This apartment is amazing.
Incredible apartment right next to the Louvre. You can’t ask for better anywhere in Paris. Easy to get to all the sights. Enjoy walking along the Seine. The owners are right next door and very friendly. Definitely check out their restaurant recommendations. Would be helpful to receive the instructions that are in the welcome book to get to the apartment. I highly recommend staying here.

Mega schöner Aufenthalt in Paris mit einer tollen Unterkunft
Positive: Das Apartment entspricht komplett den Bildern. Alles recht sauber und genügend Platz für 2-3/4 Personen. Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs. Das Apartment hat 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit sehr bequemer Schlafcouch. Eine kleinere Küche und ein kleines Badezimmer mit sehr guter Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer gibt es einen kleinen Tisch mit Stühlen zum Frühstücken. Küche ist gut ausgestatt um sich ausreichend selbst zu versorgen, falls man nicht essen gehen möchte. Zur Begrüssung gabs vom Gastgeber Andre eine Flasche Sekt zum Anstossen auf den Geburtstag meiner Mam. Der Gastgeber wohnt hier im Aprtment nebenan und ist sehr bemüht um jeden Gast, dass auch wirklich jeder zu frieden ist. Andre hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Zusätzlich gabs sehr gute Tips für Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Apartment befindet sich nur 5 gehminuten von der nächtsen Metro/RER Bahn entfernt. Zum Louvre benötigt man ca. 10 min. In der umliegenden Strasse gibt es alles was man benötigt. 2 kleinere Supermärkte, eine Boulangerie, einige Lokale und direkt unter dem Apartment eine sehr gute Pizzeria. Im Haus gibt es einen kleinen Aufzug. Er reicht aus für 2 Personen. Recht eng, aber wir fanden es lustig und ausreichend, um in den 4ten Stock zu kommen. Das Apartment liegt zum Innenhof. Lärm von der Strasse ist absolut keiner zu hören. Wohnung war sehr gut beheizt. Wir fanden das Apartment sehr gut. Lieben Dank an den Gastgeber. Kommen gerne wieder :-). Negative: Haus ist etwas hellhörig, jedoch sind alle Bewohner recht ruhig. Man hört manchmal in der Oberen Etage jemanden über das alte Parkett laufen. Fanden wir nicht tragisch.

A truly Parisian experience while being clean, comfortable and convenient.
Positive: This was a real Parisian experience that made us feel, even for just a few days - French! Andre, the proprietor, lives next door and was extremely helpful in letting us leave our bags for early arrival and late check out. There were only two of us but even with two additional adults the apartment (by Paris standards) would be big enough. It was incredibly well located too - about a 5-7 min walk to the closest Metro. Positive: The location and easy walk from the train from the airport. The "house" was superb, really pleasant ambiance, great seperate bedroom, lounge, kitchen/dining and bathroom with washer/dryer! Lots and lots of restaurants/cafes and bars near by. Negative: We had one major problem - we had trouble beforehand accessing our Australian emails and couldn't get the code for entry and after numerous phone calls in France - had no reply so had to check into a (very expensive) hotel until we could contact friends in Australia to check our email where we found the code which was sent a couple of days before our stay.

Positive: The location is perfect, close to many major sites and the apartment itself is in a quiet residential area. The apartment is very nicely equipped and decorated. I really like the details: lovely table cloth in the kitchen, gentle ambience music in the living room, and high quality curtains...the owner is clearly very thoughtful. Such a nice place to stay in Paris! It was in a perfect location; so close to the Louvre, famous bridges, shopping, and the metro. Very clean and super easy check-in. We were given very detailed instructions for entering the building/unit. Then once in the unit, we found a booklet full of recommendations for things to do around Paris, including restaurants and bars. Location is absolutely perfect. Steps away from the hustle and crowds by the Louvre, close to a number of incredible cafés, yet in a very quiet, safe enclave. The apartment is very spacious, particularly by Paris standards, and is equipped with everything you would need.

A great location & comfortable apartment, some of the reviews aren’t this actual apartment, there is only one bathroom in the apartment we stayed in. Given it’s up there in the high price range, my only disappointment was a broken coffee machine which after a delay in responding to my email by 24 hours wasn’t replaced or fixed. We stayed for 6 nights.

What a wonderful location! This apartment is lovely and clean! It is secluded and peaceful but so close to the metro and divine little shops. There is a delicious pastry shop just around the corner that we walked to each morning. We were able to pick up a few items at the nearby market which was also very convenient! Frederic checked in once with us to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything else. I was grateful and highly recommend his home! Merci!

You have large amount room compared to most small places I considered. I consider the small premium paid for this apartment to be money very well spent.

5 stars!!! The room was perfect for our needs. I loved how it had a kitchen. We did a little grocery shopping and were able to cook our own breakfast. This saved us a lot of money. The room was very comfortable as well. We got to feel like real parisians. One thing to note, if you are a noisy bunch, this room isn't for you. The walls are thin and you need to be sure to not cause a lot of noise after hours because it is a residential building. It was great for us because we aren't loud people and after 10PM we were only in the room to sleep. I would definitely book here again. Thanks for everything!

It was such a wonderful experience to be living in a great area in Paris. The apartment was impeccably clean and organized. There so many places to eat right when you get down. I find the French deco of the apartment so appropriate for the location. Andre was a great hosts l! Our family of three. Myself, hubby and our 11 year old daughter highly recommended this place.

Wi-Fi也非常穩定. 公寓離主要景點與購物區並不遠,不過 不知道為什麼覺得google map在歐洲感覺比較模糊,大概要住到3天後,會比較搞得清楚東西南北.相信天氣好的時候會更棒. 這間公寓好得沒話說,甚至比自己在台北住的公寓還要舒服,唯一美中不足的都是小地方, 應該是冬天到訪關係,暖器對於怕冷的人可能稍嫌不夠暖活. 木地板走路要輕一些,會有聲音. 從樓梯到電梯 還有幾乎一層樓要爬,電梯尺寸也很迷你(不帶行李只能容納2-3人),建議行李箱不要太大,太重.

We stayed here for between Christmas and New Year. Everything was just as in the photos. The street is perfect - it's a narrow lane very close to the Louvre and it has a very nice coffee shop (reminds me of Ottolenghi) and to my husband's huge dismay, is opposite Christian Laboutin. You are near the hustle and bustle yet the street seems very untouristy - no tacky shops or people selling Eiffel towers. Andre met us when we arrived at the apartment and was very helpful. He gave us two sets of keys which was useful for things like our morning runs when we got back at different times. Thank you to Andre for a great stay.

Avoid if you can! For work mainly and for leisure, I travel 5 or 6 months a year, in hotels and recently with airbnb. I've seen a couple of things in my traveling. First of all, be aware, this is not an apartment. It's a dependance of the main apartment of Mr. André which he occupies. There are some doors that allow him, at his will, to access the dependance anytime, without permission. The doors cannot be closed by the guest, only by the main apartment. Simply what happened is that Mr. André allowed a special price for my stay and then he did anything he could to get the money back in any way! These are the facts: 1) I got a lower price then the tag one and Mr. André confirmed by mail. But the his airbnb confirmation WAS WITH THE REGULAR PRICE. I thought it was just an oversight and told him. He then changed it to the agreed price. Now I understand it was just the first trial to get money from me. 2) During my stay, I tried to contact Mr. André by mail and by text, asking about where to leave the keys (in the booth or in the apt). He never replied. I think he was trying again to provoke a mistake to charge me. 2) After I left the apartment, he started all the possible accusations. The first was that I smoked in the apt. I’ve never smoked in my life, not even once, and I've no intention of trying. The accusation is completely unfounded. He said the next guest complained strongly about it. I said that he could provide a declaration from him, easily then. He did not provide any. 3) He said that there were stains all over. I left the dependance exactly as he rented it to me. I asked him to provide pictures. He did not provide any. 4) Not being able to provide the above evidences, he changed his version. He complained I made a party. I had a person at about 8 or 9 pm on Friday and we all left for dinner outside in a restaurant soon after. I didn't even any meal at home once. It's just a pure invention. 5) Then he added that there was noise. He claimed because of the noise and that he had to collect money for… the sake of the neighbors! This is on the border of being ridiculous, if Mr. André was not tragically trying to be serious. The neighbors did not complain at all, anytime, as I DID NOT MAKE ANY ABNORMAL NOISE. If they complained to him, he can have a couple of written words from them about it. He did not provide. He asked for 400 Euro damages! What kind of damage could cost 400 Euro? He maybe will try to clean everything he can at my cost. I refused and disputed all the charges. Be aware.

André's apartment is just amazing. Its situated in very chic and central street in the heart of paris, 3 minutes walk from the Louvre, Les Halles and the best shopping area in Paris. Downstairs you have a lot of bars and restaurant with make your stay so easy. He was very helpful with my arrivingtimes and when I cam there was a bottle of good red french wine waiting for me not the dining table. The apartment was very clean with a lot of light coming true the windows . He decorated it very chic in french style. I just loved it. You should not be to sensible when you sleep, because sometimes you could hear a little bit the neighbours, but it didn't disturb me. For sure I will come again and I can just recommend it. O apartamento é perfeito. Igual das fotos, com todas as comodidades que um hotel é um airbnb possa oferecer. Calefação, boas toalhas, máquina de lavar roupa e de louca, torradeira, taças, boa roupa de cama. Como era natal, decoraram tudo com muito cuidado e ainda deixaram um espumante de brinde. O check in é por código, o que facilitou bastante. Voltaria muitas vezes!!!

Very nice and spacous appartment right next to Louvre. Perfect location for exploring Paris. Appartment is clean, quiet and well equipped, bed is good too. A/C is installed, but only a portable unit which struggles to cope with temperatures above 30 degrees C But no complaints from here ;-)

We stayed for 11 days at Lourve Elegant suites and it was everything that was as per the advertised photos and more - From the welcome complimentary bottle of French Champagne to the very neat tidy and beautiful furnished apartment it was everything you wanted for that special trip to PAris - our visit was to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary ❤️❤️ - Our Host Andre was on hand to welcome us and was available if we had any queries - he was superb- Merci Andre !!! The apartment is perfectly located and is 5 mins away from the lourve and all the major attractions- River Seine - Pont Neuf and Tullerir garden - it also close to Les Halle - Major Train station and a couple of Metros Line 1 - lovely boulangeries in the street with lots of top class cafes and restaurants close by - Apartment is also extremely quite and gets beautiful sunlight in the afternoon- when we visit PAris again - Lourve ElegantSuites will be our first choice 👍🇫🇷🇫🇷
