Positive: Localização excelente, super limpo. Tem elevador. Boas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. Super bem localizado. Recomendo, para famílias e turma de amigos. Ficamos muito bem instaladas o apto é bem equipado. Toalhas e roupas de cama limpas. Negative: Gostamos de Tudo. Estávamos em 5 mulheres, inclusive tinham 2 senhoras com mais de 70 anos e foi tudo ótimo. Ficamos muito bem instaladas o apto é bem equipado. Toalhas e roupas de cama limpas.

The biggest flaw it was that the main bedroom had almost no windows: only a tiny one at the top with little natural light entering the room. Also none of the bathrooms had windows. The second room had a more regular size window but it gave to an internal closed up court. The main room was the best: two regular windows, the kitchen and a sofa bed. I wish they would have been more clear in the description about this. Overall the host was responsive.

The place was great. If visiting from the states the Airbnbs provided different supplies and it is not described. Just be ready for what is provided. This was not our first international Airbnb but was our first time using Airbnb in Europe and they provide only a starter kit. Just didn’t know about this or what it was. Make sure you understand before getting settled in. Otherwise everything was really great.

We had a very pleasurable stay with 4 adults and a teenager. Accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed for 5 nights. We contacted the agency about one minor issue, and they responded straight away and were helpful when we needed assistance booking a taxi. The apartment was warm, and we still needed the aircon on for 2 nights, which was a little bit loud during the night for some guests but not overly so. It was close to all the amenities we needed and only a 5 min walk to the metro, which was very handy. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

We had a great stay in Paris, the Airbnb was in a fantastic location - close to so many amazing cafes and restaurants. It was also incredibly easy to catch trains to anywhere we needed as the station was only a few minutes away. The beds were comfortable and it was fantastic having 2 bathrooms.

We'll equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, hob and microwave. Great location with tons of nearby restaurants and short walk to Metro, although most of the central tourist places are walkable in under 30 minutes.

1. 청결상태 룸 컨디션은 나쁘진 않지만 곳곳에 장식물과 선반 사이에 먼지가 많음 화장실 내의 건조기 사이사이에 한번도 닦지 않은듯한 먼지가 붙어 있었음 열심히 닦아서 사용은 했음 세탁기 세제통이 너무 더러워 사용하지 않고 손빨래 했음 내부 구조상 화장실 내 곰팡이가 생기는 구조임 그래서 사용후 열심히 화장실문을 열어 놨음 화장실 샤워부스 내부 안은 이무리 청소해도 깨끗해질수 없는 얼룩이 많음 2. 내부구조 2층이고 주거지가 아닌듯한데 주거지로 억지로 변경하다보니 방마다 창문이 있지만 절대로 환기가 될수 없는 구조임 그래서 화장실도 환기가 어려움 거실과 주방은 환기가 잘됨 2방모두 창문이 6개의 에어컨실외기 방향이라서 실외기 소음이 크고 창문 밖 공간이 매우 더럽기 때문에 창문은 열생각은 하지 않았음 3. 소음 거리에 위치하고 2층임에도 불구하고 외부 소음이 거의 없습니다 다만 에어컨을 켜면 이상한 기계음이 비주기적으로 크게 들립니다 호스트에게 사전에 고쳐달라고 했고 고쳤다고 했지만 그대로 입니다 전기세를 아낄려고 일부러 안고친 느낌입니다 5일 투숙 중 하루는 이웃이 이상한 알수 없는 노래룰 밤 12시부터 새벽5시까지 목청껏 불러 잠을 제대로 잘수 없었음 4. 위치 위치는 굉장히 뛰어나서 거의 모든 거리를 걸어다녔고 유명한 관광지도 우버를 이용하여 저렴하게 이동함 주밀에는 집앞 광장에서 벼륙시장이 열려서 재미있었음 주변에 식당과 슈퍼가 많음 5. 응대 숙소 운영 전문이라서 응대는 매우 빠르나 호스트와의 정을 느낄수 없고 추가 요구사항은 빋아들여지지 읺음

Fabulous apartment in great location.
Positive: The location was excellent, air con was fab, property managers very helpful and easily contactable and responsive. Great location, close to metro, great restaurants out the door, great space for a family of 4 with 2 full bathrooms, king size bed and 2 full size single beds. Would definitely stay here again on any visit to Paris. Negative: Nothing - everything was great!!

This is meant to be a very positive, but also very truthful review. The location is excellent. The layout in the pictures described the apartment very accurately. The amenities are not top notch but they don’t claim to be. The rooms and layout are exactly as described. Strict check in and out…you know this going in. The challenges were with things that are also mentioned in many other reviews. If it is going to be hot, you are not going to be cool in the evening. In fairness there is an AC unit but it is just not enough to keep the bedrooms cool at all.Also, there is not a lockbox. When I asked, I was told it’s broken, don’t use it. The apartment is in a great location and quiet. It’s just unbearable if it’s warm outside. If you’re reading this, you know finding apartments with AC in Paris is not easy. That is the main reason we chose this apartment. In that respect it did not live up to what we booked. With that said, if it were January, we would rent here. Just not in the summer.

Every 2 minutes or so it would make a weird noise and the host ignored my messages to deal with it. Very bad check in and check out times. Mold on the windows and bathrooms.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and it fit our needs (6 adults). It was very clean and in good shape. We especially enjoyed the units location, nespresso machine, washer, and heated towel drying racks. Also the two full bathrooms were nice. However, we found that the only AC unit located in the kitchen area was not quite enough the keep the bedrooms cool enough at night and also had a somewhat loud rubble at times that would keep light sleepers from staying asleep. Each bedroom has fans which did help.

The apartment was at a central location with easy access to two subway lines. They also have some great restaurants nearby within walking distance. that being said, I'm not satisfied with the place. the place had dirty toilets and stuffy bedrooms with barely any ventilation. my wife and I stayed in the second bedroom which had a window. unfortunately that window was placed next to an air conditioner from another apartment. I'm not sure if it's safe to inhale the fumes from that A/C. the master bedroom had no windows from what I was told so it's easy to get stuffy once you close the door. the main issue was the toilets which were dirty when we checked in. The other issue we had with the bathroom was that the shower door was not leak proof so the water dripped into the floors when you showered and it never really dried out by the time we checked out. the sink in the second bathroom was super slow to drain and oftentimes the water reached the escape drain or whatever it's called.

Very nice and tidy apartment in a convenient location vs all central directions in Paris. We basically walked everywhere from the Jardin du Luxembourg to Montemartre. The only small issue was the air conditioning that makes quite a loud noise at regular intervals (apparently part of the functionality, can’t be effected) and also noise from the street. These mainly effect the living room with the bed sofa, so if you plan/need to use that and are a lighter sleeper remember to bring earplugs.

The location is fantastic and the hosts were always responsive. However, we felt that for the size, look and feel of the apartment we over paid. The aircon did not work well at all and the fans were full of dust we did not want to turn them on. It was quiet disgusting and definitely affected our experience since it was so hot in Paris at the time of our stay. We also felt that this apartment is not big enough for 6 people. We were 3 young women and we felt that it was way to cramped, now imagine 6 adults! Location was fabulous but we would not stay at this apartment again.

Tolle Lage in einem belebten und beliebten Restaurant&Bar-Viertel in Paris. Ganz gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Pariser Verhältnisse. Klein aber ordentlich. Check-in und Check-out Zeiten sind ein Nachteil. Während unseres Besuchs war es in Paris sehr heiss. Die Wohnung liess sich trotz Lüftung/Klimaanlage nicht wirklich kühlen. Da die zwei Schlafzimmer fensterlos sind, wurde es nachts sehr warm und stickig. Wir waren alles in allem zufrieden!

Excellent location, beautiful and comfortable apartment, easy and rapid communication with the host/agency. We were early and the team agreed to let us drop off our luggage, I saw the cleaning team and they were doing a great job! The Appartment was perfect for our group of 3, spacious, 2 bathrooms (rare in Paris and in the 2nd Arr.) and well equipped. We had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. I am going back! Thanks so mjuch for hosting us.

A very good location. The elevator was a bonus. The apartment was much smaller than we expected. The arrival and departure times were very harsh. The safe is locked shut, the instructions are there in the apartment, the agency said “It has happened in the past that the safe gets stuck, which is why we do not recommend using it.” So…get a new one, or remove it from the list of amenities. There was no dishwasher detergent/ cleaning agents, the instructions for departure included running the dishwasher before leaving- therefore: supply a detergent. There were no adequate dressings on the two external bedroom windows, wake with the dawn. The twin bedroom was shown in the photos with a double bed. The written description stated twin beds. There was minimal furniture or space to put belongings. It would be unbearable to have 6 people staying here. Sofa space for 3 or 4 people 12 light bulbs didn’t work. Physically difficult to get at the key.

Pros: Ideal location. The place is within the city center, only about 10-min walk to the Louvre and also within walking distance to bus/metro/RER stops. There’s a bunch of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It’s in a safe area and the unit itself is secured with 2 doors that require a key to access. Inside the unit, you have a small kitchen with pots and pans and eating utensils. Cons: Check in (5pm)/out (10am) time is not flexible.

De locatie is perfect om Parijs te bezoeken. Midden in de stad dus veel bezienswaardigheden en winkelgebied op loopafstand. Vlakbij de accommodatie zijn bovendien twee verschillende metrostations, restaurants en cafés. Het appartement was smaakvol ingericht, schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij konden er met vijf personen prima in verblijven. Het appartement is zelfs iets groter dan op de foto’s lijkt en heeft ook nog eens twee badkamers. De uitchecktijd is met 10:00 uur wel wat aan de vroege kant. Kortom, dit appartement is echt een aanrader!

The heater was turned up way too hot, making it uncomfortable to breathe. It was a fantastic location and the hosts were very good at communication. Excellent property and location!
We really enjoyed our stay here and found this property to be in a safe location within walking distance to many Paris attractions and the metro. It was very clean, the AC worked very well in the living area, the beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were good sized and plumbing was functional, except one bath faucet was not secured at its base to the sink. The bedrooms do not have AC so we had to keep bedroom doors open to cool off at night. You may need to bring your own detergent for laundry and dishes.

Positive: Love the location near the metro. Spacious and having 2 bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms was great. Air conditioning was very welcome in the summer heat although it made loud intermittent humming sounds throughout the day. The apt was a great size by Paris standards. Fully equipped. Safe area with supermarket and cafes nearby. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and classic decor. Lots of natural light. Smart Tvs in each bedroom was a plus. Easy to follow check in instructions although cleaner gave us keys to wrong apartment at first. Negative: My biggest complaint was the noisy AC which made sounds even when it was switched off. Also the bedrooms dont have AC or fans so a bit stuffy. They also didnt have dishwashing capsules. Kitchen utensils can be upgraded. Scissors was broken and wine glass chipped so it broke in the dishwasher. Also suggest they switch from key to passcode system as one day I left keys inside and we waited over 2hrs for cleaner to open door. But overall we had a great stay.

I think giving 5 stars for everything is quite dangerous, but honestly I don’t think the stay could have been better. The house was clean, comfortable, well located and amazingly priced! The host responded quickly and clearly (and even left us a bottle of wine!). Very accurate to pictures. I will say we didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well supplied and equipped. Only note; no toilet paper or washing up liquid provided, but towels, soap and shampoo were.

The location is really close to many bus lines and easy access to the metro. Excellent details were provided for a smooth self check-in. This is a very busy and happening area and very loud at night, not ideal for a light sleeper. The use of the AC was restricted which made the indoor temperature uncomfortable to sleep at night. The place was clean and we greatly appreciated the extra thoughtful ideas like coffee, dish soap etc.

There is an elevator which was good for my mother who was in her 70s. It was a very hot week where the temperatures hit record highs in the high 90s so the AC which is only in the living room couldn’t cool the place adequately. Other than that it was a nice stay.

I hate leaving a bad review, but I do not want anyone else's trip ruined by staying here. We found the unit to be far smaller and stuffier than represented. The bathrooms were like airline bathrooms. The entire unit was filthy and smelly. Some of the lights did not work in the back room. The beds and bedding felt old and uncomfortable. I wore socks in the unit and the bottoms of the socks were covered with dirt because the floors were so filthy. It was extremely unacceptable. Supplies were sparse. We had to purchase basic cleaning and other supplies. The AC is one small unit that does not blow into the main back bedroom. Very noisy at night with people yelling until dawn. We asked for fresh towels midway through our stay and the host declined. I wish we had taken the loss and moved to a hotel.

We were in mild weather and heating was ok (it seems its controlled by the whole building). Not sure how warm weather is managed since there is only one air conditioning. Main room has no windows (well, a very small one above bed and ver high). All in all , a great choice.

Cozy apartment in a great location. Walking distance, if you are a walker, to all major attractions like Louvre, Orsay, Opera Garnier, etc. but the rooms look much bigger in the photos posted. However, it easily accommodates two adults and two children, maybe three if there is no problem moving some furniture in order to open the pullout couch. All in all a very nice find at a decent price! Would definitely recommend it!

We had a great time at this apartment in Paris. The local was exactly like the photos, cute and well decorated. The space was enough for our family with 6 people. We was received with a gift at the table when we arrived. The location is excellent, near famous Paris’s points like Louvre, Opera, Royal Palace, Concorde and metro station. There is a lot of restaurants, pharmacies and cafes on the neighborhood and a exciting nightlife. Definitely I will stay there next visit to Paris.

The place is in a good location and the host was responsive but we found the place to be unclean. It’s like the cleaners only changed the linens and did nothing else. The place was also out of supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, not enough towels for 3 people, etc.) but the host did refund us some money to buy those items. The shower head in the master bathroom was broken so we had to use the other bathroom for showers which kind of defeated the purpose of having two bathrooms for our group. There were a few times it got kind of noisy as well. Construction is going on in the area and a few nights people were out partying all night. There was also a homeless man who would yell and sing in the night. I would recommend bringing a noise machine. Other than that the unit is very close to two metro stops and there are some nice places to eat nearby.

Apartment is very nice, maybe a bit smaller than what is seems in the pictures but very nice. The two full bathrooms are a big plus because it is so hard to find one like that in Paris. The apartment was clean, beds fine and you have everything you need in the kitchen. The washer (no dryer) has of big help too. The apartment is in a very nice area, very lively surrounded by great restaurants, bars and within two blocks of two subway stations. Maybe its not in the middle of everything you want to visit but it is very easy to move around from that location. Opera and Galeries Lafayette are a very small walk from the apartment. If you need something nice, comfortable at a very reasonable price this is a very good option. Communication could've been better but it is very professional in every way.

Seul bémol, la propreté. On sent que le ménage est fait mais pas en profondeur. Le calcaire sur la parois de douche ne fait vraiment pas clean, pareil pour les portes savons encore pleins de savon ou encore les serviettes salles oubliées dans un placard. Rien de rédhibitoire, c'est quand même propre dans l'ensemble. Mais tout le reste était super.

We loved the place! There is a small elevator in the building or one flight of stairs. The 2 bathrooms were very helpful for our family of 4, we had enough towels and enough toilet paper to get us going for a few days. The washer was very helpful and there were drying racks in one bathroom. We thought the air conditioner worked well, even though it blows out in the living room, but there are also 2 fans in the apartment if needed. There are a few restaurants on the street, a patisserie and boulangerie just around the corner. The doorway to le Passage de Panaramas is right across the street which had some interesting ethnic restaurants. We had a few meals at Vaudville which we really liked. We did not cook but there was a toaster, 2 stove burners, dishwasher and microwave. It was clean and comfortable - the living area is smaller but we spent little time in the apartment. Would recommend!

If you plan to walk and to take the subway all around Paris, this is an excellent location; we walked to the Marais, Latin Quarter, St. Germain de Pres, Montmartre, the Louvre, and Opéra Garnier. It’s a safe, quiet building on a safe and quiet street and there are 2 different metro lines within 2 blocks. There’s a wonderful takeaway coffee shop in the Passages Panorama just steps from the apartment. Four people could very comfortably stay here - there are two bedrooms (one with two twins, the other with a queen), and two bathrooms with showers. Check in was easy, and we had no issues during our stay. I would stay here again.

I think it would have been a great place to stay if the second shower had worked properly or if Frederic could have had it fixed quickly (which was not the case). Also, the check out time is really early (10 am) and there is no flexibility, which is a shame.

His apartment is in a fabulous location, safe, convenient with metro and some eatery nearby. I have looked through almost the entire list of apartment in Airbnb. Frédéric's apartment is definitely among the best options in Paris City centre. Highly recommend!

Family of five used both bedrooms and pull out couch. As a result, we filled the small, but very clean and well kept apartment. It is in a near ideal location, close to metro stops and not too far of a walk to the center. WiFi and AC worked adequately. Nice touches with a bottle of wine in the fridge and little shampoo/soap bottles like in hotels. One issue with the host not responding to a question for a few days, but was otherwise helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay there again!

I would recommend this place for 4 people as the sofa bed while comfortable is located in the living room. The living room is right above the Main Street and it could be quite loud. 3am music blasting and people parting loud. If you do decide to sleep in the sofa bed I would advise to bring earplugs. Also there is only A/C in the living room so the other two rooms can get quite warm.

Frederic’s place is very centrally located to many of the key Paris sights - within decent walking distance from the Louvre and D’Orsay, and also located right next to the Bourse metro which links you to various other locations by Metro/RER conveniently. A cosy place, with new toilet facilities. The cooking facilities are adequate, and there many eateries nearby as well. Frederic also shared a bottle of blanc des blanc to welcome us. A wonderful option for those looking for a central location to walk or be close to the best that Paris has to offer. It looks exactly like the pictures - it is a bit smaller then expected but was fine for four adults. Lovely touches like champagne in the fridge and many details in the guest book. Everything is labeled with clear explanations. Bedrooms were very clean we didn't use the kitchen or washer but there were plenty of amenities to use if you wished. Check in and check out were very easy and well explained. The only thing we didn't expect was the street noise at night that goes pretty late - but there are many local places close by and Paris has a vibrant night life 7 days a week. A plus is you cannot hear it in the back bedroom at all. It was actually convenient for our 23 year old daughters travelling with us who could stay out a bit later without us worrying about them getting back safely. So many great places to walk through for dinner - I recommend the Passages located across the street that features many small unique restaurants of every culinary choice you can imagine through a series of long alleys that stretches for a few city blocks. We felt very safe coming and going. A great experience!

My husband, his parents and I stayed at the Louvre Opera Private for our short stay in Paris. The two-bedroom unit was centrally located and within easy walking distance of the Louvre, Champs de Elsyees and the Metro. The unit was immaculately clean and, surprisingly quiet for a middle of Paris suite. We had more than enough room for the four of us to maneuver and have our own space! I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Paris!

Our stay in this lovely apartment was one of our best ones ! The apartment can easily host four persons and with minor limitations even six. It is located in a perfect area to visit Paris. Two metro stations near by. Main attraction such as the Louvre and the opera are within walking distance. A lot of places to have coffee and dinner in close range . Of course there a lot of choices for shopping. The apartment itself is clean, with adequate equipment and very stylish. Frederick is easy to reach and communication was very smooth. Overall a real pleasure to stay while visit Paris.

We were a party of three adults and found it exceptionally comfortable. Unlike most Airbnb’s, Frederic provides a guide to the apartment in the apartment so you know how things work like garbage and such. We would definitely return and recommend it.

Apartment itself is superbly furnished with all amenities, including an air conditioner in the living room, which is a rarity in Europe apartments. The apartment including the wash rooms are spotless clean. A music syst m in the living room adds a fine touch to the living. A booklet placed in the living room provides may useful tips on navigating and shopping and eating in Paris. Excellent value for money. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Paris

This apartment is located in a great location, with three metro stops just 2-3 blocks away. For four ladies it was great to have 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. We felt very safe and comfortable here. The decor is charming and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need for a stay in Paris. It felt like home for a week. The host was responsive and had a great booklet with instructions for running the dishwasher, the washer, turning on the heat, where to put the garbage...Everything you would need to know. On top of that the host recommended a short walking tour to get acquainted with the neighborhood and other helpful information about local amenities. It made our Paris vacation that much more enjoyable!

My family of 5 (children aged 7, 8 and 10) stayed here for four nights. Overall, the apartment met our needs. Centrally located, which for us meant within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, patisseries, etc. and a relatively short cab ride or metro ride to most sites that were on our shortlist. The actual block (and adjacent blocks) were not where you would want to spend any time, but we didn't feel unsafe and it was such a close walk to a main street. Frederic was very responsive - immediate email responses - and professional. He was also accommodating, allowing an early check in for us. The check in was quite easy and straightforward. The apartment itself was cozy/tight for our family, but we only spent a couple hours at the apartment to rest/freshen up. I would not recommend the apartment to a family looking to spend a lot of time in the apartment because there is a small common room and the two TVs are located in the bedroom. Again, for us it was not an issue based on our schedule. The amenities were good for us - washing machine in bathroom came in handy, sufficient towels, etc.

I loved this apartment. We had 3 people in there and it was very comfortable. The location was great! I loved the area. So many restaurants, bars, walking distance to the Opera house and Louvre (depending on how much you like to walk). The host send a document ahead of time that provided wonderful information about where to eat in the area, sites to see, nearby grocery stores, etc. This was so helpful and very much appreciated. There was even a bottle of champagne for us when we arrived. I could actually see myself living in this apartment. That's how good it was. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. It would have been nice to have a few more towels to use for bathing as we were only given 1 per person but I think that's the European way. They definitely are about the environment and like to conserve energy and water there which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

O apartamento é muito charmoso e acolhedor. A localização é fantástica. Tudo o que você precisa está a poucos passos. A calefação funcionou perfeitamente. A comunicação foi tranquila e tudo estava como descrito, exceto a hora de checkin que quando chegamos as 13, o apartamento não estava pronto e tivemos que voltar novamente as 15:30, o que foi desconfortável, porém não atrapalhou que nossa estadia fosse fantástica. A suíte só tem uma pequena janela superior a cama que você alcança com a ajuda de um bastão de ferro. Você pode sentir uma pequena sensação claustrofóbica, dependendo do clima na época, mas no mais o apartamento é muito confortável. Ideal para no máximo quatro pessoas.

A/C is essential to keep out noise, however, only one A/C unit is located in the room pictured, and this requires bedroom doors to be open for any chance of cooling into the rooms. This is a city and still some noises enter. . .not much though. The location is a upper middle neighbourhood. . .not the cobble stone streets of Les Halles or univeristy area of 'left bank'. But, in all a very acceptable location.

Fantastic experience!! I have to say this was one of our best airbnb experience. From the time I sent the request to book the apt to the responsiveness of Andre, it was top notch. Prior to arrival, we received a very detailed package with all the details on the apt, how to access the keys, what to do, neighborhood, places to eat, grocery stores, you name it and it was there in the information package. Now about the apartment - its beautiful, just as you see in the pictures. Very tastefully done. So parisian in decor. Loved it. Andre left a bottle of champagne for us, so thoughtful and nice. The location is great. Very vibrant area. We have been to paris over a dozen times but still to find this location within walking distance to all landmarks is great. One of the bedroom has two single beds, we had older parents traveling with us so they combined the beds and it was comfortable. The elevator is good to have given we had few pieces of luggage. The only thing that didn't work was ceiling light in the guest bathroom but that wasn't an issue. The kitchen was good enough for our stay to make tea/coffee and quick breakfast. The apartment had all the essential items that one can think of. I was super impressed with the overall experience. Thank you Andre for making our stay so comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back and stay here again. I give five stars to this property and the experience. Superb!!!

The apartment is in a great neighborhood with close enough access to both public transportation and to walk to major sites (25 minutes took us to the Notre Dame). It was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the apartment. We found a few light bulbs out (that was minor!). Our biggest concern was the air conditioning--we stayed in the height and heat of July and the air conditioning was not cooling the place. Any other time of the year though we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment!

Location was awesome. It slept my family of 6 comfortably and we have two 8-year olds and two 10-year olds. Check in was a breeze and it was easy to communicate with the host. I have never left a bad review and I’ve been traveling with AirBnb for years. We chose this place specifically for the A/C which did not work when we we arrived. We immediately contacted the owner hoping it would be fixed so we could used it on our 5 day trip and it was not. We would have chosen to stay in the Latin Quarter if we had known A/C was not an option. Without A/C, it is way overpriced. The kitchen is not functional for cooking. No serving or cooking utensils. And the back rooms were very stuffy. Bathrooms were dirty. Street was noisy. Only positive was check-in was easy and we did feel the building was safe. But we walked at least 30min to everything we wanted to do while in Paris.

Lovely, typically French small apartment in a perfect location. Surrounded by many bistros and cafes, a few, literally across the street. There is also a good bread and pastry shop around the corner and really good coffe place in an arcade across the street. A bread and pastry shop around the corner and no more than twenty minutes to the furthest attraction. Highly recommend it!

Very cozy and great place. The apartment is located in a good area with shops, convenient transportation and a lot of restaurants. Only 15 minutes walk to the Louvre. Cleanliness, comfortable beds and a bottle of champagne as a gift. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Paris!

Good apartment in the center of Paris
The apartment could not be better located, it is right in the center of Paris. I would definitely go back.
