Not really what we thought
- the apartment is on the ground floor with a basement. It is very damp and smells like mold. Sound insulation is very bad and you can hear all the neighbors walking and talking. + Location and price

Great location apartment
We stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend as a group of 6 and it exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, easy access to public transport, groceries and restaurants. Great hosts, would recommend!

Good location .. but…
If you like the smell of cat litter-and musty basement then this is the place for you … beds comfy and in a great location.. they provided 2 rolls of TP for 4 people which were gone in 2 days .. had to use the the McDonald’s napkins that were provided with the kids happy meals , which is convenient because it was next door … many places to eat in the neighbourhood… it did the job for three days we were there …

Ran out of Toilet Paper
The condo is in a great location and we were happy to not have to walk up and down stairs. The AC worked fine and the beds were very comfortable. The only snag is that we ran out of toilet paper and were told that we would have to buy our own. This is not something typical for staying at an AirBnB and is the only reason for a 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star rating. It was easy to access the condo and the washer/dryer worked better than others we've found at AirBnB's.

Central Flat near to almost everything
Great Flat, peculiar set up of Bedrooms, with Floor to Ceiling Glass Doors and Curtains to keep your privacy. Its perfect for a short term stay. We stayed here on business and enjoyed the proximity not just to the Office but the Bars and Restaurants nearby. In the Cellar of the apartment there is a Lounge Area which is accessible from Spiral stairs, so not good for people with Mobility issues, but fine for us. Down there, there is a TV and Fussball game. Nice Location at the rear of the building so that a very busy Front street does not give any noise pollution at all.

The location was great. That is the only reason it made it to 2 star rating. However, the apartment was misrepresented on the Airbnb site showing pictures of a nice, well kept apartment when quite the opposite was the case. The apartment is run down and needs serious maintenance to bring it up to the quality for what they are charging to stay in it. We arrived to find the wall heaters not working, a hallway closet with doors hanging off the track that could not be moved, cabinet doors in the kitchen that don’t close all the way because they are warped, and insufficient hot water. You could not take a normal shower without running out of hot water and then waiting for at least 30 minutes before you would have hot water again. Emailing my problems about wall heaters and hot water issues and receiving response emails back to me to trouble shoot and reset breakers etc was frustrating to say the least! Also, even tho it has a washer and dryer, there was no laundry detergent for the washer and the dryer does not heat up to dry the clothes! With the money I paid to stay I should not have had to do any trouble shooting, a representative maintanance person should have come and addressed the issues. Although a maintenance person did come to check the wall heaters, one of the heaters in a bedroom could not be fixed and no additional attempts where made to get someone to the apartment that could fix it. I do not recommend to anyone to stay in this apartment unless the price is adjusted down to match the low quality of the apartment!

C’était un excellent séjour. Merci, pour la confiance. Le logement était bien situé. Pas loin des métros et de la Gare Montparnasse. L’accès au logement est très facile, tout étais bien. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour, dans ce logement. Merci encore.
