Fantastic location in the Marais, amazing coffee (MataMata) around the corner, walking distance to the Louvre, heart of the Marais, Centre Pompidou, the list goes on...it's a great location. Place is basically brand new, with a washer/dryer, nice bathroom, dishwasher, all the mod cons. Great for kids as there is a second bedroom with two twin beds. Very quiet. Fantastic place to stay in Paris. Would stay again.

My family (2 adults + 3 teens) enjoyed our stay. The unit is very cute, fun wallpaper, nicely styled, appeared newly renovated. Very comfortable beds/bedding. It is, however, very small. The toilet room, for instance would be nearly unusable if you were over 6ft tall. It was okay for us since we didn’t spend much time there but if you were going to hang out at home much- you’d likely want a larger space. Lastly, they really need to update the check in/out times. 5pm is too late and 10am too early. It was easy to access and first floor made it easy for luggage. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Our stay in Montorgueil in the heart of Paris was wonderful! We very much enjoyed the security we felt even being in a very busy area. It was quite easy to access the property and it was just as described in the listing. Though the apartment is small, our family of four, including two teenage boys, felt very comfortable and relaxed in the afternoon and evening when taking a break from a busy day of walking. The bathroom was beautiful and we were thankful that someone could use the sinks while another could be using the toilet in a separate room, though that WC was a tight squeeze! Close to many wonderful and friendly cafés, we were always just steps from great food and a metro to take us anywhere we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with this host and location! Our family of 5 (all adults), spent 4 days here at Christmas. The area was wonderful, walkable to everything, great restaurants nearby. The place was clean, comfortable and easy to find. Communication with the host was proactive and very responsive. We loved staying here and will definitely keep it on our list of favorite places! (Check out Mon Creme across the street for some excellent Pain Perdu and Cafe au Lait) Thank you for a wonderful Christmas stay for our family. We loved it!

Fantastische locatie en prima appartement om Parijs te verkennen. Schoon en precies zoals op de foto’s. Erg rustig terwijl je middenin Parijs zit. Veel leuke restaurantjes en bakkertje binnen 100 m afstand. Er kan alleen geen raam open, dat is jammer. Maar je ben er vooral om te slapen, de rest van de dag op pad. Fijne zithoek en grote tv aanwezig, goede badkamer en keuken.

La zona è la migliore per soggiornare a Parigi, il palazzo è molto silenzioso e tranquillo, ma dal nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto problemi , mai risolti, con la serratura. L’appartamento ha una sola finestra, oltre alla porta di ingresso, ed ha quindi una camera senza finestra. L’unica finestra apribile si affaccia su un cortile a piano terra, vicino ai secchi della spazzatura che emanano cattivo odore, il quale riempie l’appartamento. Biancheria insufficiente per 4 notti per 4 persone. Non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli oltre l’orario di check out. Il costo risulta esagerato per la struttura.

This property was situated in an amazing location. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping and supermarkets at your doorstep. It was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. We were in walking distance to the Louvre, and a short walk to many metro stations. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall great stay in an incredibly beautiful area of Paris.

The location is amazing, public transportation is close by including numerous cafes, bars and small supermarket directly outside the apartment gates. The apartment is compact with a well appointed kitchen, offering everything our family of 4 needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC cooled the room perfectly. Check-in to this property was reasonably late due to cleaning, however we were able to drop off our luggage prior. Unfortunately there was an incident our first night with after hours access not working as per the instructions. This was resolved promptly by the rental agency and to our satisfaction the next morning. Without this incident I wouldn’t hesitate to give this property a five star review.

Great location for our 4 day Paris trip. The apartment is relatively small for a family of 4 but as expected and listed, and it was generally clean and void of clutter. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and the central location makes it easy to walk just about everywhere.

Perfect location to explore Paris. Great flat for a family of 4. Many restaurants and all sorts of shops right outside the building. The apartment is comfortable with nice furniture. It’s very clean and has all the comforts of home. It even has an air conditioner which is rare in France. Even that you are in the middle of Paris, the apartment is quiet and feels very safe. Easy walk to the metro and train station and great public transportation. Great communication with the host and they were very flexible with our schedule. My family loved it and we can’t wait to be back.

Lovely compact apartment in good location with great transport links. Clear communication from host & really helpful washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets were supplied, plenty of loo roll (thank you!). Lots of lovely places to eat nearby on Rue Montorgueil, patisseries & supermarket all nearby.

What a great apartment! It was so well equipped, we are a family of 3, and we all loved the apartment so much, we hope to book again for next year! The area is great, lots of lovely cafés and shops, close to so many attractions and the metro for anything slightly further away. The property was really clean and the host has thought of everything, it really made our trip so much better than expected.

Het is een mooi, goed ingericht en schoon appartement op een top locatie op de begane grond. Alles is nieuw en mooi afgewerkt. Rustig doordat het aan een binnenplaats ligt en toch overal dichtbij. Het is wel kleiner dan het op de fotos lijkt, niet geschikt voor 6 personen, 4 is het maximum. Nadeel is dat er weinig daglicht is, 1 slaapkamer heeft geen ramen. En de ramen die er zijn zijn afgeplakt tegen de inkijk. Dat voelt wel een beetje benauwd. De communicatie met het verhuurbureau is top, snel, vriendelijk.

Our family of 4 was very pleased with our stay here! The apartment had everything we needed and the location was great! A wonderful bakery is steps away, as well as numerous restaurants and bars. We easily walked most places, and if going further, Les Halles station can get you anywhere you need to go! There is an all-in-one washer/dryer that was very handy to have and worked well. My one suggestion to the owner is to provide more hand towels. We only had one, plus one kitchen towel. Extra towels in general would be nice! Also, make sure to take extra care when exiting the shower that the water has COMPLETELY drained, otherwise the water will run out into the bathroom as soon as you open the door. And there are no extra towels to help sop up the water! We would definitely stay here again!!

This apartment was a dream! It was in the perfect location, walking distance to lots of ideal spots, and a short cab or train ride to other central spots. There was a trick to the door, but once we figured it out it wasn’t an issue. The host was very helpful and communicative with us in checking in as well. We were also able to have a flexible check out which was extremely appreciated!! I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this to any traveler visiting Paris for the first time or any time!

It was very disappointing experience staying at this aurbnb. We were locked in the house because of the brocken handle of the front door. Due to this we missed all the guide tour in paris. The host went to vacation so that he doesnt event reply to the message or the hot line phone number. Also the drainge of the shower booth was stuck and the water was fludded all over. The hairs stuck the drain and i had to take out other peoples hair. If i go th paris i will never use this place.

I usually don't make such long reviews, but with this one I feel I need to talk about the "good", "the bad", and "the ugly". If there's mostly good and a "little bad", I usually leave it as good. But I'm significantly concerned about some things that happened and feel I need to share. Overall, I do not recommend staying here if you have another option. Here's my feedback, from "good" to "bad" to "ugly": The good. - As mentioned by others, the place is nicely done, seeming to be quite new. It's pleasing to the eye and has almost everything you might need. - The location is actually quite nice, with many restaurants right outside and one block over are a bunch more. It's also only 15 minutes from the Louvre. This is great for someone wanting to explore the city. - Someone was waiting at the location when we arrived and showed us in, explaining the quirk with opening the door, which was helpful. The bad. - This place is a LOT smaller than it appears! Be aware of this if you choose to stay. - It doesn't seem to have air conditioning, which surprised me. It was starting to get hot, and I couldn't find any controls. I checked in the APP and noticed that the Air Conditioning was crossed off, indicating that it was not available. It should have this option. - They promote this as a place where up to SIX people can stay. This place should not have more than FOUR. In order for six to stay, two would need to use the pull-out couch and everyone would walk over each other. The bedrooms are so small that the luggage can't be left on the floor. We had to put all the luggage in the living room, and even then you couldn't leave anything open without tripping over it. And it all had to be moved and stored next to the table in order to open up the pull-out bed. - They have only one bathroom and one shower. Again, for six people, this is not good. For four, you can plan and work around it - but not so easily for 5 or 6. - Basically this place is only good for leaving luggage and sleeping, with lots of challenges in sharing shower and toilet space. - The bathroom hinges creak loudly, so anyone sleeping on the pull-out sofa in the living room will be awoken easily. This is such an easy fix - put some oil on the hinges! - We ran out of toilet paper for five of us in the 1 1/2 days we were there. Four woman and one man. Granted that my family might use more than average, there should have been a couple rolls tucked away in the storage closet. The ugly. - Check in is at 17:00 (5PM). I have never stayed at any hotel or AirBnB where there was a 17:00 check-in! Hotels typically use 14:00 (2PM) or even 13:00, and if they have space, can let you in early. I get it that this is not a hotel, so I wouldn't expect the same; however, 17:00 is ridiculous. We were able to store our luggage at the place from 12:00 on, so the place was empty. It took them 5 hours to clean? They seem more interested in treating this as a business where they can save a few bucks rather than making sure it was cleaned earlier. I did research and they are part of a larger group of AirBnBs, so they probably use a cleaning company (or individual) for multiple locations. It's not right to make clients wait until 5PM, especially knowing that they are probably coming in from out of the country. When I asked Jose about this, his response was simply to have our luggage placed in a luggage storage location in town. No concern to try to help get us in earlier. Only after I pressed, did he say that we could store our luggage there after 12:00. - Communication with Jose and the company was very cold and I felt that they were not that concerned about us. It was more of a transaction to them - get us in and get us out. Period. I was really surprised by this. They were the only AirBnb (out of five we stayed at during this vacation) that did not even have bottled water available for us on our arrival. This was a nice touch in the other places, knowing that it helps to have this while we figure out where we can get our own. - The address showing in the AirBnB app was incorrect. There is a section in the app called "Getting there", which is supposed to have the address. This is very convenient. You just open the app, go to the booked place and click on this and voila! Copy the address and get your uber to drop you off there. Unfortunately, when we arrived, I clicked on another section called "How to get inside". Once here, Jose had included "Some helpful details from your Host". The second slide explained how to enter the building. Some text here explained how to dial in a code to "the right of the front door of the building located at XXX", and the address was included here. This address, unfortunately, was different from the one showing in the "Getting there" section. After we were dropped off by our taxi, with five of us and 12 pieces of luggage, we couldn't find the correct address. That's when I went into the app and contacted Jose, who told us that the 2nd address was correct, hidden in this other tab in the APP, and that we "must follow the instructions written" and that they had problems with AirBnB and need to change the address, and "sorry for this". Masse restauranter, barer, cafeer og shopping på alle kanter. Leiligheten er veldig snart innredet, så du føler du har alt du trenger. Er første etasje, men inne i en bakgård så ikke noe problem. Jose's place is amazing! We stayed for four days and had the nicest time. The location is absolutely amazing- best area in Paris if you ask us! He was always on hand to help us at any point as well. We got into Paris earlier then the check in and had the place ready for us already. We also had a small problem with the shower drain first night, but he replied to us super fast and got the issue resolved on the same day! I would definitely recommend this place :)))

Besser geht nicht! Traumhafte Lage mitten in Paris. Dieses Viertel ist so schön, unglaublich. Restaurant, Cafés, Bäckereien, Supermärkte und eine große Metrostation. Alles DIREKT vor der Haustür. Trotzdem sehr leise. Neues Apartment, alles blitzsauber und super ausgestattet. Wir waren 5 Leute und alle waren begeistert. Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und eindeutig. Perfekter Ort, um Paris zu erleben und zu entdecken. Vielen Dank 🤩

Très Bon emplacement au cour de Paris . Très Bel Appartement bien rénové. Wc exigu. 3 Serviettes de toilette à disposition pour 3 nuits pour 4 personnes et le reste du linge de maison mouillé dans une corbeille dans un placard inutilisable. Nous n’avons pas vu notre hôte pendant le séjour ni aucune personne . Pas d’état des lieux d’arrivée et de sortie et litige en cours sur une lampe soi disant cassée. Pensez à prendre des photos à l’arrivée et au départ pour éviter un surcoût non justifié après votre départ. Rapport qualité prix très moyen par rapport à un hôtel de même standing avec petits déjeuner inclus au même prix et literie refaite tous les jours . Nous ne reviendrons pas à cette adresse et préférerons choisir un hôtel.

El departamento cuenta con una excelente ubicación y aunque es más pequeño de lo que parece resulta agradable. El principal problema es con los baños porque dice que cuenta con un baño en la recámara principal y otro para la segunda recámara, pero solo tiene un medio baño en la principal (ducha y lavamanos sin retrete) y uno completo (ducha, lavamanos y retrete) en el area de lavado y limpieza del departamento y eso resulta muy incómodo

We had a great time, during our 3 night stay. There were the 6 of us, 2 adults, 3 teenagers and one 9yo. The space was not huge, but enough for what we needed. The apartment was really quiet during the night, which was a bonus, especially because it is located in a busy area. The location is perfect, there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, the area is bustling in the evening with a great feel to it. Not to mention the bakery just around the corner, for yummy croissants or pain au chocolat for breakfast. We had a tiny issue during our stay, but the commication was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was great and well located in Monmartre. The only problem was gaining access. I was expecting emailed instructions but nothing came nor did any SMS [we had left Thailand the day before and had no working SIM card]. We arrived at about 8.00 PM French time [1.00 AM for us] and could not find an office or lobby that I had expected. But, eventually we found the owner of a nearby bar who called you and wrote down the entry codes, located the apartment and the keys and we got in about 09.30 - or 03.30 AM our time after a 12 hour flight. Could have been avoided if details could have been sent by email in advance. Despite this we had a good time and may contact you again about another short term stay in Paris on our way home from here in London, in a couple of weeks, Regards, Howard
