Appartamento confortevole e in ottima posizione
Positive: La posizione vicina alla stazione della metro e alla fermata dell’autobus da cui raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione turistica della città. Inoltre l’accesso tramite codice è stato super facile. In ultimo, ma non meno importante, l’alloggio è ben arredato ed è confortevole per una famiglia di 4 di cui due bambini piccoli. Negative: Dallo scarico del bagno l’odore non era proprio piacevole. La vista dalla finestra era un muro.

В квартирі є пральна машинка ( що дуже виручило), все для готування їжі, кондиціонер… Можна до чек-іну і після лишити речі в камері схову. Швидко реагують на запитання. Negative: Стояв неприємний запах сирості постійно. В спальні не виключається вентилятор. Всі вікна виходили на якісь труби і стіну сусіднього будинку. Ви маєте викинути сміття, але не надто зрозуміло куди.

Positive: Чисто, в номере было все необходимое. Мягкие подушки, удобные матрацы, теплые одеяла, душ с мылом, гелем и шампунем, полотенец более чем достаточно, кухня со всеми принадлежностями. Negative: За несколько дней до заселения мы получили от отеля сообщение, что нужно перейти по ссылке, чтобы «подтвердить нашу резервацию», но все было оплачено через booking. Я звонила в отель и они подтвердили, что это их сообщение, что это не спам и безопасная ссылка, и что это обязательно. Однако инфолиния booking не подтвердила мне безопасность этой ссылки и сказали, что резервация уже и так подтверждена, и что мы можем игнорировать это сообщение. Мы проигнорировали и нормально поселились и все прошло ок, однако это сообщение создало замешание и было нервно. Поселение с пяти, а выселение до 10. Это очень много времени на уборку, хотелось бы иметь возможность поселиться хотя бы с 14, а выселиться до 12. Также мы получили сообщение о необходимости помыть посуду и вынести мусор после себя. Мы это сделали, однако мне кажется это очень низким стандартом, заставлять гостей выносить мусор и грозить штрафом в 50 евро, если мы не выселимся до 10. Это не очень гостеприимно. Такой сервис за такую цену кажется не очень хорошим отношением к клиентам. Хотя сам номер нам понравился. Единственным его недостатком есть шум от того, что, кто-то открывает дверь в подъезд, а также от того, что кто-то смывает в соседнем номере.

Piacevole compleanno a Parigi
Positive: Gli appartamenti hanno i nomi di pittori famosi. Il nostro appartamento "Camille Pissarro" era pulito, ordinato e completamente ristrutturato. Tutto nuovo il mobilio con letti comodi e cuscini adeguati. Angolo cottura ampio con tutti gli accessori utili, dal tostapane alla macchina per caffè con cialde tipo Nespresso. Posizione ottima in quanto vicinissima alla stazione della Metro Voltaire linea 9 che ti porta al Louvre in 10 minuti e quindi a due passi dal centro. La zona è tranquilla e piena di ristorantini per tutte le tasche. Varie Boulangerie ottime (provare La Madeleine all'angolo con il Mac Donald), supermercato, etc.. Consiglio il ristorante vicino al portone di ingresso dell'appartamento chiamato Orgueil che merita veramente di essere provato. Inoltre segnalo la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in apposito ripostiglio, con combinazione di blocco, al di fuori dell'appartamento dopo il check out alle 10.00 molto utile come nel nostro caso che avevamo l'aereo alle 5.45 del pomeriggio concedendoci il piacere di goderci qualche altra ora in giro per la città. Negative: Se dovessi trovare a tutti i costi un lato negativo potrei dire: dotazione asciugamani in quanto ci hanno dato solo quelli per la doccia e non del viso.

Positive: The apartment is small but has everything. So it was enough for us to stay there for 5 days. there are many trains stations close to the place and a few cool places to eat or drinks. Two or three small supermarket as well. Negative: I do feel 5pm is quite late for a Check-in. It is too noisy at night, specially during weekends, there is a bar right there so it was almost imposible to sleep with the windows open and a bit better with the windows close. But during summer you really need to open the windows specially if you don't like the turn on air conditioner.

El departamento en general muy lindo y acogedor, éramos 4 personas y estuvimos bárbaro con la cama doble de la habitación y el sillón cama doble tmb del living. Negative: En general todo muy bien, solo por dar un detalle faltaba una escoba, y una de las sábanas estaba manchada ( se notaba limpia pero que tenía un mancha antigua) de igual forma con el acolchado era más que suficiente ya que había aire frío/ caliente tanto en el living como en la habitación.

Positive: No comment Negative: The front door of the apartment block was not openable when we arrived, and so we waited outside on the street for an hour. Thankfully, eventually guests arrived otherwise we are not sure what would have happened. My wife phoned someone at Chic Suites and they said they would sort it and call back. They never did. Not even during our stay. Not since. Eventually, thankfully, one of the other guests was able to contact someone already inside the building who somehow managed to prize the door open with a pair of scissors!! I'm not sure what would have happened had they not been able to do this. The door remained completely unlocked for the duration of our stay. We feel this is quite a serious security issue, which was never resolved. The apartment itself was very clean, although minimally furnished, with only two chairs, for example, and very little in the way of kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery etc. However, if it were not for the issue with the broken door then we could mark higher but given how badly this situation was handled we are very unhappy with how things worked out and regrettably most give a low score. I don't like to be critical but if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this amazing city, I would recommend looking elsewhere, although that said, Bastille is a fantastic part of town in which to be staying.

Waardeloos appartement en de host nog erger.
Positive: Niets Negative: De afvoer van de douche en wastafel was verstopt. 4 dagen niet fatsoenlijk kunnen douchen/haren wassen of de badkamer stroomde over. Het gaf een enorme stank door het appartement. De host is tot op vandaag onbereikbaar. Twee items laten liggen. Ook hiervoor was de eigenaar en verhuurder Chic Suites niet bereikbaar per mail, per telefoon (het antwoord apparaat zegt: het bandje is vol er kunnen geen berichten worden geplaatst). Het kan toch niet dat 2 partijen onbreikbaar zijn. WIj willen ons geld en onze items terug, maar hoe als je niemand kunt bereiken. Bovendien was er 3 van de 4 nachten feest tussen 12 en 3. Hierdoor werd onze nachtrust ook nog eens verstoord.

Appartement agréable et confortable.
Positive: Couchages récents et très confortables. Appartement propre, hormis les façades des meubles de cuisine qui avaient des traces de doigts. Negative: Rien.

Niet slecht maar ook niet goed.
Positive: locatie was goed in place de la bastille. Met een kleine wandeling ben je relatief snel bij allle grote bezienswaardigheden. Onze kamer was aan de achterzijde van de ruimte waardoor het stil was in onze kamer. Er was duidelijke communicatie over de toegang ( terwijl ze technische problemen hadden -> met werkend alternatief ) Negative: proper genoeg voor een jong stel maar voor een baby was er wel nood aan een borstel en dweil. Ontbreken van handdoek en simpele spons in keuken was irritant. Het is Parijs en je kan moeilijk een mooi uitzicht verwachten en dit was er ook niet. Er is geen lift.

Appartement confortable
L'appartement est bien situé dans un quartier calme. Il est très confortable pour 2 personnes, par contre il faudrait rajouter des chaises et vaisselle si vous voulez cuisiner et manger dans l'appartement si vous êtes plus de 2 personnes. Les lits sont très confortables. Les seuls points négatifs : Odeur pas agréable à l'intérieur de l'appartement et manque de dépôt bagages.

It was a disappointment and inconvenience our stay there. There was a strange and ugly smell when you entered the rooms. Our sheets and towels were dirty and we had to sleep on our clothes the first night. We could not take a bath. While we were trying to contact the host he answered us the next day and they came late in the afternoon to bring us clean sheets and towels. Also the sound from a drill that woke us up early in the morning was very bad. I do not recommend staying in this place. Living in such conditions certainly ruined our vacation.

The apartment is as the picture. But it have no dryer like it said. We have a problem going in the apartment one night at 1:00am. The code for the front door to get into the building was not working. I do understand that the system malfunction. My problem was that they have a contact number for emergency and it did not work when we called. They respond to a text that I send around 8:00am and a person show up at the apartment at 10:00am to tell me that they disconnect the front door. Thanks to another person staying there that open the door I could sleep in the apartment. They need to have another system if this happens again or that the emergency number works.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is great and it was very clean, only issue was there were no basics when we arrived (toilet paper, soap, cleaning products, etc.) even if they were included in the description. Communication with host was prompt and easy.

This place has a wonderful location, we took the 69 bus to everywhere, there's a parking really close(not cheap) a coffee shop in the corner, there are a lot of pubs near by, but there is no noise in the apartment, the comunication with the host was really great, they solve some issues right away, definitely a great place to stay if you want to move around the city.

The appartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Easy check-in and out. Metro station is a couple of minutes walk. There is a boulangerie with fresh coffee, sandwiches and delicious cakes at the corner, opening early and closing very late at night. Many restaurants around at 5 minutes walk. Quiet neighborhood.

Excellent location: very clean, good facilities - comfortable bed and practical bathroom - just one or two finishing touches needed to make the self catering work fully - eg a little bit of washing up liquid, drying towel, a few laundry capsules and an airer would make the accommodation excellent - very good I structuons and help from the staff.

Cool apartment in a great area.
I think I'll have to say 'pied a terre'. Small but comfortable, and in such a great part of Paris. About a ten minute walk from Bastille and home to a great variety of life.

Comunicação simples e eficaz! Excelente localização, serviços, restaurantes, bares padaria de esquina top, metro a 1 minuto! Apartamento muito bom para estadia familiar ou em grupo, sofá-cama muito bom, cozinha bem equipada, wc apenas a porta ter cuidado a fechar! Cozinha a politica do apartamento não permite deixar alguns bens essenciais, o que poderia ser melhor, panos de mesa, guardanapos, e outros artigos basicos, sal, pimenta, temperos, etc que poderiam ficar de cliente para cliente. Acabamos por tambem deitar no lixo alguns bens... Se os preços se manterem ou baixar é sem duvida optima opção a revisitar!

Water disposal is not functioning - taking a shower is impossible
We stayed for four days in the apartment. Unfortunately we (4 people) couldn't take a shower. The bathroom was flooding after only a few minutes of taking a shower. I couldn't wash my hair. Due to this cause, the smell what came off was awful and unbearable. After repeatedly trying to contact the owner Frederic or Chic Suite no answer to my argent call. Do answer at all. None. We didn't feel heard and still continuing. How can we reach you, how can we ask for a refund or comensation if there is no respons. Furthermore we left two items in the house. Even then there was no answer to my attempt to get in touch. And of the 4 nights we stayed there was loud noise and loud music (partying) between 1 and 3 o'clock in the morning. I will never come back again. We are exhausted, feel unfresh and feel not heard. We still hope to hear from Frederic (who was very willing to answer our questions beforehand) and or Chic Suites
