Você precisa andar um pouco mais para chegar em rua geral e ter acesso a outras opções x O local não é muito agradável, não tem janela, é um apartamento pequeno no térreo, bem apertado e sem muita ventilação. Se você busca algo mais arejado e com vista para rua não é uma boa opção, até porque o preço não justifica o custo benefício

We had a great time in Paris and would definitely stay here again. We were 3 people and got along fine in a smaller place as would be common in a Paris location. One expects it to be small being in Paris. There is dust that should be better cleaned by the person who cleans, especially for people with allergies, but we got along fine. Just loved the cappuccino maker! Thank you!!

This place was very close to the Louvre and metro. Unfortunately there was a strong musty smell and mold in the shower that really affected our experience. My kids and I had headaches and congestion after 2 nights sleeping there that cleared up a few hours outside the apartment. A warning that construction would be starting at 8:30 each weekday morning would have been helpful too. Although the location was great, I would not stay there again.

Perfect AirBNB for a traveling couple whose main objective is to see as much of Paris as possible in a short amount of time! Walkable to many attractions, we even took an afternoon to take a long, leisurely walk along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower and sight see on the way. Based off previous negative reviews and the size of the space, I don’t think it would satisfy individuals looking to spend a lot of time in their room. Also, the listing says there is a dryer but there is only a washer (minor but notable).

Was told we could check in at 1200 but when we got there it hadn’t been cleaned as they had unexpected guests the night before. We left our bags but couldn’t return until 5pm. When we came back we had a lot of trouble opening the key lock box, the keys inside were jamming the opening. Agent responded after I sent 3 messages. Eventually someone from agency arrived but by then we’d managed to open the jammed key lock box. Certainly not a good start! Then for a 1 week stay they only supplied 1 towel each, 1 spare toilet roll & only 1 garbage bag, no spares. Couldn’t believe that we were in Paris & there were no champagne glasses! Cushions on couch kept sliding down & couch was quite stained. There are absolutely no supplies so remember to bring tea bags, washing powder etc. They had supplied 3 dish washing tablet which was a joke as there is no dish washer!

Las comodidades son buenas, en mi caso eramos tres personas y el utensilio estaba preparado para dos....también había dos sillas pero el departamento es tal cual las fotos. Lo recomiendo.

This is in a fantastic location!! It is a very small unit, but that is to be expected in Paris. I think it’s a bit misleading to say that this place could accommodate 3 people. It was crowded for just my husband and me. The description refers to a “welcome basket” with wine, etc., but there is no such welcome basket. There was one small roll of toilet paper and two pods for coffee. We had to run to the grocery store for supplies. Another consideration is that there is only 1 small mirror in the bathroom. For women doing their hair and makeup, and sharing the space with someone else, this was hard. The host is very good at communicating! We had a small issue and they got back to us right away. The washing machine/dryer was very hard for us to figure out. Also, the check out instructions refer to a dishwasher, but there is not a dishwasher in the unit. All in all, we liked this unit. It was in a safe, accessible location. And the host was great. Thank you!!

This place is not suitable for 3 guests. After pulling out the couch bed there was no room for luggage and we could hardly move around the apartment. We had to stack the dining room table chairs to walk by. For 2 or 1 person this room is a much more reasonable choice. The apartment was private and in a safe courtyard. The bed was comfortable and all the linens were clean. However on the second night there was a high pitched noise in the couch bed room that was so loud my friend had to sleep with headphones on. Also the host was unresponsive for mostly the entire check in day and wasn’t helpful in trying to fix the noise. Would not recommend this room, especially for a party of 3.

Great location. Accommodation is small. Great for 1 person or couple but not 3 people. Listing details and photos are misleading. Photos glam up a very outdated space. The listing says “there is a lovely welcome pack that includes sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea and... a bottle of wine to celebrate your short stay” There is no welcome pack! We got sheets, towels and some shampoo and shower gel which were 2 watered down, dirty bottles and almost empty. When asked agence about missing items they did deliver the toaster and kettle that were missing very quickly but when asked about welcome pack they said “Welcome has been switched : shampoo and shower gel available in the room.” Accommodation not very clean, sheets ripped and stained. Checkout instructions tell you to load dishwasher and put it on but there is no dishwasher.

Walkable distance to the Louvre, La Opera, and lots of good restaurants in the area. This is a storage luggage turned into an Airbnb so it is the ground floor unit which makes it convenient. No steps to climb after a day of walking all over the city. First time in Paris so not sure what to expect as far as accommodations. This one is ok for the price.

Positive: Lo que más me ha gustado es la ubicación, además de que por dicha localización había poco ruido y se están muy bien Negative: Que pensaba que era habitación normal, con baño individual etc. Sin embargo según entras tienes el salón con la cocina y pasada una puerta que es una cristalera tienes la habitación con su baño. Este apartamento está muy bien para parejas pero si tienes pensado venir con familia o sois más de 3 personas no lo recomiendo mucho. Aún así, hay una cama grande y una soda cama muy cómoda donde se puede dormir también. Además no es que haya muy buena ventilación ya que no hay ningún tipo de ventanas, lo bueno es que hay un aire acondicionado el cual refrigera todo. Pese a todo ello, mi estancia ha sido muy agradable.

malheureusement le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. la localisation est très bien et l'appartement est globalement propre. en revanche le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas et fait un vacarme assourdissant ce qui fait qu'il fait une chaleur insupportable à l'intérieur et notamment la nuit. problème de fixation sur le robinet de l'évier de la cuisine et au niveau du pommeau de la douche. joints endommagés et sales dans la douche et le WC. et j'en passe.... j'ai prévenu par message privé après la première nuit. aucune proposition commerciale n'a été effectuée. dommage... ça nous a gâché le weekend....

En primer lugar el check-in a las 17hs me pareció muy tarde. Nos encontramos con el apartamento sucio, un aire acondicionado portátil que no funcionaba y otro nuevo sin instalar. La primera noche intentamos instalarlo nosotros sin éxito, con los cual tuvimos que dormir sin aire. El segundo día vino un técnico y lo instaló. El soporte de la ducha estaba roto y faltaban vasos, tazas, esponja y trapo de cocina, entre otros. Como punto a favor la ubicación es buena y las camas cómodas.

This airbnb was simply perfect. Its location was incredible. We walked absolutely everywhere (that being said my friends and I walked on average 12 miles a day). The walks to Paris's main attractions were always pleasant because we got to know more of the city. Overall, I have no complaints. The apartment is pretty small, but it was all three girls exploring Paris needed. I am very happy with my stay.

La puerta de metal exterior o verja no es posible cerrarla desde dentro...por si alguien es aprensivo. Aunque el edificio es muy tranquilo. Decir cómo en otras opiniones...que es más bien para dos personas, para 3 personas es pequeño y se necesita mucha confianza(desde mi punto de vista). Durante nuestra estancia contábamos con que funcionaran mejor los electrodomésticos como la cafetera o tostadora...pero fue así... la comunicación con los anfitriones fue correcta.

Great little kitchen set up helped us save money on breakfast and lunch. Find out in advance how to turn on the heat. We never figured it out. Great shower and hot water. We would rent here again.

El domingo 10 de abril de 2022 llegamos mi mujer, mi hija de 13 años y yo al apartamento a las 21:17. El alojamiento se encontraba tal cual lo habían dejado los anteriores huéspedes: sin limpiar, las camas deshechas y sin cambiar las sábanas; las toallas usadas, pelos en el plato de ducha del baño. Llamamos varias veces al anfitrión al teléfono indicado, pero no respondió ni devolvió las llamadas. Le escribimos whatsapps, que leyó poco después, pero a los que nunca respondió. Sólo más de una y cuarto más tarde, nos contestó a través de airbnb, ofreciéndonos un apartamento con una sola cama para los tres, en una dirección distinta. Alternativa que no era viable. Tuvimos que apañárnoslas como pudimos, durmiendo sobre los colchones. Al día siguiente, el apartamento solo quedó limpio a las 15:30. Aun así, la limpieza del apartamento deja mucho que desear, con rincones sucios en el baño, moho en la ducha y la presencia constante de hormigas en la casa, que se cuelan por un agujero del baño. ¿Cómo es posible que no se ponga remedio a una situación así y se ofrezca en alquiler este apartamento? La temperatura en el apartamento era insufriblemente elevada, sobre todo por las noches. Intentamos modificar la temperatura del termostato, pero estaba bloqueado. Nos pusimos en contacto vía airbnb con el anfitrión, pero nunca nos contestó. El sofá-cama tiene un aspecto descuidado, y los asientos están rotos. Como consecuencia, al abrirlo para convertirlo en cama, hay que dejar los cojines-asiento por el suelo, lo que es muy incómodo, teniendo en cuenta lo pequeño que es el apartamento. Por suerte, dimos enseguida con el cuadro eléctrico, aunque no hay ninguna información que indique dónde se encuentra. Lo único bueno que tiene este apartamento son los colchones, que son cómodos, y su ubicación, que es muy céntrica. Por lo demás, ha sido una experiencia muy desagrable y, con diferencia, la peor que hemos tenido en Airbnb desde que usamos esta plataforma. No solo por los problemas del apartamento, sino también por cómo el anfitrión se desentendió de los problemas con los que nos encontramos.

Très bonne communication au départ avec l’agence lors de notre réservation, réactivité de leur part c’était plutôt agréable. Le jour de notre arrivée, nous nous sommes rendus compte que l’appartement ne reflétait pas du tout l’annonce : ménage non fait (toiles d’araignée, sol sale, salle de bain moisie et très très sale par endroit), appartement non accueillant (table rangée, chaises pliées …). Nous avons été obligés demander les serviettes et nécessaire de toilette qui n’étaient pas disponibles comme initialement prévu. Voyageant avec un bébé, j’ai demandé les possibilités de chauffer l’appartement, après 4 jours j’attends toujours un retour …. Attention le canapé lit dans le « salon/cuisine » est très sale, canapé lit de mauvaise qualité, qui grince quand on s’allonge et n’est pas confortable du tout. Il faut également savoir que certaines ampoules ne fonctionnent pas ce qui n’est pas pratique. Aucune lampe de chevet pour la nuit. D’autre part, il y a une énorme entrée d’air émanant de la porte d’entrée. Les photos ne sont pas représentatives de l’espace. L’appartement est très très petit.

There is a tiny (by American standard) washer/dryer which is wonderful to have. Microwave is handy. More than 2 people would be too many. It’s on ground level so no steps!!

I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The location does not get any better. Frederic gave us a detailed and very helpful welcome packet. We were able to easily walk to Paris’ biggest tourist attractions. There were so many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops around. If I ever come back to Paris, I’ll for sure stay here again. Note that the space is certainly small - but was fine for three of us - highly recommend!

Frederic and this experience were awesome! Frederic is a pro and his PDF/self check in system works very well. In this PDF file he breaks down all the details and provides great local tips on restaurants, stores, sites, etc. The location is also prime time, just a couple blocks from the Louvre, among other sites. The food in this area was delicious, as well (from French to Asian!). The cherry on top of this wonderful stay was the champagne that Frederic had waiting for us in the fridge upon our arrival. Highly recommend for couples!

Mr Frederic place was very cozy, clean, well organized, well equipped and most of all eccentric to a lot of places in the city.. he kept us well informed as to how to get check in, there was shops, restaurants, market and Le Grand Colbert was our last meal, which was walking distance from the apt!! A lot attractions are walking distance including the great museum! Great apt, great location, great host and I absolutely recommend this spot if anyone is visiting Paris!!! This little apartment is small but has everything you need for a Parisian getaway! It is quiet in a small residential courtyard and the communication from Frederic was always quick and helpful. He made sure we had detailed instructions for check-in and check-out as well as recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and areas of interest. There is a grocery store a few blocks away. The apartment doesn't have a closet or space to store luggage but has everything else you need including a washing machine. The shower is the nicest I have ever had in Paris! The bed is comfortable and the curtains make it very dark for a good night sleep. We loved it!

We stayed in Frederic's apartment from 3/28-4/6/2018. It is in a safe area and is very secure with both a locked gate and door. It is very centrally located in the area of the Louvre, Opera House, Palais Royal and metro. We were able to get everywhere easily. It would be tight for four people. For two people it was great, but when we had a third person for a couple of days, there was very little room to move around in. There are no closets or dressers to put clothes in which resulted in living out of our suitcases. Frederic gave us a lot of information on the area which was very helpful for first-time visitors to Paris. Overall, we would stay here again.

Frederic's place provided a very pleasant stay. Location was safe and asscessible to train/bus. Eateries are short walking distances(especially Japanese cuisine). I was provided check-in instructions prior to arrival which was very easy to follow. I would recommend bringing your own towels,wash cloths and toiletries because no one stopped by to clean or replenish them during our four night stay. Also no wifi. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay.

Let's start with the great stuff : the position is brilliant. It was clean. Tastefully decorated. But it's small. The space occupied by the (frankly pointless) sofa bed would be better used by a smaller seating arrangement and a wardrobe of some kind - storage space is at a premium, to say the least... we literally had to live out of a suitcase, which ate into the limited floorspace in the living area. And take a rubber doorstop, or a slightly wedge-shaped plastic bottle (luckily we had one) or you won't be able to get the shower head into a usable position - I 'hacked' the problem by jamming it between the wall and the handle. Last small moan, there was a problem with one of the locks (the door, not the gate,) which wasn't so much a security issue as a possible liability for me - I could have forced the broken lock. The people who run the property for the owner were, it transpired, aware of the problem - had I not put 2 and 2 together and been careful when leaving the apartment (the cleaning lady had left it unlocked, and the door lock was only turning easily from the inside) - I have to wonder if, had I further damaged the lock trying to lock up, would I have been held liable? I should have been warned beforehand... Let me finish by saying that there are currently building works next door. Not a problem on the weekend, but a bit painful on weekday mornings. To summarise, the place is nice, and the position is perfect, but, given the accumulation of niggles, perhaps somewhat overpriced.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location was ideal, we walked everywhere and we did not miss any of the places we wanted to see. Every imaginable cuisine and amenity seemed to be within a block radius, and the instructions and recommendations provided were extremely helpful to get around the neighborhood. The bed was beyond comfortable, and everything we needed was available, it was quite impressive for such a compact space. Would certainly recommend!.

We do love the day we spend here. This is the best apartment we have ever lived among airbnb. Rooms are more beautiful and clean than photos. Those delicate decorations make this place amazing. Thanks a lot for transfer-plug and champagne, especially the latter one. We do feel romance, consideration and kindness of French from very nice people like Andre. His notes of delicious food and great views made our tour much easier. The location of this apartment is amazing. It is so near Musée du Louvre and Opera, a very great location with many restaurants and supermarkets as well as metro nearby. I was impressed by this apartment at the first sight but I was busy these days. Thank s again.

The location was excellent for visiting central Paris. Despite it being in the centre of Paris the apartment was wonderfully quiet, and the bed very comfortable, so a relaxing sleep after a busy day can be assured. Local shops (which keep late hours) make the buying of provisions easy. There are also excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a short walk from the apartment to the metro. The apartment is perfect for two, but for three requires a little discipline.

Un séjour très agréable à Paris dans ce logement. Il est idéalement situé, étant régulièrement à Paris pour les affaires et souvent en déplacement, c'est agréable de trouver des lieux confortables. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Le studio est très bien équipé, bien chauffé et très cosy. Les matériaux sont de très bonne facture, la qualité de literie vraiment au RDV. Il très accessible de diverses lignes de métro. Je le recommande vivement. Très bonne réactivité d'André, toujours à l'écoute et disponible. Réservez-le les yeux fermés !

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est superbe, encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Tout est neuf et décoré avec goût. J'ai apprécié de trouver un livret d'accueil avec des recommandations de restaurants et commerces aux alentours. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions, je recommande vivement cet appartement et espère pouvoir y revenir.

Hay varias estaciones de metro cerca por lo que facilita el dezplazamiento entre un lugar y otro de la ciudad, definitivamente super recomendado para quienes quieran estar una temporada en paris, perfecto para 4 personas, lo disfrutamos muchisimo. Muy comodo y agradable. La atencion de andré y federick fue muy oportuna y cordial, muy colaboradores al momento de consultarles algo. Super recomendado!!

El domingo 10 de abril de 2022 llegamos mi mujer, mi hija de 13 años y yo al apartamento a las 21:17. El alojamiento se encontraba tal cual lo habían dejado los anteriores huéspedes: sin limpiar, las camas deshechas y sin cambiar las sábanas; las toallas usadas, pelos en el plato de ducha del baño. Llamamos varias veces al anfitrión al teléfono indicado, pero no respondió ni devolvió las llamadas. Le escribimos whatsapps, que leyó poco después, pero a los que nunca respondió. Sólo más de una y cuarto más tarde, nos contestó a través de airbnb, ofreciéndonos un apartamento con una sola cama para los tres, en una dirección distinta. Alternativa que no era viable. Tuvimos que apañárnoslas como pudimos, durmiendo sobre los colchones. Al día siguiente, el apartamento solo quedó limpio a las 15:30. Aun así, la limpieza del apartamento deja mucho que desear, con rincones sucios en el baño, moho en la ducha y la presencia constante de hormigas en la casa, que se cuelan por un agujero del baño. ¿Cómo es posible que no se ponga remedio a una situación así y se ofrezca en alquiler este apartamento? La temperatura en el apartamento era insufriblemente elevada, sobre todo por las noches. Intentamos modificar la temperatura del termostato, pero estaba bloqueado. Nos pusimos en contacto vía airbnb con el anfitrión, pero nunca nos contestó. El sofá-cama tiene un aspecto descuidado, y los asientos están rotos. Hicimos uso del tostador y saltó la luz. We would rent here again. Having a small kitchen helped save $. I can’t imagine just being in a little hotel room compared to this apartment. Loved that it is on the ground floor. Very quiet. Comfortable beds and bedding. Ask how to start the heater. We never figured it out. Great shower and hot water. The location is amazing! We walked to the Louvre, the river, and the opera/shopping district easily.
