Very nice
Positive: Great location and excellent communication with attractions. Near is the metro station, cafe, bar, bakery, grocery store. The rooms are clean and cozy, the beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking, the bathroom has an iron, hair dryer and shampoon. It's nice to have a double partition that gives you more privacy. I recommend it. Negative: No comment

Positive: Apartamento igual ao da foto, ótima localização, fácil acesso e comunicação com a administradora funcionou bem. Máquina de lavar funcionando perfeitamente, utensílios de cozinha para usar. Secador de toalhas. Deixamos as malas as 11:30 e foi liberado o checkin mais cedo, por volta das 12:30 - o que nos ajudou muito. Apartamento do primeiro andar, possuí escada Negative: Apartamento com cheiro característico, não era sujeira e nem mofo, mais cheirava forte. Seria bom utilizar um difusor de ambiente. Apertado se tivéssemos com amigos, como viajamos com nossas filhas pequenas o tamanho atendeu perfeitamente. Disponibilização de apenas 1 toalha por pessoa. Chuveiro precisa de manutenção, colocamos um elástico de cabelo para fixar o chuveiro na parede.

Worth the price in such location
Positive: The location of Louvre Opera Classic is fabulous. It's right in the middle of everything. Within 15 mins to everything or places that I need to go. Or 2 mins you will be at Bourse station and reach to major attractions. The mattress is nice, living room one is much firmer than the bedroom one. The only thing is the cleaness of the heater/towel rack is a bit dusty. And the fridge really needs to melt out the ice. Negative: In general it's a really good and nice location to stay. Just a tiny bit of cleaner and ice to melt in the fridge that they need to sort out would be the best.

Negative: Para lo que es, creo que el precio es escandaloso. Además, aunque lo puedo llegar a entender, no son flexibles con lo de guardar el equipaje el día del check-out teniendo en cuenta que es muy temprano. Nos recomendaron unos servicios, no muy lejos del apartamento, donde por un precio asequible te guardan las maletas.

Det var oerhört proffsig kommunikation med värden och tydliga och bra instruktioner, samt snabba svar. Boendet hade fantastiskt läge nära till allt vilket var stor plus. Det var inte riktigt så fräscht i badrummet, var rätt dåligt städat vilket gav en negativ känsla av det hela, samt luktade illa/mögel, så ej att rekommendera för känsliga mot det. Det var rätt damigt och ofräscht i den förutom då effektiv städning av själva toaletten och handfatet. Det var damm överallt i övrigt och rätt mycket fläckar på dörren, väggar mm. Lägenhet är liten men perfekt för korta vistelsen iom närheten till allt. lite ofräscha kuddar och täcken som luktade lite, så om man skulle lägga lite extra på städning av alla utrymme och även sovplatsen, skulle det vara perfekt iom läget. Vi lagade inte mat mm men det fanns helt ok faciliteter för det.

Museu do Louvre fica a uns 10 min a pé.... Recomendo muito. Negative: Apesar de não ter ficado no apartamento muito tempo, foi mais na hora de dormir, a TV do meu quarto não ligava... E eu tenho vício em tv 😝... E o valor, tbm é pesadinho.... Mas se tratando de Paris, é tudo um pouco mais caro mesmo... Ainda sim, recomendo muito e ficaria denovo.

Well located and central, and has plenty of amenities. Surfaces were clean when we arrived, but the unit requires maintenance. The washer was still filled with water and had a mildew smell- the dishwasher had the same smell. Detergent powder seemed ancient and clumped. The toilet will flush water indefinitely unless you fiddle with the buttons, because they get stuck. The shower head can’t be adjusted because it swings into the wall in any position other than upright. Confoundingly, there was a lamp in the living room labeled “Broken, do not adjust,” at the least, the owners can replace that. There is a nespresso machine with a few complementary pods, but one of the pods was stained and crumpled, and appeared as though it had been placed in the machine before but not used. We enjoyed the location and there were many good restaurants nearby, and it was an easy walk to many attractions. Nearby metro stations were convenient as well.

Positive: La Ubicación. Negative: No tenía sábanas solo un edredón nórdico y de noche hacia mucha calor pero no como no había sábanas no te podías tapar. El congelador de la nevera tenía tanto hielo, que la puerta no cerraba bien , con lo cual caía agua en la nevera y los alimentos se mojaban. El hotel no tenía pastillas de lavavajillas( con lo que el día de la salida no pudimos dejar funcionando el lavavajillas tal y como nos pidieron a través de un correo electrónico). No tenía paños de cocina, ni algo básico como azúcar o servilletas. No tenía más que una bolsa para desperdicios y no nos dieron las indicaciones de donde y como depositar los desperdicios hasta el último día. Tienen qué revisar el desagüe de la ducha. Destaco como algo bueno la limpieza, la ubicación y que tenía aire acondicionado.

L’appartamento è piccolo ma ben organizzato in modo che 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi possano soggiornarci bene. La posizione è ottima e permette di raggiungere a piedi moltissime attrazioni. In zona ci sono numerosi ristoranti e take away. Zona silenziosa e con un posticino vicino perfetto per le colazioni (anche se apre un po’ tardi, verso le 10). Unico aspetto negativo: nelle scale per raggiungere l’appartamento al primo piano c’era sempre odore di fogna e verso la fine del soggiorno di 5 notti lo scolo della doccia e di un lavandino non funzionavano più bene. In conclusione l’esperienza è stata molto positiva.

E' situato in un punto strategico: è vicino a bar e panifici dove poter fare colazione, in una zona ricca di ristoranti per tutti i gusti e prezzi, ma soprattutto vicinissima a ben 2 stazioni della metropolitana.

Positive: The location was great. Very close to restaurants and ice cream at night. There is Starbucks 5 mins away. Very easy to walk to everywhere or take subway. Negative: Very late check in time. 5pm is so late when you arrive from far away and are tired. We were able to drop off bags at 12 noon which was helpful. Something to keep in mind when traveling.

Appartement très bien situé à proximité de plusieurs monuments / activités parisiens à faire à pieds. Accès et arrivée dans le logement sans aucun problème avec des instructions claires et précises reçues en amont de notre arrivée sur les lieux. Concernant l’appartement en lui même, l avis est assez partagé les pièces à vivre (cuisine/salon et chambre) sont bien, assez grande pour 4 personnes, mais en ce qui concerne la salle de bain et le wc, c’est la seule pièce qui pose un gros problème et qui doit être réglé rapidement car malgré l’instruction écrite sur la porte de la douche il n’est pas normal selon moi de devoir attendre une bonne dizaine de minutes que l’eau dans le bac de la douche s’évacue afin de pouvoir en sortir sans inonder la salle de bain. Sinon à part ce gros problème d’évacuation de la douche, le rapport qualité prix pour l’appartement est raisonnable.

A word of caution though at check in please do not allow anybody that you did not know to follow you into the building as what happen to us the thief follow us into the building. However the place is very very safe. The communication is very good with the manager, he did come quickly to fix the electricity problem.

Excellent location. Easy check-in. Pretty much looked like the photos and was as-described except could use some better cleaning and attention to maintenance. There was mold in the shower. The shower door leaks at the bottom - there is a sign there warning about the leak but in my mind the solution is to fix the shower door, not put a sign up. Lots of wear and tear in the place. The freezer of the fridge was completely iced over which meant that the fridge itself could not get very cold. When we messaged we were told we'd have to leave it unplugged and open to defrost, which is something that should have been done prior to our arrival (and probably prior to many previous guests arrival from the look of it). By then we had already bought groceries which would have spoiled if we had no fridge, so we did our best to deal with it.

This was a great location if you want to get away from all of the tourists but still be in the heart of Paris. We felt like we were part of everyday Parisian life. The apartment was great and both the bed and the sofa-bed (surprisingly) were very comfortable. Nice quiet neighbourhood but steps away from lots of restaurants, cafes and three different Métro stations. Easy to find and very clear instructions to access the apartment and use the amenities. The only drawback was the late check-in time of 17:00. Arriving from North America, we would have appreciated an earlier check-in. Most hotel rooms are available at the latest 15:00. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment as of 12:00 but were forced to roam the city for another 5 hours before getting settled and taking a quick nap. Other than that: full marks for a great stay in Paris!

Positive: Appartement bien équipé et aménagé, optimisé en terme d'espace. On peut arriver et repartir facilement à toute heure de la journée avec un système de box à clés. Parfait pour un séjour de plusieurs jours en autonomie. Negative: La propreté n'était pas impeccable et l'appartement n'est pas directement aux pieds des métros. Je n'ai pas réussi à allumer la box tv, mais c'est accessoire.

Great central location and a good size room for Paris. Very quiet room and we were on a street that got some traffic in the morning with deliveries to shops etc. The only issue we had was the bathroom needs a very deep clean and the grout in the shower cleaned; the floor tiles in the bathroom need to be re-grouted as a couple are starting to lift. Kitchenette is a good size as was the living area. We only had two of us and it was great for that, would be a little tight if you had 4 people (but everything in Paris is small!!

The apartment was just as advertised. The location is great being walking distance from all the major attractions. We only used the metro once during our entire stay. There are many good restaurants and bars right outside the apartment. Check-in and out went smoothly as well. I would definitely recommend this rental

Excellent location. Fairly bare bones, but had everything we needed. The A/C worked well enough to cool off everything except the enclosed sleeping area, which was stayed warm. There is a lift for your luggage, which is handy, and they left nice soaps etc for the shower. We had a great stay!

Positive: Location is absolutely perfect. You have everything you need by walk. Parking is located near to the accommodation, so it is comfortable to travel with your car there. Negative: Owner has definitely something to do with shower. Otherwise you need to use it very carefully to avoid overflow.

Arrivée à 15h45, le ménage venait juste d'être commencé....nous avons récupéré l'appartement à 17h45. Deux appels ont été passés au loueur, monsieur très désinvolte avec un non sens du client et une mauvaise foi manifestes. Nous avons perdu la fin de journée alors que nous souhaitions visiter le quartier (nous avons refusé de laisser nos valises dans l'appartement car comme les clés étaient dans la boîte aux lettres ouverte, dans un coffre fort ouvert ! nous n'avons pas eu confiance......). Check-in et check-out inexistant...... C'est un bel appartement très bien situé mais très mal entretenu, c'est le royaume de la poussière (malgré un ménage de 2h30).... le carrelage de la douche est moisi, et il y a un problème d'évacuation, le carrelage de la salle de bains est fendu et bouge (il n'y a plus de joint) : attention aux risques de coupure. L'abattant des toilettes n'a pas de couvercle.

Positive: l’emplacement est pratique Negative: - propreté: manifestement , l’appartement n’avait pas été nettoyé depuis un certain temps, notamment la salle de bain qui était dans un état désastreux : saletés diverses (poils et moisissures).a tel point que le siphon de la douche était complètement obstrué et que le bac a douche s’est retrouvé inondé des l’ouverture de l’eau . la kitchenette était également tachée en jaune à plusieurs endroits . - fonctionnalité : les deux robinets de la salle de bain étaient en ruine et quasiment désolidarisés du lavabo . Couvercle de WC cassé - Sécurité : dalles brisées avec éléments saillants en plein milieu de la salle de bain . risque évident de blessure . - nuisance sonore liée à une mauvaise isolation des fenêtres .

El apartamento es tal y como sale en el anuncio. Para unos días en París no necesitas nada más. El inconveniente es que está en una zona con bastante ambiente nocturno y si hace calor y tienes que dejar la ventana abierta hay mucho ruido. Con la ventana cerrada no se oye nada! El apartamento tiene de todo y el cheking autónomo funciona muy bien. Os lo recomiendo.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, near the Louvre and near restaurants and places of interest. We needed to pay special attention to the shower because the water was very slow to go down but for the rest everything was absolutely perfect. Great communication, lovely place, air-conditioning and wi-fi functioning perfectly. We were very happy there!

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, a 15 minutos del Louvre a pie, tiene estación del metro a un par de cuadras y paradas de bus cerca. también se pueden encontrar muchos restaurantes, muy variados, en los alrededores del apartamento. El internet funciona, pero a veces es un intermitente y en mi caso no me permitió subir a la nube las fotos que sacaba en el día. Hay un par de temas con el baño que se pueden mejorar, pero funciona perfectamente y tiene lavadora, que es de gran utilidad si vienen de un viaje largo acumulando ropa. Realmente disfrutamos nuestra estancia en el apartamento, es tranquilo el sector y muy cómodo.

This is a tiny apartment but it's accurately described in the Airbnb listing and it was comfortable enough for a family of four to sleep in for a short visit to Paris. Despite its compact size, it's has a well appointed kitchen and even a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment's strongest point is its location as it's very close to the Louvre and other main sights. However, the apartment needs a refresh and a deep clean, especially the bathroom and the shower where the grout is mouldy and dirty. The bedlinen and towels need urgent replacing too, as they are old and stained. Another week point is the 5 p.m. check-in time.

A great find - for its location & convenience in a lovely neighbourhood in Paris I do t think it could be bettered. We were 3 ladies, all slept well, had enough space & there was lots of sensible storage. 4 mirrors all well lit, a window that closed tightly to minimise external city sounds & plenty of sockets. Eating lii oh calls we mostly turned right out of the block, although wished we had also turned left as there were some really sweet places there too. We saved the local pastry shop down below until our day of departure, which was a mistake as it doesn’t open until 1030 on sunday. Next time!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr süß. Für vier Personen (wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) ist sie ganz schön klein, aber für Pariser Verhältnisse ok. Da wir uns nur zum Schlafen hier aufgehalten haben, war es akzeptabel. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, so dass es nachts ruhig war, allerdings nur bei geschlossenem Fenster. Der Check-in lief reibungslos über einen Schlüsselkasten. Das ist alles sehr gut beschrieben. Leider waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht alle Betten vorbereitet. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war bezogen, aber die Schlafcouch war nur mit einem Laken versehen, die Kopfkissen hatten keinen Bezug und die Bettdecke, welche wir zusammengeknüllt im Schrank gefunden haben, hatte Flecken. Ich habe dem Vermieter dann eine Nachricht geschrieben und er hat sich zum Glück umgehend gekümmert. Wir sind inzwischen noch einmal losgezogen und nach unserer Rückkehr am späten Abend war alles in Ordnung. Die Küche ist nicht so gut ausgestattet, aber wir wollten hier sowieso nicht kochen. Nun zum Badezimmer: Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Waschbecken mit zwei sehr labilen, wackelnden Armaturen. Die Dusche ist leider ziemlich stark vom Schimmel befallen, so dass das Duschen nicht ganz so angenehm ist. Ansonsten war aber alles sauber. Der Toilettendeckel fehlte völlig. Eine große Bodenfliese war gesprungen. Das WLAN hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die nächste Bäckerei ist nicht weit entfernt ebenso wie die Metro oder kleinere Supermärkte oder Restaurants. Weitere Nachrichten mit Hinweisen oder Anfragen von uns an den Vermieter wurden leider ignoriert. Wir hatten angefragt, ob wir am Abreisetag vielleicht unser Gepäck noch im Apartment lassen könnten, falls es nicht sofort wieder vermietet ist, haben aber leider keine Antwort erhalten. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung mit Einschränkungen empfehlen. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Paris!

Short story: I don’t have enough nice words to say about this place. Highly recommended. Long story: The place is relatively large for Parisian standards. It has been recently refurbished and everything is modern and well done. For instance: the boiler is stowed away and not over your head in the bathroom, all the piping is internal, you need not be a gymnast to get into the shower, it has an elevator etc. Those are things we take for granted in the New World but they are the exception in Paris. The apartment has an elegant and neutral décor, it is no cramped and has zero idiosyncratic decorations. All the furniture is sturdy and of excellent quality. It is clearly a place set up for rental but not on the cheap. It has everything you can imagine like a washing machine, full kitchen, two coffee makers (Nespresso and Senseo), complete laundry supplies, even a champagne bottle stopper. You name it, it has it. Amazing. The location is great, you can walk to the Louvre, Marais, the Opera, Madelaine etc and it has plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around - I recommend the “G20” one. It is served by two metro stations in three lines, which makes it easier to go places without too many connections or too much walking. It has excelled noise isolation. You close the window and you hear nothing of the restaurant across the street. I stayed with just my wife but it is quite possible for four people to stay there.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Joli, bien équipé, bien agencé, bien placé (Opéra et Louvre à pied, plusieurs métro à 2 ou 3 minutes de marche, des restaurants à proximité mais appartement au calme, au milieu des pasages couverts de Paris, etc...) c'est parfait. Le fait de pouvoir arriver/partir quand on veut sans devoir fixer un rdv est vraiment appréciable. Le bémol concerne la panne de la box internet au moment de notre passage ainsi que du grille pain le dernier jour mais nous l'avons signalé donc je pense qu'ils ont dû réparer à l'heure où j'écris. Appartement recommandé !

It is really tiny if you come with more than two people but even then it still meets the enquirements. It is clean enough and tastefully furnished. Most needed necessities are there. All is organized in a way that you don't need to meet the host: keys in code-locked safe etc, and very clear (and strict) instructions.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment and enjoyed our time there. The location is great, very central to attractions and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and show. The check in was simple and easy and getting in and out of the apartment was simple with a fob for building access. The apartment was big enough for the 2 of us, but would be too small for 4 people- the bedroom is only big enough to fit the bed so we had to use the kitchen/living room to open our luggage- which was fine since it was just 2 of us, but would be too tight with 4! The bed was comfortable and linens clean. However the bathroom was disappointing- the shower tile and ceiling was covered in mold- so if you’re a germaphobe, this will not work for you. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for us, which I’m not sure if he normally does or if it was because we were on our honeymoon, but either way it was appreciated! He also offered for us to drop our bags early, which we did not need to do, but would have been very helpful if we had an earlier flight. Overall we really liked the location and convenience of the apartment and I think the price was fair.

Frederic's place is awesome!! The location is super convenient to everything we were hoping to do, including just walk around and sit at cafés. The apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable. We were able to drop our bags off before check in and explore the area until the cleaning folks were done. We had a little trouble with the shower leaking at first, the previous reviews were spot on about that. The air conditioner also made a loud buzzing/vibrating noise every few minutes if it was between 20-24 degrees (Celsius), making it necessary for me to use ear plugs when I slept (I'm a light sleeper). Aside from those two minor things, the stay was perfect. Frederic was also a pleasure to work with and was really wonderful during our correspondence. I highly recommend staying here!!

I enjoyed Paris very much. I wish I could say the same about our rental. I know air conditioning in Europe is very different. I searched only for rentals with AC. I had to request the remote for the unit. When turned on it blew warm air. After several requests we gave up expecting it to be turned. I dont think the host wanted it used because we were told to open the window. There is a noisy bar about 30 meters away. We also had a flooding issue with the shower which was fixed the next day. Overall the place was OK but it's overpriced for the quality. Would pick a different place next time.

Nice experience, we got what we were promised. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne! I stayed with my family (4 total), and we found the apartment comfortable. My two kids, teenagers, slept in the pull out sofa. Wifi worked fine, enough hot water for all, nice extras like tea bags, some sugar, soap for the dishwasher, dishwasher detergent, paper towel, some shampoo and soap in the washroom, etc. In general it comes well equipped and the experience is 'hotel like' in this regard. You are provided with a very thorough guide in how to get into the apartment, and also tips and information on Paris and its services, restaurants, etc.

This is a very small 1-bedroom apartment (just a bit more than a studio), but for 2 people it is absolutely fine and extremely well laid out with storage space in the bedroom for clothes, hooks in the hallway, shelves in the bathroom and decently equipped kichenette. We were planning on having friends stay for 1 or 2 nights of our 4 nights there and that would have been squashed, but not impossible, so for a family with one child no problem for a short time. Be aware that the shower does leak and you need to be careful with mopping up water from the floor, otherwise everything is in good condition including a very comfortable bed. We loved the location. The apartment was quiet, the nearby 'passages' really interesting and easy to get anywhere via metro or bus. My only negative point to be aware of is simply a fact: this is not a typical AirBnB personal experience, but a managed apartment. There is no contact with the owner apart from an initial email and one does not get to see anyone on arrival. We had no problems so no need to contact the host. Overall, we loved everything about the apartment and would return.

The location of the apartment is fantastic - right near multiple metro stops, walking distance to the Louvre, near a grocery store, pharmacy, etc. The apartment itself was great for two. Air conditioning was great and they pretty much had everything you could need. Our ONLY issue was with the shower. I say it that was because the apartment really was great aside from that. The shower head was one of those movable ones, and neither of us could get it to stay on the top holster, the one where you could just take a normal shower. The drain must have been clogged because there was standing water and then that would leak out onto the bathroom floor through a little crack I guess in between the shower door and the base of the shower. The showering situation was a mess. Again, all of that said, it was a great location, easy to get to, amazing iron actually (as a weird but real thing to note,) and Andre even left us a bottle of champagne. Also the bed was super comfortable. American TV is searching YouTube on the TV which is in the bedroom. Not bad at all.

Charmant petit appart. Bien situé. Décoré avec soin. Très propre et récent. Peut-être un peu serré pour 4 personnes, mais pas trop mal. Le champagne a été très apprécié. Par contre, le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas ni la télé. L'air clim a cessé de fonctionner pendant une douzaine d'heures et le système a été rétabli par la suite. Le bruit sourd intermittent qu'on entendait était très désagréable surtout la nuit.

My family of 3 stayed here for 10 days and we had the best time. It was an easy check in, & liked that we didn't need to meet someone. The apartment is clean and modern. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and liked having a washing machine and air conditioning! There are 3 Metro stations nearby, a Monop and even a bigger supermarket. It was fun discovering the passages around. We also like the proximity to restaurants and that we can walk to Grand Palais and the Louvre.

We had a fabulous time staying at Andre's apartment. Although it is small, my husband and two daughters agreed that it was just the right size for what we needed. It is beautifully remodeled and the beds/pillows are VERY comfortable. Andre was so kind to have many special touches: a bottle of champagne, coffee, toiletries as well as all the needed soaps and detergents. THANK YOU!

Appartamento bello, luminoso e pulito. Si trova a pochi minuti dalle fermate della metro, a pochi passi dal centro. André persona molto disponibile sia prima di arrivare che durante il soggiorno. Ci è stato permesso persino di lasciare le valigie in appartamento fino al pomeriggio. Tutto ok.

Nuestra estancia en Opera Classic Paris no puedo ser mejor. La situación es muy buena, cerca de boulevard Haussman, la Opera y el museo de Louvre. El barrio está lleno de cafeterías y restaurantes que siempre son una buena opción para cenar cerca del apartamento. Adicionalmente en la plaza de la bolsa hay un mercado donde se puede comprar fruta y verdura o si se prefiere hay un supermercado con amplio horario de apertura. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias para descansar después de un día de turismo por la ciudad. Es ideal para una familia como la nuestra, con dos niños pequeños. Estamos muy agradecidos a los propietarios del apartamento, ya que debido a la huelga controladores tuvimos que alargar nuestra estancia una noche más con poco tiempo de preaviso. Además nos permitieron dejar las maletas en un apartamento contiguo el día de nuestra partida. En resumen, Opera Classic es un muy buen lugar para pasar unos días en París.

It was good but...
The apartment has and amazing location, and it is really a good apartment, but there were a few details that were a bit unpleasant, first we had made the reservation for 3 people, they only left towels and blankets for 2. second the bed sheets looked dirty, they had stains like makeup and marks of use and third the bathroom had loose floor tiles and the toilet seemed unstable.

Appartement extrêmement agréable et bien situé pour visiter Paris et proche des théâtres. Toutefois il y a un gros problème d'entretien et de gestion du client. Arrivée demandée via Booking entre 15h et 16h, appartement récupéré à 17h45 car le ménage n'était pas fait : nous sommes arrivés à 15h45 et l'homme de ménage est arrivé en même temps que nous. Le gestionnaire que nous avons contacté a été d'une mauvaise foi (et menteur avec çà), incriminant Booking et se retranchant derrière ses propres conditions générales ! Honteux!.Les plaanings de ménage (qui au passage nous coûte 60€) sont mal gérés : nous l'avons constaté avec les appartements voisins: l'homme de ménage arrive une heure avant l'arrivée des nouveaux hôtes (il a donc juste le temps de changer les draps et de faire un petit coup de ménage)..... La salle de bains mériterait d'être mieux entretenue : carrelage fissuré (risque de coupure), carrelage de douche moisi, wc sans couvercle......

Appartement très fonctionnel et super bien placé en plein cœur du 2 ème arrondissement de Paris à deux pas de l'opéra derrière la bourse et quasiment sur les grands boulevards. C'est aussi un lieu où on peut très facilement trouver de quoi manger à toute heure de la soirée et les propositions sont très variées!! Le seul bémol c'est la tonne de cheveux que l'on a trouvé dans le siphon de la douche après avoir galèré pendant 24 heures en prenant nos douches. Maintenant l'évacuation fonctionne!!
