host Frederic was very helpful and responsive, especially after we had a problem with the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and we hope to be back.

    This is a great apartment for a short break. The location is excellent, close to the metro, a bakery and small supermarket, but the apartment itself was in a quiet courtyard so you don't get traffic noise. It had everything we needed for a short stay with our 5 year old. The kitchen is tiny but perfectly adequate for a few days and everything was clean on arrival. Good value for money.

    Was very disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene of the unit. The toilet seat -filthy , the bed head , the shower not draining ,loose taps , and pillows and quilt cover had stains , to be honest we should get some money back because we had to rent out another place for one night to have a shower.

    Le studio est très bien situé au centre de Paris avec des magasins autour. Il n’est que pour 2 personnes et non 4. Il y a un manque de vaisselle : pas de tasse de petit déjeuner, deux tasses de café pour 4, 3 assiettes pour quatre personnes. Literie très fatiguée et pas confortable , tête de lit sale et déchirée, Sol très sale et plein de bêtes. Très mauvaise isolation, heureusement il faisait chaud. Le robinet de l’évier n’est même pas fixé !!!! On sent que ce logement est une usine à touriste et qu’il n’est pas entretenu pour faire un maximum de chiffres. Dommage car la déco est assez réussie.
