Positive: A localização é excelente, com bares, restaurantes e mercado na rua da acomodação. O apartamento é igual ao das fotos, com ótimos equipamentos de cozinha e máquina de lavar. O chuveiro também era ótimo e as roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade e limpos. Negative: O sofá-cama fazia barulho ao virarmos e no corredor de entrada do prédio havia um odor de lixo e esgoto, mas o cheiro não chegava no apartamento. Também seria interessante deixar instruções para uso da máquina de lavar/secar roupa.

Positive: Es un pequeño pero muy bien equipado duplex, fabulosa ubicación, realmente es para volver. La cama sofá de abajo, realmente muy cómodo el colchón. Muy atento por whspp el anfitrión, nos asistió en todo lo que necesitamos. Negative: Si bien era cómodo, el sofá cama es viejo y hace ruido de resortes al moverse sobre él. Difícil de abrir y cerrar cada día, muy pesado y complicado para una mujer. El proveedor tuvo su cuenta hackeada según me aviso y desde que reserve me llegaban permanentemente mails para hacer pagos, Booking debería proteger mejor las cuentas. Una de mis acompañantes familiar olvidó una bolsa con todos los regalos y souvenirs, estuvieron disponibles a que volviéramos del aeropuerto a buscarla, pero no se ofrecieron a guardarla para nosotros (ya que vamos muy seguido a Paris ya que somos de Barcelona)

Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der mitten in Paris übernachten möchte.
Positive: Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Louvre gelegen. Einige Restaurants, Shops und Bäckereien in der Nähe. Sehr schöne kleine französische Wohnung. Negative: Die Fenster der anderen Bewohner wurden laut zugeknallt wodurch man Nachts mehrmals aufschreckte. Relativ später Check in mit 17 Uhr und dafür sehr früher Check out mit 10 Uhr

Se nelle istruzioni è indicato tutto preciso, ma arrivano solo fino a "digina 1213 sul lock box" io non ci arrivo che devo anche abbassare una leva e tirare in avanti uno sportello (che non sembra uno sportello). lo devono aggiungere nelle istruzioni.

到着時に清掃がされておらず、休もうと思っていたのにできませんでした。 その後連絡をすると清掃はしてくれました。 シャワーの水圧は弱く、お湯の温度が非常に低いので風邪を引きそうになりました。 毎日お風呂に入る日本人にはオススメしません。 また、湯船がありますが栓が完全に閉まらないので、お湯を貯めることができませんでした。お湯を貯めたくこの宿泊場所を選んだのですが残念でした。

We arrived to this apartment, and our enthusiasm was gone within a few seconds, as soon as we walked through the entrance door. it had a terrible smell of sewage, it looked as it was under construction but it was forgotten to be completed!! we managed to get upstairs and find our apartment. When we finally unlocked the door we realised that the sofa bed had not been done for my two children. i contacted the number i was given to say how disappointed i was. Then a rude, arrogant man came back to me , yelled at me!! pointing out how i should complaint and what i had to say. Being a hotel owner for 36 years and having travelled over 30 years i have never experienced such a horrible behaviour before. he definitely needs some costumer service lessons! The room was dirty, with hair everywhere,cockroaches and mould. the only positive was the location of the apartment. Other than that, we will never return here, even if it was for free.

Place is OK if you are a small person. The access to the main bed and the bathroom is through a very narrow set of stairs with no handrails and you have to crouch to make it through, even you are small. Everything about the place is small, you can hardly turn in the bathroom. The bathroom sink faucet fixture was loose, I was afraid it was going to break by using it. House rules state you have to keep the windows closed after 10:00PM with no air conditioning in the middle of the summer. The fan provided did not work. You might appreciate that it is centrally located and near the metro, the Louvre and shops. Not worth the charges.

Tinham regras, se não fizer isso será descontado tantos Euros, até mesmo para lixo. Chegamos de madrugada e nem ao menos 1 garrafa de agua tinha. Sofa cama super apertado Persiana onde fica o sofá cama estava quebrada, entrando claridade. Nosso voo era de tarde, pedimos para deixar as malas e não fizeram questão alguma de ajudar! Fora o check-out ser as 10:00 Deram a senha incorreta de wifi, sorte minha irmã ter chip.

We had stayed at the same property before and it was much better then.

Negative: No paper towels, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people, no hand soap, no instructions on how to use appliances like washer, etc., no garbage bags. There were no instructions on what to do when we left the property. I notified the property that I was vacating the property a day early. The day after I vacated I was sent an email telling me what needed to be done when I vacated. This resulted in a 50 Euro penalty. If there had been instructions I would have known what to do. I feel the 50 Euro penalty is unfair.

Positive: Casi nada La cama cómoda y la ubicación Negative: La limpieza de todo el apartamento era pésima. En especial la cocina estaba toda muy sucia, muebles que te quedabas pegado a todos los tiradores y puertas con mucha suciedad por fuera y por dentro, íbamos con la intención de desayunar en el apartamento y fue imposible al encontrar la cocina de esa manera, incluso al tocar el pulsador del microondas el dedo se te pegaba, totalmente un asco. En el baño avisamos al propietario que había una fuga de agua constante en el inodoro a lo cual no puso solución durante nuestra estancia de 3 días ,con la molestia del ruido del agua corriendo toda la noche. Además no esperes darte ninguna ducha en condiciones ya que sólo sale un hilo de agua cuando pones el agua tibia , olvídate del agua caliente porque no te podrías asear en menos de 30 minutos si tienes melena, o en mi caso que opté por ducharme con agua fría porque es la única manera de que haya algo de presión. Por lo que el alojamiento me decepcionó muchísimo. Por decir algo favorable la cama era muy cómoda y el apartamento está muy bien ubicado.

Positive: Amazing location, so quaint and charming! This property is perfectly located for sightseeing with wonderful dining options nearby and multiple Parisian cafes literally right outside the door! Wonderful for walking or biking Paris as there’s also a bike rack right outside. Negative: Like most places in Europe you must be ready to navigate narrow stairways and petite spaces. The bathroom shower grout could use a little cleaning but the place was lovely overall.

Excelente apartamento. Lo mejor diría que es la excelente ubicación. Hay unas escaleras que suben al dormitorio que son estrechas y empinadas, a tener en cuenta si tienes dificultades. Para 4 huéspedes es un poco pequeño, pero apañado para una corta estancia. Repetiría!

Location is excellent, literally one street away from the Louvre and lovely bars and restaurants right at the doorstep. Walk to the coffee shop right up the street! Check-in instructions were excellent and it was very easy to get to. I had sent a few messages to the host that were ignored and the place was a little dusty but perfect for a spot just to rest the head. Wouldn't try to fit more than two people in here, all Paris accommodation is small.

The Stay in the Appartement was Overall a good experience. The location is really great in the heart of Paris with a lot of the sights really near. The appartement is really quiet and the bed and even the sofa are very comfortable. The appartment could use a makeover though. The appliances are in no good shape with loose doors and the dish washer not working. All this could be easily fixed but instead there are labels all over the place telling you which door is loose. Also it is a little weird that the lock is broken and you can‘t really lock the door. All in all a good Appartement which could be even better if a little Money Would be Invested in fixing the broken appliances.

Location is fantastic but the unlit was grungy and in need of repair. Listing is not as described (I.e. there is no safe and essentials are not provided.). On the day I arrived I reported the broken toilet seat, mould in the bathroom and broken dishwasher - received no response, even with a follow-up. This is an inside unit which means there isn’t street noise but it also means you hear other tenants and most importantly there is no fire escape. The unit is up 2 steep flights of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage it may be a challenge to move it.

Pontos fortes: a localização é excelente! Pontos fracos: no anúncio estava escrito que o apartamento comportava até 4 adultos, porém em nenhum momento foi informado que a bomba de água têm capacidade para 80L, então para usar agua quente teríamos que reduzir a quantidade de banhos ou tomar banhos bem curtos caso contrário acabaria a água quente. Isso foi informado somente na hora que chegamos no apartamento e encontramos um comunicado na parede do banheiro. Nós éramos 4, e havia somente 3 toalhas limpas, então entrei em contato com a agência informando o ocorrido e eles me disseram que haviam toalhas extras no armário, porém estavam todas dentro de um saco branco (como de lixo, e me pareciam usadas), eu enviei uma foto a eles e me garantiram que eram limpas porém por via das dúvidas preferimos lavar antes de usá-la. Outra coisa que me incomodou, foi que quando chegamos tinha uma pasta com todas com todas informações sobre o apartamento e e lá dizia que como o check out é as 10h poderíamos deixar as malas no escritório da agência, quando entrei em contato com eles parar dizer que gostaríamos de utilizar esse serviço eles me disseram que o escritório não existia mais, portanto se a informação não é mais atual não deveriam ter deixado nas instruções como um serviço disponível para quem alugar o apartamento.!

Grosse déception! Appartement très sale, nous avons dut quitter l endroit le lendemain, impossible de rester dans ces conditions. On a dut dormir dans des draps sales et en plus payer un logement en urgence trop cher. Ils ont accepté un remboursement mais on a pas reçu la totalité des sommes payés car on nous a donné un coupon à utiliser chez airbnb. Zero support pour les voyageurs... ils attentent confirmation de l hote pour le remboursement et on ne nous propose une solution qui arrange le voyageur.

Location was perfect and the apartment was very nice, clean and safe (no A/C was the only down side). Location could not be better in one of the best cities in the world because you are in the center of it all. Difficult for 3 people but can definitely make it work. Check in was a little difficult, but communication was good, so overall had a good experience.

Awful experience. Right from the start on my arrival, their contactless key delivery system wasn’t working, and it took them forever to acknowledge the problem because their dates didn’t match Airbnb’s. Next, the air conditioning was broken and I only had a tiny fan to work with. My attempts to get it fixed were met with responses only about whether or not I could finally access the apartment. The photos are an illusion and the place was grungy at best, and the stairs were not meant for anyone over 5’5”. One day a pipe or something burst and I ended up having to navigate a bunch of water removal equipment, and it was radio silence from the host. DO NOT STAY HERE OR WITH ANY OTHER PARISTAY LOCATION.

L'appartement est très bien, manque de luminosité naturelle peut-être vu sa situation sur très petite cour à l'arrière. Mais en revanche, très calme ce qui est appréciable aussi après le tourbillon parisien. Attention au parking souterrain à proximité, sécurisé, mais nous nous sommes faits casser la voiture quand même !!! Pas top pour finir le week-end ... Merci pour l'appartement. Florence

We had a superb time at this apartment. In Paris, location is key, and it does not really get any better than this. The Seine was minutes away, and we enjoyed walking next to the river in the evenings after having dinner at one of the many restaurants located in the neighbourhood. The apartment itself has most things you will need, and while it may be a bit small to spend an entire lockdown there, for a few days, that you are going to spend mostly outside anyway, it is perfect.

En plus cet appart est très beau et propre et assez grand avec deux étages qui est normalement impossible à trouver au centre de Paris. Vraiment super cet appart !!!!

The location is the main attraction for this property. It’s literally across the street from the Louvre. The apartment is cute and comfy. You will need to carry your luggage through stairs, so for older folks or if you have very heavy luggage it can be a challenge. It’s the same with the stairs in the apartment to go up to the upstairs bedroom. We ran out of hot water for 3 people and ran out of toilet paper. But we just staggered showers and bought more toilet paper. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again.

I highly recommend this lodging. Not to mention its central location, the apartment is so well maintained that one has the impression of being in a hotel room. Accomodation is provided for late check-in via a mailbox that is very easy to use and conveniently near the apartment. There are many beautiful restaurants in the area, along with nice cafés and brunch places that all enhanced the quality of our stay at André's place.

Neighbourhood was great, excellent location. The apartment was small and ventilation limited (especially in the bathroom). We had a couple of hot days during our stay and it was hard to stay inside due to the high temperature. The 2nd bed is a sofa-bed of regular quality.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described and it worked well for us. Andre and his team shared a great deal of information beforehand and in an apartment guidebook that made life as easy as possible in terms of giving out detailed directions for navigating Paris and utilizing the apartment. Everything in the apartment was clean and in order. Frederic the property manager was also responsive and flexible in extending our check-out time. All in all, a delightful weekend in Paris.

Needs smaller repairs here and there and it’s not cheap. We had no internet on the first of three days. Small for four persons. Would I go there again? Yes. Metro for N/E/S/W directions in Fronoff the house. Good restaurants for dinner in front of the house, and well the Louvre in front of the house.

Dishwasher door was broken. Refrigerator was completely loose. If you open the refrigerator it would almost fall down on your feet. Cupboard mirror was broken at the bottom and if you were not careful it would cut you.
