We visited in early April.The thermostat was locked at 17 deg Celsius and kept dropping lower so it was very cold inside the house and host locked the thermostat. We had 2 young kids so needless to say, we were fault miserable through the night and unable to sleep. We were not given extra blankets/comforters as well. The hot water takes 5 hrs to provide enough water for 2 quick showers so we had to split our showers. The host refused to reimburse us adequately despite notifying all the above issues in a timely manner. The apartment is smaller than in the photos and we had to plead for extra washer pods and were still not provided. We were only given 1 dishwasher pod for 7 days. Were given space heaters after 3 days but they were still not strong enough to heat a room, let alone the whole apartment. There is no broom or vacuum provided in case you would like to clean during the stay. The cleaners did not clean the place prior to us coming so there was plenty of dirt and hair left behind

Positive: Goeie locatie! Negative: Er konden geen ramen open en er was nauwelijks ventilatie. We openden ‘s nachts de buitendeur een tijdje om voldoende zuurstof binnen te laten. Dat gaf dan wel 30 minuten lang licht in het appartement, omdat de sensor daarop ingesteld staat. Door zuurstofgebrek hebben we erg weinig kunnen slapen. We waren met 3 personen; met 6 personen zou het ronduit gevaarlijk worden. De verwarming stond veel te hoog en kon niet anders ingesteld worden, áls we al sliepen, dan wakker door gloeiend hete radiatoren terwijl het al 24 graden in de kamer was. De vaatwasser werkt niet. De kraan in de keuken drupt, hetgeen je ook wakker houdt wanneer je op de slaapbank ligt of in de glazen ‘slaapkamer’. Alleen de slaapkamer heeft privacy, die twee andere bedden totaal niet. Er was te weinig kastruimte, niets beschikbaar voor de glazen ‘slaapkamer’.

Lamentable séjour chez les Thénardier
Positive: Rien. Séjour dans la cave des Thénardier!! Negative: PHOTOS À L'APPUI : Appartement dans un état absolument lamentable. Ce "logement", en rdc sur cour, est visiblement un ancien garage ou un commerce qui a été transformé en meublé. Le sol est en béton peint, et le revêtement présente une multitude de trous, d'impacts, des mineurs ont vécu dans cet appart? Le seuil de "porte pallière", donnant sur une buanderie dans les parties communes, est ajourée de 2 cm. L'appartement voisin présente les mêmes caractéristiques, vu de l'extérieur. La seconde nuit, présence de cafards dans la cuisine et dans la chambre que j'occupai. Dans la cuisine, le tour d'évier, à la jointure du plan de travail, est pourrie. Les rideaux opaques, en façade, sont tâchés et d'une hygiène totalement douteuse. Il est clair que de précédents occupants s'en sont servis pour essuyer on ne sait pas vraiment quoi...Pas de papier toilette ?. Avec mon collègue, nous avons trouvé des déchets hygiéniques sur le côté droit des meubles de cuisine. J'ai passé l'aspirateur pour évacuer les déchets, malgré la présence d'un homme d'entretien lors de notre premier passage pour déposer nos valises. Hormis les meubles de cuisine, le mobilier est dans un état d'usage avancé. Dans la salle de bain, les joints du carrelage de la douche présentent des traces de moisissures, la robinetterie est décapée sur le lavabo, les crochets des serviettes ne tiennent pas et tombent par terre, le sèche serviette présente des traces de rouille. Enfin le plafond est très sale et maculé de colle à carrelage. Probablement, c'est l'entreprise Grosso & Merdo qui s'est occupée de la "rénovation" de ce taudis! A part l'aspirateur, nous n'avons pas voulu utiliser l'électroménager et n'avons ouvert aucun placard, de peur d'y trouver davantage de "surprises". Les murs sont tâchés, les peintures craquelées en de nombreux endroits.

Für den Preis und die Lage war die Wohnung angemessen.
Positive: Die Unterkunft war schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war sauber und großräumig. Die zwei Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön. Die Lage der Unterkunft war toll. Negative: Leider hatte die Unterkunft kein Fenster zum Lüften, sodass es sehr stickig war. Zudem ist die Wohnung eine Erdgeschosswohnung und war super feucht, da man nicht lüften konnte. Die Badezimmertür ist leider etwas beschädigt und hängt stark beim öffnen und schließen. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr ungemütlich und quitschend und ist definitiv für nicht mehr als eine Person gemacht aufgrund der Geräusche.

Positive: Sa situation proche du métro et des bus Negative: Les fenêtres ne pouvaient pas s’ouvrir, en cas d’incendie comment serait-on sorti? Pas d’aération possible donc une odeur d’humidité permanente dans l’appartement et sur les draps de lits. Trace de moisissure visibles dans sur le carrelage de la salle de bains. D’ailleurs en rentrant chez nous, nous avons pu relaver tous nos habits car ils sentaient l’humidité!

Positive: The location of the apartment was great, there was coffee mashie, micro, and other kitchen appliances. It was nice that we have received towels and shower gel. Toilet paper was provided. Negative: There were no window that could be opened. The dishwasher was showing an error code, therefore it must had some issues prior to our arrival. This made the apartment smell like an uncleaned moldy cellar and not the fancy kind. There were no dishwasher soap/tablet therefore neither us nor the people before us could clean the dishes which was the requirement of the check out. When we let the owner know about the smell they said nothing can be done. The communication whit them was smooth till we had issues. We were a company of 5 girls and we expected the sofa to be prepared for us. The sheets were changed however, the sofa had to be moved (along with some tables and other furniture) opened and secured by us, and the duvets were in the closet. It was a rather old sofa so it took more than one person to open it, and we could not figure out how to make sure that it is not going to collapse under our skinniest friends. When expressing dissatisfaction with the situation and asking for assistance, we met silence and since then I have not received further message from the owner. There were no coffee capsules no dish soap and no sponges of unused status, therefore we were not sure how to clean up the dishes. We had found some sponges in the kitchenette but who knows what were they used for before. Four days after the check out I have not received the deposit back, but I am hopeful that after all it will arrive next week.

We were duped. The listing shows an updated and bright apartment. In reality we walked into a dimly lit, dank, musty/moldy smelling, dusty place with hairs in the toilet room and shower. I cleaned the unit before I let my son see it. The kitchen counter around the sink was corroded-It smelled terrible. The air conditioner was a portable unit where you could feel the cooler air only when sitting directly in front of it. It didn’t function to cool down the apartment. No windows that opened. But the worst of it was the shower room (separate from toilet room that had no sink). There was a shocking amount of visible mold in the bathroom. The towel hooks in the bathroom were stripped and pulling out of the wall. The bathroom sliding door didn’t work so there was no privacy for our showers. The glass shower wall was a half size, so the water ran all over the bathroom floor. Hard to find a redeeming thing to say except that the location was nice. Easy access to food, shopping and Metro.

Unit has no windows that open, mold in the shower, filthy floors, no washcloths or hand towels, and a “welcome kit” that only included one roll of toilet paper and 6 small conditioners. No dish soap, very little hand soap, no shampoo. Don’t advertise a welcome kit if it will only include conditioner. Apartment is very humid due to lack of air flow. Air conditioner only worked in main room. No shelves or drawers in secondary bedroom and not enough floor space to open luggage.

This apartment was not at all what we expected. The photos are very misleading. It is so tiny and there is not one door or window to open for fresh air which is ridiculous! There was a disgusting smell and it felt like a hot box. The bathrooms had mould and were stained. This isn’t a real apartment, the owner has chopped a house in half and made it into an accomodation to rent for not cheap I might add. You don’t even access through the front door, just a tiny laundry room which we locked ourselves out of and had to pay for a lock smith to get us back in, out of our own pockets. I would definitely not recommend this place.

We loved this place! It had a beautiful courtyard. The room was on the first floor so we didn’t have to take stairs after a long day. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. The directions to get into the place were very descriptive and we had no issues. We were able to drop our bags off at the room when we arrived in Paris which was super helpful! The Airbnb was very close to restaurants, sites, the metro, and the train station. We would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately for us, this is the worst Airbnb we’ve ever experienced. This place was not as advertised and nothing like the photos provided which must have been taken after the original renovation some time ago. The rooms were filthy with dirt on the base boards and radiators which looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. The place has a damp smell and there was mold on both the tiles & caulking in the shower and bathroom due to no ventilation. On one occasion, despite there being only three of us, we ran out of hot water. The bathroom door was stuck and needed extreme force to close which was disruptive for others trying to sleep. The counter around the kitchen sink and the sink were damaged and dirty with what looked like rust on the sink. The concrete floor was in poor shape and cold to walk on with no rugs for covering. We stayed at a different Airbnb in Paris two weeks before this stay and it was perfect so we know this is not the norm for Paris.

Positive: Great communication with the owner. I also enjoyed the location - made our trip much more comfortable ! The property was fairly clean and beds very comfortable. Air conditioning was also a good and useful asset . For a short period of time it was a good stay . Negative: Lack of windows and fresh air. The smell of mold was quite uncomfortable. It was very damp , no way to dry your towels etc. Dirty kitchen towels and sponges were left , I believe for a long time so you need your own supplies to wash the dishes . It would have been useful to have dishwasher tablets supplied too. Chairs were slightly damaged but okay to use. bathroom door difficult to close .

Cependant nous avons rencontré des problèmes de chauffage en plein mois de janvier avec une chambre sans chauffage aux alentour de 16 degrés. Un seul petit radiateur dans le salon qui chauffait péniblement à 17-18 degré la pièce à vivre sur un sol froid en béton. Nous voyagions avec un bébé de 1 an. Nous n avons pas pu bénéficier de Depannage durant notre séjour. L appartement était également un peu sale également à notre arrivée (cheveux et poils dans la sdb). C est dommage car il est très bien situé. Mauvaise expérience pour nous, nous sommes tous tombés malade…

Positive: Location Paris / Booking.com /réservation 2972.217.219 du 7 au 14 janvier 2022 dysfonctionnements et réclamation à Booking.com, copie à l'établissement Madame, Monsieur, permettez moi d'intervenir pour ma location référencée chez vous n°2972.217.219 du 7 au 14 janvier 2022, après mon retour chez moi je suis un locataire lambda (bac plus 12) qui dans un but constructif signale des dysfonctionnements et formule une réclamation 1. la multiplicité... des intervenants, des mails qui se chevauchent, et des numéros de téléphone est déroutante : .Booking 0157329209, répond toujours avec compréhension et efficacité +++ BRAVO .Etablissement Saint Germain Beauvoir 0660792633 (relevé sur la confirmation de réservation) ne répond jamais .Locastay qu'est-ce ? personne ne nous en a informé ! Avec deux numéros 0650697789 et 0768599749 (ce numéro par chance a permis de résoudre efficacement un problème de clef et serrure bloquée – heureusement on était en pleine journée!) . Swilky ??? un quatrième intervenant qui a une référence propre, auquel je dois confirmer et payer un complément sans qu'il m'ait été dit que c'est la taxe de séjour, et qui parle d'un dépôt de garantie déposé A MON INSU ! Vous ne pouvez pas exiger des clients qu'ils aient en plus Whatsapp 3. l'envoi des codes d'accès (3 jours avant) par mail uniquement ce n'est pas sérieux ! En déplacement tout le monde n'a pas accès à sa messagerie, c'est mon cas ; il conviendrait de les envoyer par sms également 4. ETAT DES LIEUX D'ENTREE je rappelle que tout le monde n'a pas Whatsapp ni accès à sa boite mail en déplacement étant donné que personne d'autre que Booking n'a daigné répondre à ma demande par sms pour savoir à qui je devais signaler des défectuosités constatées et envoyer les photos, comme convenu avec votre conseiller Booking, je vous en adresse la liste et des photos en PJ afin que ce ne me soit pas imputé. Negative: défectuosités : • quatre chaise aux assises partiellement cassées : quatre photos • housse d'un coussin du séjour portant des taches d'éosine : photo • taches grises sur le rideau du fond de la chambre : photo • TV d'orange ne fonctionne pas (uniquement chaines samsung inutiles) : panne de la télécommande - une semaine c'est long • radiateurs du séjour ( il y fait froid) et de la petite chambre ne fonctionnent pas • chauffage de la chambre (le seul de l'appartement) excessif : impossible d'obtenir un abaissement nocturne. Les régulations ne semblent pas du tout adaptées • un seul rouleau et 1/3 de papier hygiénique pour 3 personnes pendant 7 jours : insuffisant ; j'ai dû aller en acheter • une machine à café réduite à des capsules !! Pas de cafetière ! j'ai dû fabriquer un porte filtre avec une assiette en plastique !! • barillet de la porte inadapté (cf infra) 5. l'incident de la serrure bloquée par la clef laissée en sortant, par ma faute, à l'intérieur sur la serrure inadaptée pour une porte sans béquille ou bec de cane ( cause la plus fréquente de blocage de serrure – d'ailleurs la serrure de l'autre location a été changée) a été efficacement résolu par l'intervenant du numéro 0768599749. MERCI à lui. Et si cela s'était passé la nuit... lequel des quatre numéros aurais-je dû appeler ?? MAIS je reçois à l'instant une facture de 157.50 € de serrurier intervenu pour débloquer la serrure inadaptée, alors là NON !!! Tout ceci fait beaucoup beaucoup trop de désagréments. La propriétaire gestionnaire Cathrin Gourevitch, si elle est honnête, ne pourrait qu'en convenir. Compte tenu du coût élevé de cette location et les prestations annoncées dont certaines sont plus que défaillantes, il me semble que je suis en droit de demander un dédommagement.

Positive: Appartement super bien équipé avec un emplacement idéal. Tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La literie très confortable permet un repos de qualité après des journées bien chargées. Étant situé au fond de la cour, il n’y a aucun bruit de circulation Negative: Si on est regardant l’accès à la TV est surprenant pas de chaîne classique, c’était juste Rakuten TV mais bon on n’était pas à Paris pour voir la TV

Negative: Major issue was that there was only 1 door, which opened into a utility room with washer/dryer. if there had been a fire there would be no way out. there was a second door but no key provided. the Appartment had no window you could see out of or open, and no ventilation. so it was full of damp black mould.

Redelijk appartement, erg klam
Positive: Het appartement ligt op een prima locatie, vlak bij Montparnasse. Prima bus en metro-verbindingen naar alle bezienswaardigheden. Je krijgt een aantal deurcodes van de verhuurder om binnen te komen, allemaal prima geregeld. Ondanks dat alles vochtig aanvoelde was het appartement netjes en schoon. Negative: Het appartement was erg vochtig. Alles voelde klam aan, ook het beddegoed. Als we de deur uit gingen zetten we de mobiele airco op vol vermogen aan om het wat droger te krijgen. Helaas was er geen enkel raam wat opengezet kon worden. De schuifdeur van de badkamer was kapot en kon dus niet dicht. Bij ons (gezin) niet zo erg, maar als je met een vriendenclub bent is dit minder prettig.

Der lugter konstant af fugt. Ingen udluftning nogen steder heller ikke badeværelse. Intet vindue kan åbnes. Det betyder, at badehåndklæder forbliver fugtige. Døren til badeværelset fungerer ikke selvom flere har skrevet om det i månedsvis. Meget lidt i køkkenet bl.a intet viskestykke og karklude. Dårlig rengøring flere steder.

Positive: L'appartement est splendide. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bien aménagé. Avec clim. Lits confortables. Assez bien équipé. L'appartement est très bien situé dans Paris et proche du metro. On entre dans une jolie cour avant d'accéder à l'appartement. Calme. Pas de nuisance sonore. Negative: Le ménage peut être amélioré. Il est fait, mais cela pourrait être fait plus minutieusement. Un petit ménage de printemps dans les recoins et pour toute la vaisselle serait à prévoir. Difficile de régler la douche.. L'eau est brûlante ! Compliqué pour doucher des enfants.. Il y a des baies vitrées opaques pour laisser passer la lumière extérieure et préserver l'intimité. Toutefois, impossible d'ouvrir pour aérer l'appartement...

Positive: Goed bed (beetje aan de kleine kant). Makkelijk en snel inchecken dankzij code. Champagne op tafel bij ontvangst. Negative: Geen ramen en daardoor muf en warm. Thermostaat mocht je niet bedienen, wel gedaan want het was 24 graden 🥵 Ongezellig licht, deel deed het niet. Te weinig glazen, geen toiletpapier bij aankomst (1 rol minimaal is wel netjes), geen vaatwasblokjes etc. Niet zo schoon, vlekken in beddengoed en handdoek.

Las fotos se corresponden con la casa. Sin embargo, está situado en un bajo, por lo que no hay ventilación ninguna y tiene un olor a humedad y cerrado todo el tiempo. Además, cuando llegamos, nos encontramos una bolsa de basura en medio de la casa. Y, por si fuera poco, cuando nos metimos en la cama, vimos una mancha roja y pelos en la sábana bajera, lo que mostraba que no prestaban mucha atención a la limpieza. Así que, se le comenté al dueño y le pedí que nos lo solucionara lo antes posible. Su respuesta fue que le enviase fotos, lo cual hice y ahí se quedo. Tuvimos que apañárnosla para dormir sin sábana bajera, ya que no fueron capaces de darnos unas sábanas limpias ni de llevarse la basura que dejaron dentro. Además, si movías las cortinas, podías ver telarañas. Se ve que limpian lo justo y necesario, ya que se podían ver algunos pelos en los cojines y almohadas de las camas. Por otro lado, el grifo del lavamanos estaba un tanto manchado, por no hablar del grifo de la ducha que había una parte que estaba medio rota. En cuanto a la ubicación está bastante bien, pues está bien comunicado con el metro y otros medios de transporte.

El apartamento no corresponde a las fotografías, está sucio, viejo y con pésimos servicios de calefacción y agua caliente. Desde el primer día puse mi queja con Airbnb y les tomo una semana reportarse sin resolver nada. Yo jamás recomendaría este apartamento, les garantizo que tendrán unas muy malas vacaciones. Inclusive estoy considerando volver a usar la plataforma de Airbnb porque no tienen un buen servicio de atención al cliente.

Premetto che la posizione dell'"appartamento" è semplicemente spettacolare. Eravamo a un tiro di schioppo da qualsiasi punto d'interesse di Parigi; eravamo molto vicini a tutte le fermate dei mezzi di trasporto, e tutte queste ci portavano alle zone più importanti di Parigi. Su questo, nulla da dire, un aspetto che ci ha permesso di goderci la vacanza al massimo! Inoltre, sebbene ci fosse qualche carenza, i servizi essenziali sono stati bene o male garantiti. Scomodo il fatto che non ci sia nessuno ad accoglierti personalmente e a spiegarti come utilizzare i vari elettrodomestici; ma la guida che ti viene fornita prima del viaggio comunque aiuta, anche per quanto riguarda il raggiungimento della casa dall'aeroporto. Tutt'altra storia per l'appartamento in sè. Innanzitutto, non è precisato che il locale è privo di finestre e, unendo la cosa al fatto che non c'è l'allarme antincendio, il tutto diventa potenzialmente pericoloso. Al nostro arrivo il locale era abbastanza sporco; magari siamo un po' viziati noi, ma c'erano ancora polvere e sporcizia un po' dappertutto (e non parlo degli angoli più remoti e nascosti). Quindi il primo giorno abbiamo praticamente pulito noi buona parte della cucina e delle camere da letto. La lavastoviglie non funziona. Non ha mai completato un singolo lavaggio e oltretutto emetteva un terribile odore ogni volta che la utilizzavamo. Infine, il riscaldamento. Essenzialmente ci siamo dovuti adattare a ciò che era stato preimpostato dall'host. Abbiamo cambiato più volte le impostazioni, anche se non avremmo dovuto (poichè viene esplicitamente richiesto di non cambiare le impostazioni del riscaldamento), ma non potevamo congelare ogni volta che volevamo farci una doccia solo perchè era al di fuori degli orari prescelti dall'host. L'appartamento si scaldava solo quando eravamo fuori casa ma, non restando attivo a lungo, la casa era praticamente sempre fredda al nostro rientro. Ho anche contattato l'host esponendogli questi stessi disagi e mi ha risposto che sarebbe venuto personalmente a sistemare il tutto. Non è mai passato... In definitiva, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è affatto bilanciato. Se non fosse per la posizione e i servizi essenziali (che sono già inclusi), non sarebbe stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Nous avons logé du 15 au 19 novembre à 4 personnes ( 3 adultes et 1 bébé) et voici en quelques points ce qui nous a semblé positifs comme négatifs : Positifs : - Emplacement ( quartier, métro... ) - Literie confortable et Qeen size - Agencement de l'appartement Négatifs : - Même s'il y a de grandes baies vitrée, il n'y a pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvre ce qui donne l'impression d'être cloissoné et pas de possibilité de renouvellement de l'air à l'intérieur de l'appartement sauf si on ouvre le porte d'entrée...pas top avec un enfant de 14mois malheureusement. - Drap du lit sale, il y avait du fond de teint sur ma taie d'oreillé ( tâche qui ne part pas au lavage, lingerie du lit non changé ?? ) Heureusement que nous avions pris nos draps de lit. Cheveux collés sur l'interieur de la porte de la salle de bains. - Lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas correctement, pas de liquide de rinçage, programme qui s'arrête avant la fin. c'était un 1er airbnb sur Paris et je ne connait pas trop les autres offres mais il nous a semblé que pour 5jours, avec un bébé, les point négatifs sont trop important par rapport aux prix même si l'emplacement et l'agencement de l'appartement est génial. je recommanderais pour ceux qui sont de passage et qui veulent profiter de la ie parisienne et de toutes ses possibilités.

We stayed in the "Beauvoir" two-bedroom flat. There is another suite on the same floor (ground floor). The location of this flat is great. Very close to metro. Check-in was easy. The beds are fine. However, the place is in need of some love. It definitely requires some maintenance. The shower drain was clogged. My husband pulled a pile of hair out of the drain to stop water running out of the shower pan. There were cracks around the tiles with dirt in between. It's difficult to call this a nice/clean shower. You should shower quick; otherwise the hot water runs out. For a family of 4, we had to wait to shower in between. The living room is quite dark and smells smokey even though this should be smoke free place. Overall, we were disappointed.

Overall, the apartment was at a good location and easy to access. Communication with you was excellent. The apartment was well equipped. However, there were two things that made our stay less comfortable. One, although the flat was well lit, it had no openable windows anywhere (and no vents in the bath/toilet). It made the air very stuffy. Two, between the shower and the bedroom (and between the living room and outside corridor) were transparent panels in the walls, meaning any time we turned on the light in the bath (or our neighbours walked in) we had light coming in to the flat. This was very uncomfortable and woke us up in the night. Thank you for the stay, we really love Paris.
